people are hurt but none have life-the attending injuries. this was the scene around 9: 27 this morning. the female operator had just relieved another driver at the mondawmin stop. authorities say she was on the bus but not behind the wheel. perhaps she was doing an inspection when it began to drift across the bus loop, striking a bus shelter and hurting seven people. again, none of the injuries are considered light-button and to these vehicles are called artic -- none of the injuries are considered life-threatening. these vehicles are called articulate buses. >> her face. >> what did her face look like? >> i don't know, like something was wrong. >> eyes wide, mouth open? >> eyes wide, real wide. >> then what did she do? >> she kept going. >> did she say anything? >> she did not say nothing, bepp no horns or nothing. >> a team will come out and do a thorough examination of the scene. we will talk to the operator involved. there will be a thorough examination. >> this just happened this morning, so the cause is under investigation. bus riders at this stop are being redirected to another stop. metro service is not affected. >> all baltimore county cosmetic surgery center is temporarily shut down while state health officials investigate severe infections that killed one patient. the health department says that three liposuction patients were hospitalized with severe cases group a strep. the procedures were performed between mid-august and mid- september. two patients have been released from the hospital, but the third died. >> we have had three people come down with the same type of bacterial infection. >> the state health department says that the cosmetic surgery centers and not currently licensed by the state of maryland. in response to the investigation, the company released the following statement -- "we have been in business for eight years and has successfully conformed thousands of complication-free surgeries by licensed health professionals." they say that the origin of the suspected infections is being carefully investigated. baltimore county police have officially charged a man with killing his grandparents and signed his pikesville home. police say that matthew long used a pair of 20-pound dumbbells and a knife to kill his grandparents, and vaughn pepper and marjorie pepper. he then fled to oklahoma, where police found him unconscious in a hotel room with a note saying "i'm sorry about this he is being held in an oklahoma detention center and his trust with two counts of first-degree murder -- and is charged with two counts of first-degree murder. a judge is deciding whether the suspect is fit to stand trial. alexander kinyua is charged with attempted first-degree murder after police say he killed a family friend in harford county and eight parts of his body. -- ate of his body. just a few days before, he beat emmorton states today with a baseball bat. baltimore city police officer will spend 20 years behind bars for conspiring to sell drugs. he pleaded guilty to possession with intent to sell and conspiracy. he was a 17-year veteran of the department. >> kind of a chilly start this morning. we start in
