Virginia beach public works crews have their have plows and trucks lined up at its Operations Center ready to go. And, just in the case, there are tons of premixed salt and sand to use as well. The frost patrol started treating bridges and overpasses around 230 this morning. Spokesman drew lankford says all of those roads should be treated before the morning rush hour.
