Series of russians and russian societi associates. Now theyre reporting that Natalia Veselnitskaya has a closer relationship with top russians than previously known. Natalia veselnitskaya has been attached to the top general of russia since 2013 when she worked with him to thwart a fraud case. In 2017 she told the Senate Judiciary committee i operate separate from any bodies. But once Richard Engel confronts her with the emails, heres how she described herself. But you can confirm you had this back and forth dialogue . Um trying to find out in this case whether you were cooperating or colluding with the russian state, which raises questions about your background, particularly in light of the fact that you were in the trump tower with the the trump tower thats what this is all about. The only reason im asking you these questions is because of the contacts that you had with the most senior people who are now in our government. You said your relationship with the prosecutor general is what . Some important context here. In messages exchanged with donald trump jr. Before the trump tower meeting, the alleged dirt that was promised to the Trump Campaign was said to come from the kremlins top prosecutor. Those explosive new details of Natalia Veselnitskayas kremlin ties broke just as House Intelligence Committee republicans released a redacted version of their final report from a yearlong probe into russias interference and influence operation. The report accuses the Intelligence Community of significant intelligence trade craft failings it said investigators found no evidence that the Trump Campaign colluded coordinated or conspired with the russians, end quote. Even as the report details communication between the Trump Campaign and the russians like Natalia Veselnitskaya. Were honored it was a great report. No collusion, which i knew anyway, no coordination, nothing. Its a witch hunt. There was no collusion with russia. I was very honored by the report. It was totally conclusive, strong powerful. Not so clear that it was all that conclusive. Less than an hour ago President Trump tweeted this House Intelligence Committee rules there was no collusion between the Trump Campaign and russia, as ive been saying all along. Its all a big hoax by democrats based on payments and lies. Democrats released their own findings the group said of republican members they have engaged in a systemic effort to muddy the waters and deflect attention away from the president , most recklessly in their assault on the central pillars of the rule of law. House democrats detail several leads they say were not investigated. For instance two days before the trump tower meeting donald trump jr. Had two calls with the son of a Russian Oligarch who was arranging logistics for the meeting. According to democrats, quote, donald trump jr. s phone records also show a blocked number at 4 27 p. M. Between the two calls trump junior claimed he did not know who was associated with the blocked number. The report notes that former Trump Campaign member Corey Lewandowski told the committee that mr. Trumps primary residence has a blocked phone line. Democrats suggest that then candidate trump may have been in touch with his son at the time they was planning the meetings with the russians. But the republicans say, quote, despite the minoritys repeated efforts to obtain home or cell phone records for the then candidate trump to determine whether the blocked call was trump juniors father, the majority was unwilling to pursue the matter. Joining us now is michael isikoff, natasha bertrapped and stephen harper. Welcome to all of you. Thank you for being with us. Stephen, let me start with you, as it relates to the time line. This is something youre a bit of an expert at. The democrats on the House Intelligence Committee actually made some news. What we expected from the republicans is what we got. But the democrats said there were lines of inquiry they wanted to follow and they were just denied the opportunity to do so. So when Donald Trump Tweets or talks about the conclusive outcome of the report, democrats are saying not true. Theyre absolutely right. Its silly to suggest that it is. And if you want to talk about it in a real in a sense that gives it some context. All you need to know about that report is that devin nunes runs that committee. Devin nunes was on the Trump Transition Team and at least back in december of 2016, when Michael Flynn was talking to the russians about which hes since pled guilty to lying to special counsel mueller about it, nunes said he was in daily contact, sometimes more frequently than daily, with Michael Flynn. So the democratic response is correct. All you have to do is go through the litany of things that didnt happen in that committee. Don junior shows up and exerts executive privilege between himself and his dad. Neither of them is a lawyer, but because there was a lawyer in the room that entitles them to claim Attorney Client privilege they think. And hope hicks came in and said were only going to answer these questions, or these questions. Hope hicks, Corey Lewandowski and others. Michael, you tweeted today about the house Intelligence Report, wikileaks released dnc emails on july 22, 2016, per house intel report. One week earlier on july 15th, flynn wrote an email saying there are a number of things happening and will happen this election via Cyber Operations by both hackivists, neighboring states and the dnc. That was july 2016. I thought that was a stunning email that was sort of buried in the report, almost no context. But here it is heres Michael Flynn, a week before the wikileaks releases the dnc emails on the eve of the democratic convention, hes writing that email to a Communications Adviser to the Trump Campaign, the identity is blacked out in the report, saying there are things that will happen relating to cyber activiti activities involving nation states and the dnc. Now that raises so many questions as to whether Michael Flynn had some foreknowledge of what wikileaks was about to do. And you put that together with another nugget in the report that hasnt gotten a lot of attention, but that Michael Flynn, in december 2015, before he flies over to moscow to attend the 10th anniversary celebration of rt, the russian government propaganda station, and ends up sitting next to Vladimir Putin at the celebrator dinner that night and was paid 45,000 by the russian government for this trip, he and his son meet with ambassador kislyak at his private residence as a precursor to the trip. Thats a meeting we didnt know about before. So even though the report shows that the House Republicans didnt followup on so many leads, so many avenues of inquiry, and basically accepted what all the trump folks had to say at every turn, you know, there are some nuggets in this report that do raise some new questions. There are nuggets when natasha, when adam schiff on the House Intel Committee, democrat, a lawyer, was on with katy tur today, she asked was it a wasted effort because these lines of inquiries were not pursued. Sandwiched between two calls is a third called to a blocked number. Now then candidate trump had a blocked number. We sought to find out was this his son calling donald trump to find out if he should go forward with the meetings with the russians. The republicans refused to find out. They refused to let us seek the phone records. Time after time when there were leads the republicans said we dont what to know. I dont know if thats a coded message, but the bottom line is Robert Mueller can get those phone records. So if there are lines of inquiry, theyll all be explored. Bob mueller will likely have them or pick them up where the House Intel Committee left off. That was always going to be the case. The House Intel Committee has been tainted since march of 2017 the Midnight Ride. Yes, when devin nunes made the Midnight Ride to the white house and showed he was compromised. I think its interesting they found this was there call sandwiched between two phone calls from a blocked number. We know that Donald Trumps residence does call from a blocked number. Does the president know the meeting was going to take place . What do we know about the june trump tower meeting, he was the floor above, he knows the agalarovs well. His Campaign Manager was there, his soninlaw was there, his son was there. This adds further corroboration to the idea that he was told about it prior to that meeting and whether or not the republicans or the democrats on the House Intel Committee were ever able to get to the bottom of that, you can be sure that Robert Mueller will. Stephen, whats your sense of whether or not its a wasted effort that the republicans didnt do this . We know, for instance, from the senate intel committee, but theyre nowhere close to having their work done. They feel theres a lot of stones to uncover, more people to interview, more documents to look at. To natashas point we knew from the beginning the House Intel Committee wasnt going to work out to give us a lot of information. Whats your sense of what were still to hear . My sense is its even worse than a wasted effort because its a pr piece, you can tell the tweet from trump an hour ago, that trump will continue to use to confuse a complex situation. One of the things we lose in digging in deeply in this stuff, which we have to do, of course, is the thread. We forget two years ago in the middle of the campaign all we were hearing from trumps was no contacts with russians, no contacts with russians, no contacts with russians. Guess what, cnn reported as of the end of november there were over 50 contacts between the Trump Campaign and russia, involving 12 different trump people up and down all the way to the very top of that campaign. Now its not no contacts, its no collusion. Which isnt the right concept. We should be talking about conspiracy against the United States. Then we get things like trump juniors message saying email dirt on clinton, i love it. So we have to give that up, too. Were so far down from where we were, you lose the thread. Michael, your new book is a fantastic read. Youve been on the story for a long time. Remember when we first found out about the june 9th meeting and Natalia Veselnitskaya suggested it was about adoptions, which was a perverted way of talking about the magnitsky act, but it was unbelievable, inconceivable. Lets remind people of who she is. This is a little more of the conversation she had with Richard Engel. How did you get picked to represent thefsb . You werent representing the fsb at all . So to be clear, you were working for a military unit that has ties to the fsb . I mean, its kind of incredible michael, she went from saying it was about adoptions, then there was some discussion that she was tied to prosecutors in russia, now she says shes part of a military unit. I was speaking to bill broward earlier today who said give it a few weeks and shell say she was a russian spy. This is far from the first piece of evidence we have of just how close she was to the russian government and to the fsb. In russian roulette we quote a russian human rights activist who told us how he was threatened threatened by her telling him that she he would go to jail because she was working with the fsb and she was appreciate pressuring him over a business deal that was adverse to her clients interest, she said she was working with the fsb and would have the human rights activist put in jail if he didnt back off. The human rights activist fled the country and was granted political asylum by the obama administration. There is so much when you read the report that is missing. We have details in russian roulette that are absent in this report talking about the context for the trump tower meeting. In january 2015, trump himself met at trump tower with agalarov and rob goldstone, the two key players who set up the trump tower meeting. Youll find no reference to that in this house Intelligence Report that was released today. Kind of remarkable. You would have hoped this report got us further in understanding members of congress are taking their responsibilities seriously. But certainly half of that committee didnt. Michael, natasha, stephen thank you for joining me. Coming up the demise of Ronny Jackson as secretary of the va. In a week where the Trump Administration has been convulsed by chaos and contradiction, the Washington Post words, the most damaging for donald trump may have been the mess surrounding his failed v. A. Nominee dr. Ronny jackson. Heres what the president said today about Ronny Jackson. Ronny jackson is one of the finest men that ive met over the last long period of time. High quality. High quality family. I just met them. And i explained what happened. I explained that washington can be a very mean place. The false accusations that were made about him by senator jon tester from a great state, i dont think that state is going to put up with it. Ive had it happen to me with the russian collusion hoax, its a hoax. But i came into the job understanding that things happen. He didnt. Hes an American Hero and i think hes been treated very unfairly. He may have been treated unfairly, but the person who treated Ronny Jackson unfairly is donald trump. At least if you believe a group of republican senators speaking on the record to the daily beast today they described the handling of the nomination as unorganized at best to anegly gent at worst. Trump officials are apparently now doing the vetting of jackson, and in the words of senator cornyn. Saying quote the white house on friday said officials had conducted a thorough review of president ial physician Ronny Jacksons vehicle records and found three minor incidents but no evidence that he wrecked a car after drinking at a secret service goingaway party. Welcome to both of you. What a week. When stephanie and i were reporting on this earlier this week, this was before it was really clear how serious these allegations were, one of the things we were saying is that Veterans Affairs is a troubled department, its massive, second in size only to the Defense Department with 375,000 employees. This is not a matter for a doctor, for anyone whos run a small operation. This is one of the biggest jobs in the federal government its not clear that, irrespective of the allegations, that Ronny Jackson was right for the job. If you talk to white house officials and President Trump, and his supporters they elected somebody to do the opposite of what they had done. They wanted somebody outside the box. Thats why you have betsy devos in education, ben carson, that everyone was like how are you going to run hud. I talked to officials that said theyre frustrated with the way donald trump was handling dr. Jacksons nomination. They told me we have the paperwork of barack obama, not just typed up stuff, handwritten notes from barack obama saying he needs to be promoted year after year after year, instead of President Trump rolling that out, he was talking about the fact if i was dr. Jackson i would back out now, too. A bunch of unforced errors which is what happens with the other 23 nominees that had to back out. Things if you had known ahead of time you could have had a strategy around. If you knew ahead of time. Trump said something true in that footage, which is washington can be a mean place. But trump has been in washington long enough he can no longer plead ignorance. Hes a political outsider and doesnt understand how things work. Thats why he makes the decisions he makes. Thats why so many republicans went on the report to my publication to say they thought this was handled poorly. So it raises a question as to who the next v. A. Nominee will be and whether trump will go through a more serious vetting process. Donald trump discussed who the next v. A. Nominee will be, at least what sort of person. Listen in. I have many people that want the position, if you can believe it, with all of this being said. We have some very excellent people. Some political people. Some people a thing like that wouldnt happen or if it did theyll hand it somewhat different. Theyll handle it somewhat differently. So were still throwing Ronny Jackson under the bus. The president saying he didnt have the mettle for the job. Maybe hes saying the white house didnt do the best of coming forward and backing their nomin nominee. Hes saying the next time they might roll someone out, which could be someone who didnt run a big agency, they can say this is a good guy. Were going to roll out the paperwork ahead of time. If you had barack obama handwritten signatures why didnt you roll that out immediately . It would have silenced a bunch of people. This was a rival of dr. Jacksons, another doctor working for the white house who didnt like him and former colleagues who didnt like him. If thats the case, it could be true. These allegations werent proven. There wasnt a steady stream of people out there testifying. So they could have said this is what we have, they didnt do that. Vanity fair is reporting, white house officials and trump confidants are currently discussing the possibility of moving john kelly up to the department of Veterans Affairs. Again, i remind people this is the department of Veterans Affairs. Im not saying john kelly is not qualified for this, but its not a good place to land somebody. This is an eyebrow raising report, my colleagues havent been able to confirm this reporting. One thing i can tell you its getting enough traction that its likely. Even if it hasnt come from trump itself he will hear about this reporting and the power of suggestion can be a powerful thing. Secretary kelly has experience running major bureaucracies in a way that Ronny Jackson didnt. He ran the department of homeland security, has historically low moral, a jumble of different agenspects of the government from secret service to ice. As you said the va is a mess, it would be hard finding anyone if you had your pick of anyone in the country who would be adequately suited to take on that difficult and important job. Great to see both of you. Coming up todays news about the president s wild half hour with fox friends. Im saying where do they find these people. Im not your doctor, mr. President , but i recommend you watch less of them. Soon we may get to watch more of trump friends. The white house saw the president s interview yesterday on fox friends and said lets do this every month. Well show you why late night tv writers are all for it. Thats next. There have been all kinds of words used to driescribe the president s phone interview with fox friends yesterday, stunning, unhinged, insane, a melt down, whatever you want to call it, today Kellyanne Conway announced that we all better get ready for more. The president had a great time bringing his case directly to the american people. The president has said that he would like to perhaps come once a month and as news breaks. Come to wait, come to fox friends once a month . Yes. All right. Fantastic. Wow pretty much a monthly basis. Now donald trump wants to repr rereply indicate yet yesterday, then late night will be ready with the jabs. Listen. The interview started strong then the president started talking. Can you imagine trump in court, the prosecution wouldnt need to be there he can crossexamine himself. Its the first ladys birthday he said he was too busy to buy her a president keep in mind this was during the a 30minute long phone call. You got your wife a card . Do you know what she puts up with . I think shes earned a shopping spree. Im going to say around 130,000 worth. If you can spend 130,000 on a porn star, you can at least spring for a necklace. Melania made a wish, blew out her candles and said crap hes still here. If you raided the white house right now, you would not find a card or flowers. I feel bad for fox friends. The only thing they could come up with was trump probably had important things to do when he did not. Im going to miss him when hes arrested, i really am. In case you didnt see it, maria at the rae a kumar is with us. Ya mischa alcindor is also back with us. In case anybody didnt watch this, it was kind of remarkable. The hosts were telling him we know you have a million things to do, you should go. In our industry if the president of the United States called in to the show its a big get. If he called in to this show i would have to say excuse you, and probably to Bryan Williams on the next show. If the president called me id be on the phone with him for hours if needed. In this case watching this live happen, it wasnt like they said okay, goodbye. This was a 15 second trying to wrap him, get him off the phone. Its incredible to see journalists i think they were asking good questions so they grilled him a little bit and two, they pushed him off the phone. This was a 30minute interview and the only thing its closest to our modern day time is what fidel castro used to do. This is filibustering the airwaves and he does not like the way other people are representing him, im going to go on for 30 minutes and continue filibustering. He does it on the phone its a tactic. On tv you can see body language, its difficult to interrupt people on the phone. There were a lot of references to melania and her birthday. This is a stunning moment. If you think its a tactic, he couldnt have played it worse. Listen to what he had to say about his wifes birthday. Good morning. I picked a special day its melanias birthday. I said lets do it on melanias birthday. So happy birthday melania. Do you want to tell us what you got her . Maybe i shouldnt get into that. Maybe i didnt get her so much. She has done i got her a beautiful card. Im busy to be running out looking for presents. I got her a beautiful card and some beautiful flowers. He brought it up, they didnt, that it was his wifes birthday. So the normal course of events would go the way the hosts took it, he wasnt able to handle it. It wasnt that he couldnt handle it, he told the truth. I probably got her a car. I should say i got married a month and a half ago my husband better get me a present, i dont care how busy you are. But it goes back to the mood he wanted to unload. He did you want have a communications director. It hasnt been filled after hope hicks left. John kelly is someone that doesnt have power and control in the white house, according to my sources. So you have the president representing himself, going with his instincts which is going to talk to fox news on the phone, which is how he won the election, they say. This is what he did for years. He called in to reporters, to shows. This is his thing and he think it works for him. It works well. Its this thing hes going to filibuster the airwaves. The question to ask is does fox want him on the air . And if they do, do they become the mouthpiece of the administration. That may cross lines. He wants to make sure he owns the airwaves and we need to continue to have the conversations. I should say as a journalist they were asking the questions most people would ask him, they were asking about Michael Cohen talking about the his tactics, we assume hes going to play the media traditionally, hes going to answer the questions. That doesnt work for the rest of us. Its interesting that he uses that approach with them, but the question is, does he get does he gain more support by doing this . Does this work for him in your opinion . I think if hes calling fox news and wants to appeal to his base, yes. If hes talking about whether it complicates things for Michael Cohen, who im told has a lot of information on him, when a federal prosecutor is using your words to get an independent person to go through documents seized in a raid they did that. Yes. 16 cell phones. Right after the interview the prosecutors quoted from it and went to the judge. They were using his words against him. The challenge is trump is about trump. It almost doesnt matter what Michael Cohen is facing now. Hes making sure hes creating and crafting the narrative, but its also about him 24 7. He did throw Michael Cohen under the bus in the interview, hes busy with other issues. So to the same stuff he did with Ronny Jackson. The idea he threw him under the bus, didnt defend him the way he should have. This is what donald trump does. At some point that has to, for donald Trump Supporters become unseemingly. A red flag hes out for himself. I would say as a reporter who covered his campaign, hes not acting any differently than he acted on the campaign trail. A lot of his supporters said they knew they were voting for a quote unquote wild card. So worried about the department of veteran affairs and hud raising rent on poor families, i think as far as his style this is going to help him. There were a lot of politics youre being find. Thats where he feels comfortable talking about politics. He rarely likes to dig into policy because hes wrong about them and those are got ya moments. But were playing a different game. Thats an acute observe evaluation. Thank you both for being with us. The leaders of north and south korea signed a historic Peace Agreement on friday plenching no more war and a complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. The meeting began with another milestone, north Korean Leader kim jongun became the first president of north korean to set foot in the south since the korean war. The two leaders smiled and shook hands before stepping over the demarcati demarcation line. Kim jongun did not provide specifics on how he would rid north korea of nuclear missiles. In a meeting with german chancellor Angela MerkelPresident Trump didnt seem too concerned about the lack of detail from kim jongun. What is it, mr. President , to ensure that kim isnt playing the u. S. Like the kims had . I dont think hes playing. Its never gone like this. Its never gone like this far, i dont think its ever had this enthusiasm for them wanting to make a deal. I agree, the United States has been played beautifully, like a fiddle because you had a different kind of a leader. Were not going to be played. Okay. While President Trump is intent on meeting with kim jongun to make a nuclear deal, hes threatening to walk away from the iran nuclear. Mike pompeo at a meeting in brussels today said President Trump would leave the deal unless there was a substantive fix. President trump wouldnt say he had an alternative to the deal or whether he would use military force. I dont talk about whether i would use military force. Thats not appropriate to be talking about. I can tell you this, they will not be doing Nuclear Weapons. That i can tell you. Okay . Theyre not going to be doing Nuclear Weapons. You can bank on it. Mr. President , through all the translations kim jongun has never said directly that hes willing to give up what nukes he has at this point. I think its going to work out just fine. Do you believe that . I think its going to work out just fine. Lets see what happens but i think itll be very good. Thank you very much. Its a little more complicated than that so joining us is wendy sherman, a former special adviser to president clinton on north korea. Also an msnbc Global Affairs contributor. And evelyn farcus, a former Deputy Assistant secretary of defense. Also an Msnbc National Security analyst. Thank you to both of you for being with us. Ambassador sherman let me start with you. I want to remind our viewers that leaders of the two before. They met in the year 2000, in 2007, and then again today. This is definitely a positive development ahead of the trump kim meeting maybe in late may or june. But do you think the president has a good understanding of how this is meant to go . Well, look, ali, i think we should all be glad that we have dialogue, that were not on a march to war. But pomp and circumstance, all the theater we saw today, may usher in hope, but its really precision and persistence and hard work that gets you a result. So, no, i dont think the president fully understands the detail that will be necessary here. The iran deal itself was 110 pages long with the most extensive verification and monitoring provisions ever, and iran didnt have Nuclear Weapons, and we knew where their assets were. Thats not true in the case of north korea. We dont know where all their assets are, and there is no verification and monitoring, and they have Nuclear Weapons. So a lot of hard work ahead. Evelyn, one of the things that is worrisome that the president doesnt understand the details of north korea is that we have strategic alliances with japan. Right. And with south korea. Their interests here are different than ours are. We dont want Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles with nuclear tips on them. You can affect south korea or japan with much smaller weaponry. They would like something more comprehensive. So theyre a little worried that the president may go in and make a deal that he can claim is good for america that may not be good for our strategic partners. Correct. I would say that of the two, the japanese are the most concerned. And you saw abe fly over here, you know, to get in trumps face if you will, to make him aware of what japanese concerns are. So certainly the Ballistic Missiles that can affect japan, those are shorter range. Theyre worried about them. The japanese Prime Minister also has staked a lot of his personal and political credibility on the issue of the japanese abductees. There are about 13 or more maybe japanese that were abducted in the 80s by the north koreans. Right. He would really like some progress on that front. Last time we had a big and theres real worry from the japanese that the president is not going to put his back into a comprehensive agreement with north korea because he likes deals. He likes things that look like successes. Yeah. And even the south koreans, while they may be less nervous than the japanese, they also need us to back them up on a sort of a deescalation, if you will and withdrawal of artillery tubes, for example, things like that, which they talked about. It seems this agreement will address that. But actually going ahead and enforcing it and putting it into action is a whole other story. Wendy, lets talk about iran for a second because you were involved in this deal. The president definitely does not seem to have a handle on the details around the iran detail. Very specifically, the amount of time it took to get that deal, the number of parties involved and what it was intended to do, which many observers say it is doing. Right, indeed. It was meant to ensure iran never could obtain a Nuclear Weapon, and it does indeed do that. It is an incredibly detailed agreement. The president has said it doesnt take care of Ballistic Missiles. It doesnt take care of irans nefarious behavior in the region. That is true. It was never meant to. Getting this alone took years of hard work, particularly the last two years. And i think the other important piece here for people to understand is if you want to try to put everything in the deal, id say to President Trump make sure you get the american detainees in north korea home. Make sure you stop the cyber crimes that north korea has perpetrated all over the world, including in our own country, hacks that we have identified including the sony hack. And finally, lets go after those outrageous and disastrous human rights abuses in north korea. And if i said that to the president , hed probably say, well, if you do that, then you may not get everything you want on denuclearization, a definition he doesnt yet understand. Right. Because the north sees that quite differently. Well, thats what happened in the iran deal. You cant put everything on the table, or youre going to have to negotiate away what you need to do on Nuclear Weapons, which are the most powerful, create the greatest deterrent, and what we must get rid of to be able to deal with these other issues. Senator Lindsey Graham, evelyn, said today that if this goes if this succeeds in north korea, the president deserves the nobel peace prize. Lets listen. It wouldnt have happened without trump. It may not happen, but its the biggest change since the end of the hostilities. The fact that the north korean and south korean president met and they vow to end the war, what happened . Donald trump convinced north korea and china he was serious about bringing about change. Were not there yet, but if this happens, President Trump deserves the nobel peace prize. Lindsey graham is not always one to back trump. Right. In fairness, though, what Lindsey Graham may be missing is the new south korean president was very big on having a meeting. Hes been talking about dialogue even when President Trump wasnt talking about dialogue. How should we be interpreting this maverick behavior by donald trump that some say resulted in the idea that donald trump and kim jongun may meet . Well, i think what senator graham is saying there is that a lot of people, including the leaders of china, south korea, and japan believe that the United States president , you know, our president was willing to use force to prevent north korea from making the final steps that it needed to take in order to achieve its objective, which is of course a Nuclear Weapon that can attack the u. S. Mainland successfully. You know, they cannot do that yet as far as we know, but theyre close. So, yes, his fire and fury you know, all of his speechifying and his saber rattling scared everybody. For that i think he does deserve credit. A nobel prize will be a Long Time Coming but as wendy said, first you need an agreement. You need to hammer out all the details and then you need a really good verification regime and we dont have that. It will take time to see whether he truly deserves the nobel peace prize.
