police charged four people in the murddr of a dundalk bar owner and one of the accused suspects ú% the man's wifee robert barton died saturday aater beiig shot nine times outside of hops inn. on tuesday police arrested her wife, jaqueline martin. her brother was taken into custody along with two, 19 years old. was paid $300 to take part in the crime. the other one got $100 to drive the a get had never been done in waters this deep. >> while we're very encouraged procedure, i do not want to express optimism until we know for sure that we have secured the well and the leak has stopped. >> reporter: criticism isú running high leveled at bp and the white house for not finding a successful solution to this spilllwhich has bben goinggon for one month. the president wants to industry. >> a lot of damage has been done already. lively hoods destroyed, landscapes scarred. wildlife affectee, lives have been lost. >> reporter: it's been an uphill battle trying to keep the oii from reaching shore. we saw firsthand evidence of the six si syrupy crude just miles avenue of louisiana. >> when it started coming in it started coming in heavy. >> reporter: and local officials here say ttey want
