The worker then called her family to come over and together they allegedly beat up the victim with her 7yearold daughter watching. Today the worker, 29yearold tihira washington turned herself in. Police confirmed shes been charged with assault. Officials report the attack happened last tuesday at 5 p. M. Across the street from the shelter. Police are looking to arrest another person in this attack. We believe it may be washingtons own mother.
