Were at blooms berry avenue when firefighters arrived at the location they noticed heavy fire in the rear of the lotion. They made an aggressive attack to get the fire under control. They were able to do so in a short amount of time. They have at least eight pieces of equipment here. Blooms berg avenue is shut down. We dont have any injuries reported as of yet. We are hearing word that this fire may be suspicious. As we get more on this well bring the details to you. The mother accused of murdering her 2yearold son is out of the hospital. 32yearold Nicole Fitzgerald is facing a long list of charges including attempted murder. Bar is live with the details. Police charged Nicole Fitzgerald shortly after she was released from the hospital. According to a Court Document fitzgerald admitted killing him the night before. When Police Arrived in the 1400 block in southeast baltimore they discovered a body of a 2yearold boy. Detectives soon determined a person of interest. When officers arrived they met with paramedics at the scene who pronounced the 2yearold baby boy dead at the scene. Authorities have determined this is a homicide. The childs mother was taken sba custody as a person of interest. She did sustain stab woundeds to her upper body. Fitzgerald is charged with first and seconddegree murder she too has a cut to her throat. Detectives served the warrant on 32yearold Nicole Fitzgerald charging her in the murder of her son. The child paris russell was found in the basement of the home. When detectives asked fitzgerald about what happened she replied she killed her baby and cut herself.
