And the pair were going through a bitter divorce and custody battle and he lived in a separate apartment down the day. Initially her death was ruled an accident. That she slipped and fell in the bathroom. Months later, the victims family had her body exhumed and authorities then ruled the death a homicide by strangulation. A man is completing a quest to finish a marathon in all 50 states. He was in New Hampshire on sunday, johns 50th race and the video of him picking up his number the day before the race. Maltby began his request at the age of 60. What . Shirley, you and i have no excuse. 60 when he started. And seven marathons this year alone. We are on next year . Well, lets not get crazy. I will wait until im 60 and then start. I guess. [ laughter ] my plan. [ laughter ] never too late. I would love to sit there and have a nice cold glass of lemonade. Work harder. I did rope you in. Seven times. I cant run anymore. I dont even have my own knees anymore. Yesterday was just awesome for the marathon. I watch and i get so excited. Run right back to the couch. So we have sunshine. We have some clouds. We have clouds. We have some sunshine. Thats the way it is going to be for the afternoon. We have these high clouds sheared off from this big storm down south. Creating a lot of rain. We are getting done with the rain and we have the colors here in central park though and always around there, the colors are the best and as we go here into the first week of november, right across the sheet metal, looking really good here. The temperature in the hood is 62 degrees. The normal average afternoon High Temperature this time of dry humidity. A barometer above 30. 00. A mark of fair weather here. And so it is all nice. It is all good. It is 57 around monticello and 57 poughkeepsie to bridgeport. These numbers are all above the normal average afternoon high already. That means today and tomorrow, and more of this week, we will be seeing the warm air. You can see the clouds kind of cheating off to the east here, slidingeast ward and more in the way of sunshine, since it is warren county, passaic, as this rain goes out into the atlantic, more of this High Pressure ridge gets a shot at building in. And the temperatures this afternoon, they will be in the mid60s. Dropping on off this afternoon, and this evening, into the 50s. And so tomorrow, it is much warmer. At 70. 12 degrees warmer than normal for this time of year. The highest pressure ridge, it stays right here and hangs out, much of the week. And this warm air will be all over the northeast. It is mild with clouds and some dim sum or dim sun. It is cloudiest to the south with that storm system there. 66. And that is 8 degrees warmer than normal. Clear tonight. Low 52. And tomorrow, it is warmer with plenty of sunshine. Some fog starting the day. Because it is so warm. And then you see weve got, you know, three 70s here across to thursday. 72 friday. And then friday evening, front goes by and rainfree. And cool us down to the weekend and back to normal temperatures by the time we get to sunday. So there you go. Police in pennsylvania say sewing were found in candy given out to children. And isnt that like just a nightmare . The old days, exactly. They were discovered in five twitch bars from a group of kids who trick or treated together in one neighborhood and one saw a post about a needle in twix bars and checked theirs and they did not eat them. Somebody ruins halloween. That is just terrible. The saddest dog in the world, socalled saddest dog in the world, well, breaking hearts across the internet. That is sad, right. Sad as it gets. And torontos mighty mutts shelter and she came from mexico, the run the of a very large litter and adopted but the family with two Young Children had problems and sent her back to the shelter. This photo has gone viral since the shelter posted it on facebook and the shelter is now flooded with inquiries from prospective owners. A lot of big hearts out there. A dad went the extra mile to let her 4yearold daughter her creative potential, and tattoo him a strawberry. And he kept a close eye on her during the entire process but when this florida teacher posted this picture on facebook, everyone starts judging and some thought it was wrong to let a little girl tattoo someone. And others applauded the dad for celebrating his daughters artistic day and a way that potentially could last forever. And you can see, he has plenty of tattoos already on his arm. So it is just one extra one there. Daughters. That made it extra special. If he is a tattoo artist and that. Hey, he was the subject of it. He didnt let anybody else know it.
