plane. later this morning testimony will continue in a sentencing trial of a connecticut man for killing a woman and two daughters in a home invasion. steven hayes was convicted earlier and could be southwest as well. showers and thunderstorms through kentucky and tennessee and they are moving in our direction so the farther we go into the day the better chance of rain developing. we should get through the drive time and around lunch perhaps or into this afternoon we will see rain showers move it so you will likely deal with rain on the way home. here is the set-up. high pressure off the coast providing a southwest wind and that will jump the temperatures. we will be in the 70's this afternoon. the average is 64 but it is grabbing this storm and that is what will come through it afternoon and into tonight with the rain showers. the southwest wind helps with the temperatures but it is grabbing the moisture from out of the gulf coast region. variable clouds, thickening clouds looking at a backup on 95 past 195 an overturned vehicle and three other vehicles so it is a multi-vehicle crash. it is taking up all but the left lane southbound past 195. you see the delays forming back to the beltway. unfortunately they will get worse. 295 is looking good as the alternate. northbound 95 ramp to the outer loop not far from the other accident an accident on that ramp. if you are heading out in reisterstown route 30 at mount gilead we have a vehicle fire. 14 minutes through that stretch on southbound 95 from the beltway southwest to 32. both north and west sides doing well. live view of that accident scene or the delays approaching it. toward us is southbound traffic barely moving. those delays are going to get worse with the left lane squeezing by. now 295 at 175 and around 9:30 saturday night in the 2100 block of east monument street. that is where they found a 20-year-old victim. this morning there is no word on a possible motive. three men are recovering this morning after being injured in a triple shooting in east baltimore. it happened at east 20th street and kennedy avenue last night. we are told one was shot in the upper stomach and another in the leg and another in the stomach and leg. police have not released any information on a suspect or motive. >> family, friends and co-workers of a baltimore city police detective will gather to send their final fare wells. ian stevenson was killed the night before his 30th birthday when he and a friend got into a fight over a parking space. sean james threw a piece of concrete at stevenson that struck him in the head. he was rushed to bayview medical center where he died. funeral arrangements have been finalized for another police officer. a public viewing will be held for him tomorrow from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the ruck funeral home. the funeral is wednesday. he was killed last week when his car slammed into the rear of a fire truck. he was a nine-year veteran of the force. he was the third member to be killed within a month. >> a 57-year-old woman is killed in an early morning fire in baltimore county. flames broke out sunday morning around 6:30 in the home of a 2900 block of yorkway. three had to be rescued from the second floor. later crews found joanne julian in the basement. the cause of the fire is under investigation. >> former employees at the espn zone are suing walt disney saying they were pwhreupbd-sided when disney closed the bar in june. they plan to file a class action lawsuit claiming disney violated federal law by not giving them enough notice about plans to close. officials say the proper amount of time and pay was not given to the employees and there was no economic necessity for disney to close the establishment without notice. >> a new york
