(adam rosenberg-balt child abuse center)"most of us are non profits.. it would be a game changer for anyone of these child advocacy centers that our govt institutions dont provide us with enough funds to be sustainable." sustainable."statistics show one in four girls... and one in six boys will be sexually abused before the age of 18. in 90-percent of the cases... the offender is someone the child knows and trusts. 3 we got our first look at the man accused in the colorado's massacre at a movie theater monday... this, as new details are released about the explosives found in his apartment. james holmes' bright red hair stood out... and he appeared dazed in court monday.he is expected to be formally charged with first-degree murder next week.meanwhile investigators spent the weekend disarming holmes' apartment.a law enforcement official who viewed the video from inside holmes' apartment says it was littered with about 30 i-e-d's. they also found containers of gasoline they say would have created a fireball big enough to quickly engulf the entire building. a hopeful sign in colorado... as 4 more survivors of the mass shooting in an aurora theater are released from area hospitals.on monday four colorado hospitals released updates on some of the 58 wounded in the rampage.7 people remain in critical condition.at least 16 others also remain hospitalized.. a man is dead after being shot in the head in west baltimore. baltimore.police say it happened last night around 10:30 on mckean avenue.the victim was taken to shock trauma... where he later died. no word yet on any suspects or motive. more than a dozen mothers and their newborns are doing okay this morning after a fire breaks out at an annapolis hosptial.the maternity ward was forced to evacuate from the anne arundel medical center monday when a utility room caught fire. 13 new mothers and their newborns were moved. a ban on big soft drinks will be under the microscope today. today.the new york city board of health will hold public hearings on the mayor's proposed ban on large soft drinks. mayor bloomberg and the board of health have endorsed the plan to prevent sales of sugary drinks over 16 ounces in size at restaurants, food carts and entertainment venues.supporters say the move will help reduce obesity. critics call the measure misguided and an unfair limit on consumer choice. a final vote on the ban is planned for september. no ban on sweets here.... some farmers in kansas are feeding their cows áchocolateá in order to keep costs down during this time of drought. that's right, chocolate.it's all left over scraps from a nearby chocolate factory.the cows get up to six pounds of the good stuff every day.
