has been found safe. he was found in harrisburg pennsylvanian this afternoon. police say he was involved in a minor collision but was on- injured. this is the second time he has gone missing. city volunteers came together to assist homeless veterans an event called operation stand down. the first ever of and offered homeless veterans the chance to find housing and employment resources and
