upset about this ordeal. now unfortunately the dog was too badly injured to be saved but authorities wanted to commend the neeghbors for doing the right thing. they say that they have seen a sharp the fire broke out around 9:00 o'clock along ellen avenue and west 33rd street. neighbors helped rescue one of people trapped in the house. firefighters arrived and rescued the second personn other neighbors also quickly came to the rescue to try to help. >> i heard a neighbor scream that go there wassa fire across the street so i just came running out. started pounding on the doorr looks like
