Several were housed, two to four to a cage. They also said the van was about 35 degrees inside. There was a space heater that was not working. The dogs were taken to ordel Animal Hospital to be checked out. A spokesman said four of the dogs had to be quarantined because they were sick. They are all now in the custody of animal control, while this is being investigated.
