Marquez himself called 911 after farook as the killer useing his gun and the fbi raided marquezs apartment soon after the two opened fire killing 14 people at the inland regional center. Investigators say the two initially planned attacking a Southern CaliforniaCommunity College and wanted to target drivers in rush hour traffic on a california freeway by using pipe bombs and shooting drivers dating back to 2011 that never happened.
