away from the wall at 1:30. anonymous calls began calling in to the police station from all over the country, including baltimore county from concerned citizens. >> he went on to say if you are joking, you better speak up because you are schering me and i am going to alert the authorities. he wrote back, laughing out loud, go ahead. you don't even know what campus i'm talking about. >> police were able to figure out his ip address and arrested him in his dorm. warrants were served there as well as his parents' home. we knocked on the door but no one answered. police say no weapons were recovered, just his laptop. >> he tends to look down. i have seen him with a couple of groups of friends but when he is by himself, he doesn't talk to anyone. >> residents who knew him said he kept to himself and police came to his dorm room for being out loud -- for being too loud. he said he was stressed out and said the same thing when he was arrested on sunday. the students we spoke with said they are glad he is off campus. >> i have heard they did not find weapons in his room. as long as he's not hiding guns in his room, it's a little safer given the gravity of the situation. >> he has been admitted to a hospital for what has been described as an emergency psychiatric evaluation. he has been charged with disturbing or orderly conduct on campus which carries a maximum of six months in jail. he has also been suspended from the university. coming up, some students here express some concern over the fact they were not notified immediately of his actions. we will take a
