He did not, not political, hes not a political figure, but he touched on a lot of hot button political issues in this country, the renewed issues in cuba, praising outreach, diplomacy, very much against the death penalty, abortion, climate change, hot button things right now president ial race immigration is on the issue front and center right now but he gave that line to congress, again as we were all once foreigners, he made it very, very clear that we should not, i think he said of this continent are not fearful of foreigners because we too were once foreigners, that got a big reaction in congress, so he really, he did not shy away from the hard issues in addition to the schools and processions, he was in the thick of it, lets say in terms of what is going on speak his mind and he he did that in america for sure. You wonder if it brings about any change but he was not shy about saying all those issues.
