southbound traffic is always a little heavier at this time of the hour but no sign of a significant delay. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. back to you. >> thank you. we know the identity of a body found at the bottom of a trash chute. >> please confirm the woman is a recent loyal university graduate. this is the second time in a year a body has turned up in that same trash chute. kim dacey is live. this is bizarre. >> police say the victim is 23- year-old emily hauze, who is originally from pennsylvania. police and building management are not confirming whether or not she was living at the park charles or visiting at the time of her death. police were called around 8:00 sunday morning after someone found hauze's body at the bottom of the trash chute. the second time in just over a year. another body was found in that same spot in august of last year. that was ruled an accident. public information officer kevin brown says that at this point, in hauze's case, there is no indication of foul play. a letter sent to residents sunday explained that police were investigating an isolated incident that resulted in death. residents say the trash chute is only about 18 inches wide and on each floor of the building. >> the trash chutes are not that big, where you put it in there, so -- i don't see how a person could get in there in the first place. so two times, the same thing, it's unnerving. >> emily hauze is a recent graduate of loyola university. autopsy results for her are expected sometime today. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. the search for missing landsdowne teenager is over. now police are searching for whoever killed him. police say 18-old ryan jackson's body was found in south baltimore. he had not been seen since october 12. police have not identified the cause of death. anyone with information is asked to call baltimore county police. > charles village residencnts voicing their concerns. there was a meeting on monday night. they said efforts were made to reduce crime but there's more that still needs to be done. >> maybe we should be doing more and to talk with the people to find out where they see the gaps and now we can fill them. >> residents are asking for additional safety steps like improved street lighting. the man was shot and wounded steps away from where hopkins researcher stephen pitcairn was murdered in 2008. >> a man is in serious condition after jumping at of it second story window as his apartment went up in flames. 15 pieces of equipment had to be brought in to battle the fire. this was around 9:15 last night. it is not known what sparked that fire. it is not clear will cause a fire. firefighters were able to contain the damage to one room on the third floor of the building on cathedral street on monday. one person was treated for burns. >> president obama continues his jobs bill tour. kate amara has more from our washington bureau. >> we're going to give them another chance to do their job by looking after your jobs. >> president obama remains on the road, pushing for his $447 billion jobs plan. the bill was blocked by republicans in the senate last week, so now the president wants to reintroduce it piece by piece. >> what we're going to do is we're going to break up my jobs bill. maybe they just couldn't understand the whole thing all at once. >> the president told crowds in north carolina monday the first step is billions in state aid to retain or rehire hundreds of thousands of teachers, police officers, and firefighters. it's a move republicans are expected to stop. >> the difference between our plan and theirs is that we want to create jobs through growth, and they want to create jobs through government spending. >> senator john mccain criticized the president for running for reelection while promoting his plan. >> i think the question might be, though, is that appropriate on the taxpayers' dime since it is clearly campaigning?
