mills area of carroll county near the pennsylvania line saturday night. a tree crushed the front of this house on arbor drive. neighbors say the people inside are ok and in a hotel. two doors down shows the unpredictable way of mother nature. doug seep's place, unscathed. >> very lucky. wind picked up, gradually got more fierce. and i heard the train that people talk about, this whooshing. and this will be a palm sunday to remember. >> down in new windsor, the high winds had their way with a large shed on this horse farm. >> it just completely blew the shed right up on its roof, leaning up against the fence. thankfully, the fence was not damaged. otherwise the horses would have gotten out. then we would've really been in a pickle. >> the national weather service sent a few investigative teams out to see if the damage pattern was indicative of a tornado. meteorologist chris strong noticed a defined path of destruction. >> it looks like what went through here, from what i can see so far, tornado or wind damage was on the weaker side. >> the national weather service determined it was an ef0 tornado with a path two miles long that had come throug hand caused all of the damage.
