And so what we did we commissioned a study on insurance thats available for rb and b style rentals and found disturbing facts like the host guarantee that rb and b host has an Insurance Company policy that affords coverage to the host that has the ownership so obviously tenants do own part of their building so a tenant is not afforded coverage on the apartment or the host or im sorry the host or apartment owner are not afforded coverage under the host guarantee the rent insurance didnt cover this either. So we have no insurance thats available if someone burns accidently burns the building down the tenants loss their furnishings something need to be done one hundred and 50 thousand is certainly not nearly enough of coverage sir, your time is up.
