" it's scary to know they live because closely to towson university. these people just walked in amber they could carry a gun ban brought it in the house. employee has pleaded guilty. a former employee of the maryland department of committee development committed to using a state purchasing card to pay for a rental corp. bill she used for her own personal use. she did get probation and community service. >> a state prosecutor who brought down sheila dixon shares his thoughts. robert rohrbaugh said he regrets the fact that sheila dixon was able
