justice reporter joy says it took jurors one week to reach that verdict. joy. >> after deliberating for a week jurors found charles and jerome williams guilty of murdering former baltimore city councilman ken harris. they found gary collins the third defendant not guilty on murder charges. as jurors left the courthouse one juror told me she was glad it was over. another was visibly upset with tearr of come from her eyes. it was back in 2008 when harris was shot and killed outside the new haven lounge. this foot annual just released today shows what happened inside the bar after the shooting. also captured on surveillance were the last moments of harris's life. widow reacted to the verdict saying she was pleased 2 out of the 3 defendants were convicted. >> we still feel that justice was served and this will not bring him back so that's the pain that we'll have to live with for the rest of our lives. this is a message to the criminals of baltimore city that they can just there has been a nationwide anti-terrorism exercise on the railroad lines. at penn station fully armed officers can be seen even on board the train. the motto is if you see something, say something.
