Responding. And rising tensions in the middle east as u. S. Officials say it is highly likely iran carried out attacks on four tankers last week. This escalates fears u. S. Planes and ships could be targeted by iran. Members of the house and senate are set to get a full briefing this upcoming week but we start the hour for you first it was the end of the beginning that has now ended. What do i mean . The 2020 frontrunner of any democrat or republican by polls today just finished his threeweek kickoff. 19 days ago joe biden started his official run for president in pittsburgh. Today he book ends his official kickoff in philadelphia. Footnote, yes, he knows turning pennsylvania blue is again crucial to a win and footnote, yes, why philadelphia is his campaign headquarters. The latest poll from fox is from fox news, and it finds biden at 35 among democratic primary voters. Senator Bernie Sanders second trailing by 18 points. Now that same poll also puts biden 11 points ahead of President Trump. Polls and votes, well, you know, they change certainly, but for today, if the election were held, the polls say biden would comfortably be president of the United States. Nbc news road war your mike m journalist is with the former Vice President. If you were to make a comment about todays as he finishes this long kickoff what to that point be . Yeah. Hey there, richard. For the Biden Campaign its all about reinforcing bidens strength and his perceived strength is perhaps that biggest strength. You talk about the selection of philadelphia for this kickoff rally. Everything obviously, a lot of historical significance to philadelphia. You heard the former Vice President talk about this is the city where our founding dounlts were written. Personal significance to the philadelphia area to the biden family. Jill biden, the Vice President s wife talked about herself as a philly girl. Root for the eagles, for the phillies. The Vice President talked about family roots nearby in scranton. Of course, its about the political significance of philadelphia and pennsylvania as whole and joe biden essentially saying this is about the fight to beat donald trump. We heard the Vice President reiterate a lot of what we married from him in this campaign already. Talking about charlottesville, he sees at the threat donald trump poses to our democracy. New and interesting to hear today, joe biden begin to take the fight to donald trump on the economy. Listen to how he framed that argument to voters here just a little bit ago. I know President Trump likes to take credit for the economy and the Economic Growth and the low unemployment numbers. Look at the facts. Not the alternative facts. President trump inherited an economy from an obama biden economy given to him just like he inherited Everything Else in his life. [ cheers and applause ] and just like just like Everything Else hes been given in his life, hes in the process of squandering that as well. Reporter so, richard what we would call a political twofor. Same time joe biden manages to paint a contrast between himself and donald trump talking about his own middleclass roots versus donald trump inheriting his wealth and clearly putting himself back in the mold at the obama biden democrat and taking credit for the economic recovery that began on his watch he believes. Where does joe biden go from here is the next question . We wont see at much from him pub politically. Doing fundraising and more importantly getting ready for that critical first democratic primary debate at the end of june. We heard from some Biden Campaign advisers that hes ready, taking shots from all sides from his primary opponents and from the president and going to get ready to take on those fights as well. Richard . Mike, sixweek preparation i guess. Practice makes perfect in stuff like this. Hey, how confident are the staff right now . The numbers, as you heard, the leadup here, if we follow the polls today, had would be top democrat, beat President Trump now. How confident are they . A concern because so many months are ahead of you . Reporter listen, a lot of people saying to the Biden Campaign, i know this personally, that perhaps the Vice President s best day as a candidate might be his first day. What theyre doing now, reminding us, looking at polls pointing out how strong the rollout has been and feeling very strong and also know, we heard it from the Vice President himself earlier in the week, that polls, numbers go up and down. But theyre feeling confident that especially in such a crowded field in ways the bigger the crowd of democrats in this race the stronger joe biden appears as the safe bet to take on donald trump. Mike memoli, and now to msnbc contributor, and a Democratic Political strategist with us also. Percio, numbers going one way for him. Up, up, up. They are. Where else can we go from here . Only down, as mike was saying. Thats a concern . Were so far away from the first. Debate. Caucus. And the first debate and everything. Interesting to watch those numbers, if biden is in fact going to lay low for the next six weeks and prep for this debate, how will that affect the numbers . What numbers will he go into s. That too long . Six weeks . My guess, pop in and out. He will have the media wherever he wants it and can comes in and out of it. Not to have any events is surprising considering what all the other candidates are doing. Those poll numbers you showed almost feed off of each other. Because the stronger he is against the president , the more he looks like the answer for the democrats, and they say i want to go with the winner. The more that the democrats are supporting biden, the better he does against the rntesident. Makes sense from one point of view. Absolutely right. I agree with susan. Lay low for now, because he is the frontrunner for all intents and purposes right now. And hunker down. Exactly right. Ed by his time, raise his money. Start to hone his message. You heard him talk about a i not message. Thats rolf importa thats really important. The obama coalition, voted for obama twice, trump once. That for him is the waiting message. Heard a great commercial played and your air a few minutes ago paid bofor by tom speier. With everything trump has done why arent democrats impeaching . Pressure as was pointed out but i think 3w50bidens focus, get coalition back today. Advantage getting obama voters who went for trump, republicans like myself no way can i support President Trump. He can expand that base. Might he lose the base, saying i dont unity. Forget unity. Throw that out on the road . How does he hand that . Thats the the big question. Is it moderation or motivation . Whats going to lead to success for the democrats . And we shall see, but i think if 2018 is any indication, the democrats were able to take back the house. Not with super progressive candidates that always win democratic seats. They were primaries, some of the big names out there, but with moderate democrats who challenged swing districts and sitting members of congress. So modseration seemed to be winning the day and especially if youre looking for those suburban voters. Why is it money were seeing in terms of excitement for this particular democrat falling on to dnc fundraising here . As we you know, youre the guy to talk to about this. Thats fine. Its double to one rnc to the dnc in the latest numbers that we have from open secrets. 15. 5 to 8. 1 million dollars. What are we seeing . Probably a lot of people spleding out money over 23 different candidates. Theres a lot of that in here. Up by two from last week as we met . Look, as we get closer and closer to the culmination of this cycle particularly with iowa and some candidates fall off, then i think youll start to see a lot more money go to the dnc, the dccc as i think folks focus more on a unified message. Could be tricky. If it isnt an established candidate like establishment candidate like joe biden, i wonder how hard they will work in tandem with the dnc . Yeah. Also. Not going away when they would in the past . By tradition . Right. Also just on those numbers. Democrats are doing very well in fundraising in their congressional districts. Outraising and putting up big number theres. Theres probably just a little bit of a lag right now. Are these numbers really about joe biden specifically . In that if you look at one of the numbers coming from the fox news poll, actually any democrat does better than biden against President Trump right now. Those numbers in the latest polling, 5438. I mean, thats an even larger gap. Absolutely. To tie that to some of the fundraising, what obama did in 08 and continued in 2012 is focusing a lot of attention on the candidate as opposed to party necessarily. Thats focused a lot of attention on individual candidates, personalities, platforms. Seeing a lot of energy right now going towards people like Elizabeth Warren and others who are really starting to bubble up. I think thats why the dnc, a lot of are the money to the dnc, the candidate as that candidate emerges will make the argument to the donor that you have to give to me and to the party itself. But thats going to take a minute. And the minute might be too long, though, because of the 23 candidates and 12 debates. Up to 20 candidates in each one, yeah, but ho do they start to win . And behind the dnc, come the january filing, or i should say probably the march 15th filing of 2020, thats where were really going to know if theres significant fundraising problems for either side. I dont expect it will be on the republican side. You said when . Probably march 2020. For the national committees, because right now you have 23 people raising money for themselves. Theres no agreements and i think that will change. T minus six. Six months. Thank you both. Good to see you. The immigration debate intensifies after President Trump rolls out his new proposal. Joined by members of all three minority congressional caucuses, the tricaucus, to get their reaction. Plus, rising tensions over iran and the possibility of a proxy war with the United States. Now to whats being called an immigration knife fight in the white house by one trump aide. A struggle for power. But its personal for thousands of people, families and children. Just today we hear the white house reverses a plan to move migrants away from the border to florida for processing, says the hill. It comes after several Florida Republicans including Governor Ron Desantis and senator marco rubio voiced opposition. Didnt want that. Customs and border Officials Say looking at housing areas in other parts of the country. Also today from the Washington Post in an apparent power play, acting Homeland Security Kevin Mcaleenan dropped trump adviser Stephen Miller from undercutting his rank. Miller quantitied incoming i. C. E. Head mark morgue ton take another leadership roll at u. S. Customs and Border Protection in stead. Mcaleenan said that decision was under my department and threatened to quit. The plan then scrapped. Live at the white house, just a start, matt, in terms of who is pulling strings on immigration policy right now we certainly see some of the manifestations of the difficulty of the way theyre enacteding that which is coming down from the white house . Reporter thats right, richard. Call in an immigration knife fight or palace intrigue, it is all about Stephen Miller, it seems, trying to strengthen his hand when it comes to immigration policy. Now, as you just saw, this reporting from the Washington Post, it shows that hes really been trying to exert his power over other departments that he doesnt have direct control on, really, and also before that, kirstjen nielsen, one of the major casualties of Stephen Millers effort to try to strengthen his hand and try to really strengthen that immigration policy that he thinks is too loose along the southwestern boardser, or southeastern border of the United States nap. That is really going to be, the United States policy continue and the Trump Administration continues its agenocide da da t with the largest influx of immigration since 2007. You can see that in some of these moves that happened in the last couple of days. The Trump Administration flying migrants from points in texas to other points in texas and then again to california. And then the reaction from ron desantis, governor of florida saying they cant accommodate anymore migrants and flat out refusing. The Trump Administration ended up obliging them. The report on these developments with the way that immigration policy is being enacted as you well know, the policy is very complex when it comes to all the agencies like making a battle ship make a uturn yet were seeing it left and right, day to day. Since we have you and its relevant to the theme here that who is making a decision, because were hearing several words or reports, i should say, coming out of the white house, thats related to iran. What is happening with what iran is doing, and in reaction to that, what is the white house policy in response to what iran is actually doing . Can you tell us what we know right now . We know those on the hill are saying what do we know . Reporter well, as i mentioned, Stephen Miller seems to be the driving force behind the hardening of policy on immigration. You could maybe even look at bolton as the driving force behind the hardening of Foreign Policy when it comes to iran. President trump has publicly walked backstrir i sisterings about going to war. He said this week he doesnt want to go to war with iran that bolt sn trying to force his hand and may be getting him into a war and new reporting from nbc shows that some of the hawks including mike pompeo, secretary of state, are trying to come up with policy to make and end run around congress and allow them to go to war with iran anyway. So far seeing that donald trump himself, the president , ran on the platform of avoiding war in the middle east, he has dialed that back. Richard . Nbcs matt bradley at the white house. Matt, thanks for all of that. A lot to cover, bring in our tricaucus panel. Chair of the congress his tahi caucus and of the africanamerican caucus and representative from capital. Thanks to all three being here for our periodic tricaucus panel. Start first with the issue of immigration. Seeing that at least in the inaction of what the white house wants to do is changed today. Those migrants, again, that supposedly or initially being shipped to florida now hearing theyre reversing that. Do not want that to happen. Representative gallego, i know, as relates, relationship to the wall that you had suggested, had cosponsored a bill to get the president to stop diverting funds from the military to the wall. What is your response to the Current Trump immigration plan . Put up details here. One of which is increased security at ports of entry. Well, it doesnt actually do anything in terms kwh s of whate currently dealing with in this country. For example, it has nothing to do to fix problems with dreamers. We need to rectify that situation. Millions of dreamers will be potentially deported if we dont fix that situation. It doesnt really answer the question about refugees in this country and really gives too much notice, too much weight to the what they call merit base, and basically accusing most immigrants of not being meritorious, and as a matter of fact, those currently coming now tend to be better educated than the general population. Representative chao, one of the other items on the immigration plan coming from the white house is it does not address dreamers. Something specific to the asianamerican Pacific Islander community as well as Latino American community. Whats your response to that not being addressed sleeat least no the current immigration plan . Its a tired rehash of President Trumps restrictive immigration policies. He does not do anything for the dreamers. He does not do anything for the 11 million undocumented in this country. He devastates the diversity lotteries. He also decimates the family immigration system. And he chooses who he wants to bring in. Its und eer definition what is meritorious. We have very critical problems with these dreamers who could be deported to a country that they do not know. And yet he takes not a single step in making sure that there can be a solution to that. So to me this is not any kind of proposal that is with merit, and, in fact, i think its dead on arrival, because i see no appetite among republicans to do anything about it and certainly not democrats without a solution to the dreamer issue. Representative lawrence a big support of daca as well issue of the dreamers as your other two panelists are in terms it of addressing a solution to this very issue. The civics test the way its outlined now is you would have to pass a test. It would be graded based on English Proficiency employment history and level of education. How do you make this work . I would like the president to pass that test first before its implemented, but i would say the asylum seekers, those who are coming to our country, we, you know, we see this were going it fly these detainees all over the country. Why not put judge its in our courts, we have all of these vacancies, so we can start processing those who are seeking asylum in this country . Its one of those things the statue of liberty represents. Those who are seeking asylum that there is a process in the United States. We as democrats are going to bring forth legislation, the promise act, to address giving dreamers of promise we made to them. They kept their promise. They became students of education and employed they are working in our, our military. Theyre working in jobs, and we made a promise that if they do that and become good citizens that we would give them a path to citizenship. We need to keep our promise and the president of the United States, the wall, now flying people all over the country, if he would sit down with democrats, just like i want democrats to sit down with him, i want him to sit down with democrats, and we can come up with a plan. The American People sent us to congress and sent him to the white house for us to Work Together as elected body to fix this problem. Also cover the topic of iran you heard me discussing with matt bradley at the white house. Representative gallego, tuesday i believe was the day that hill members will be briefed by administration officials. What do you think should be asked and should be told . Seems to be more question marks around what is a very important issue . Well, i did get, already receive a breaching on this. Im on the House Armed Services committee and of course take particular issue being an iraq war veteran and seeing the debacle started by dick cheney and president bush. The question that should be asked outside, what normal questions, number one, wheres our authority to actually go war in iran . Nothing in the authorized use of military force for that. Two, what are the consequences . The trigger points . What is the motivation for iran . Actually to be, to start any type of engagements . And also, what is actually happening . Is this iran escalating, because they feel that we are escalating or provocative moves on their part . Sir, without getting into specifics, sorry for disrupting. Where did you hear that might give us a sense of the concern level right now . That seems to be at odds. So what i heard and what i interpreted was that this administration is looking for reasons to be scared of iran, and is trying to draw a lot of connections to iran, and create a situation that would probably trigger us into a war. And i think every member of Congress Needs to be skeptical of whats going on, and the information thats coming out, from these briefings. Representative chu, might be an issue democrats and republicans might agree upon even the president , even agreeing with the president as well, because as we can see from some of the reporting that the president does not want to get into another area of conflict. Your reflection, representative chu . I think there is great concern about this escalation from both sides of the aisle. And President Trump himself said he did not want to be drawn into a war. But here we see actions that are getting us closer and closer to do. We see the u. S. Withdrawing from the iran nuclear deal. We see that the, they have designated the Iran Revolutionary guard and terrorists even though they were warned that would be provocative and then we see the uss Lincoln Strike Group getting closer to iran. So these are, these are moves of great concern, and it could draw us into a war that we do not want to be in. Were tired of being in the middle east, and certainly with iraq. We got in there with very faulty information. We do not want to repeat that. Representative lawrence, as you heard today, were hearing from administration officials, saying be careful. Commercial Airlines Flying over the persian gulf. Might be misidentified for the everyday american. A little concerning. Its very concerning. This is a point i want america to just pause and think. When the president , our current president , took a victory lap because he withdrew from the iran deal, he said that it was a bad deal. Understand that every president should be thoughtful and strategic in our foreign relationships. There was so much process and communication with iran and getting them to a place where we could have that interaction between the two of us so we would not go to war. He has now pulled back and said, oh, wait a minute. I dont want to go to war, but if you as a president had been strategic and thought about the actions and how another country would react to that, we would not possibly be at this point. I do not want to go to war with iran. We do not want to see our country going, enlisting taking it our enlisted military and sending them back to war. We have a lot of work to do. We need to put everyone at the table so that we can start the diplomatic discussions and look at how we can deescalate this situation right now. We have so many things we have to address in the United States, and i need the president and his advisers to do the right thing, to deescalate this situation. Always a pleasure. Our tricaucus panel. 158 members strong, i believe, if we did our count right. All three of your caucuses representative guy yagallego an lawrence and i understand its the 25th anniversary and harris of for more asianamericans. And 100th anniversary of women getting the right to vote on may 21st. Bring it on. Thank you all three. Have a very good weekend. It heads to the desk of republican governor mike parson expected to sign it within a week. Missouri is part of a wave of antiabortion legislation igniting anger across the country. 13 other states on the map have abortion restrictions or are considering it. Including alabama. Which passed the most restrictive law in. Country this week. Joining us now, the Vice President for reproductive rights and health at the National Womens law center. And former u. S. Attorney and professor at university of Alabama School of law. And political satireist are and former daily show producer. Reading your article, joyce, in the Washington Post, and youre saying what many are saying. This isnt just about alabama. Right . And i guess the question, if its not just about alabama, joyce, is this the case that would be able to break through roe versus wade . Its difficult to predict which case the Supreme Court might take on appeal, if any. They have discretion over that, but the Alabama House sponsors of this bill and the primary sponsor was a woman. They were clear about their goal. Their goal involved alabama a lot less than it involved a National Agenda of deliberately teeing um the statute that the Supreme Court could use to completely overrule roe versus wade. When we look at this move coming out of alabama, gretchen, youre seeing whats happening in at least four other states on this day. Whats the response for those against these laws . Look, this effort is extreme, and it is over reach. This is going to prove a mistake for those lawmakers pushes this. The public is learning about this happening. They are getting enraged and engaged. I think in this moment where were having a womans movement, the womens march. Women are speaking up and they want their rights to be protected, not attacked. This is going to prove misguided. I think a backlash in women running for office, women voting out candidates who vote for these types of bills. In the yethink it will be what those lawmakers thought it would be. You hear the responses listen to the way voters of activated energized and can tell by what media is talking and tough issues like this, abortion . I mean, i think the key is not to let those people say that theyre prolife. Im here because im prolife. Studies show that in country wheres abortion is legal, less people have them. And so i think its really, like, a branding issue. I think that i dont want to live in a country the only way the government will pay for your abortion is by, if you sleep with a married republican. And i think that its really important to make it known that people making these laws are not prolife, not even pro fetus. Dont is a tort health care for pregnant women, just antiwomen and antiscience and antidata i. Want to play, talk about language. This comes from republican missouri legislator barry povis who used a phrase some are reacting to very negatively. Lets listen. Just say someone goes out and they have, or theyre raped or sexually assaulted. Most of my rapes werent the gentleman jumping out of the bushes. One or two our 100. Date rapes or consensual rapes, all terrible. Joyce, help me with that language . I cant. Its reprehensible, especially coming from someone who used to work in law enforcement. A mystery to me what people in that state do not demand and immediate referring nation based on that comment. That language, gretchen, it react to what joyce said. I think thats right. In this area of the Metoo Movement and women uprising to share their personal stories of rape, of abortion, are their lived experiences, which is not represented by these attacks on abortion, not represented by their legislators who should be doing what they can to actually address crises in their community. Maternal mortality, affordable child care. A bunch of things these legislators could do to help women in their community. Instead passing regressive and extreme abortion bans. I think people will rise up against this. Speaking out, not happy about this and will be more unhappy when these are moving through the courts and their state is wasting resources and taxpayer dollars to defend laws that will be struck down. Jenna, look at the map i showed earlier. As a political satirist, youre looking at certain parts of the country pushing this more aggressively and coasts that are not. I mean it has, like, racist undertones of the antichoice movement that was started by people who are really against segregation more than they were prolife, quote unquote. So, yeah. I mean, southern states, states with histories of racism that are greater than the our countrys pretty racist, but, it is a cal klaculated attempt for power. Not prolife. Womens right to choose whats best for her and her body. Its all politics. Alabama, again harks one of the highest rates of infant mortality as to many states that you know, suppress womens rights for bodily autonomy. We have to reframe the narrative and take it off the prolife propaganda were being fed. Why now, and three reasons that some believe theres a new push to limit, again, here, abortion in states. Three reasons. The appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the u. S. Supreme court, rise of one party rule states, not worried about backlash. Joyce what will happen in the Supreme Court now that Brett Kavanaugh is there . What do you expect to see . Which cases might come through and how will the u. S. Supreme court raeeact to that . The way it works or at least the way it should work is roe versus wade will be binding precedent on lower courts as the cases work thi way up. That means trial courts and 11th Circuit Court of appeals in the country, rather 12 with the district of columbia, will be bound by roe versus wade. When it hits the Supreme Court its really anyones guess. But at least in alabama the Lieutenant Governor weighed in and said he believed the reason the time was right for alabamas bill was because President Trump had supercharged the federal courts so that the time to reverse roe versus wade had come. Gretchen, 15 seconds. I think the court sun likely to take this case. Its blatantly unconstitutional and overrule 45 years of precedent. It doesnt mean were safe. A lot of cases in the pipeline to the Supreme Court and were looking at a scenario the court doesnt overturn roe formally but cot severely gut it. Something we all need to be worried about. Thank you all. Joyce, stay with us. See you in a little bit. Breaking news. A republican congressman speaking out. Tinted of this hour, justin amash of michigan has become the first republican member of congress to specifically say the president has committed impeachable offenses. In a series of tweets, amash makes an argument for impeachment and says attorney general william barr deliberately misrepresented the mueller report. Amash has been critical of the president in the past, youve probably seen it. His strong reaction follows barrs first onair interview since becoming attorney general. He has been hammered for something for allegedly conspiring with the russians and that we know is a hoax. Charlie savage, New York Times reporter, and msnbc creditor, back with us, joyce vance, former federal prosecutor and msnbc contributor. Charlie, first republican member of congress here to make it through and use the words that the president has undertaken conduct that is impeachable. Well, dont look for there to be too many more. Justin amash is an outlier, more of a maverick, something more of a libertarian. We saw it in the patriot act debates. Hes not someone to necessarily toes the line of his caucuss leadership, but hes also rather unique in that respect. Unique and i guess if youre on the left this week, we heard Speaker Pelosi use the word impeachment as a process to get reports and documents that she is not and her partys not been able to get through requests through subpoenas and otherwise. Chris lui, how might they be able to use that. Im encouraged by the congressmans statements because i think hes dead on. Its also one of the reasons why House Democrats need to continue to send out document requests and interview witnesses. Failing that, they need to issue subpoenas and potentially go to court. Look, impeachment is a long process that requires building a public case. As the congressman said, very few of his colleagues making pronouncements simply havent read the mueller report. And so that is what hearings will do and those hearings dont need to be necessarily in the context of impeachment. They could simply be in the matter of oversight. Its critical that the house judiciary committee, ways and means and oversight continue their investigations. Joyce, you may have seen much of the interview that happened on fox there with attorney general bill barr. Some of the headlines that have come out since, ill read one of them. It says no mueller, no mcgahn, leaves House Democrats frustrated. Chris wallace on fox news with an exclusive interview with the attorney general, he is clearly protecting this president. What did you take away from them . This seems to be just the most recent time when the attorney general was willing to heavily shade the truth in order to protect the president. And so the tradition weve come to expect from attorneys general who work for the president on matters of policy but have always maintained a certain distance and objectivity when it comes to criminal cases, particularly those that involve the administration, that ends with this attorney general. So i think in that context, its interesting to see the congressmans comments. Charlie makes the right point that right now hes an army of one. The question is whether hell attract some friends. Some friends . Is it fox and friends, charlie . Because when we look at this headline coming out of fox news, chris wallace, very known and representable as a journalist, hes clearly protecting this the president , he says. I wrote an article about parsing bill barrs comments as well. I would say that he was shading the truth so much as that he was in explaining why hes putting new scrutiny on the origins of the russia investigation, he was throwing out possibilities of maybe there was wrongdoing, but im not really saying that. Im just asking questions and saying hes not getting enough answers yet. And these comments fueled all kinds of headlines in the world of fox news and breitbart and so forth that were, like, oh, at last, going after the deep state that created this whole hoax that there was anything to look at at all about russias help to the Trump Campaign and trying to understand it back in 2016. Now, the question about attorney general barr has been when he uses words like spying to refer to investigations, is he doing that on purpose or just blurting out a word not knowing the reverberations that it would have. To you, chris lu. Nothing is surprising. Bill barr is a private citizen, discredited the mueller investigation, said the president cant be guilty of obstruction of justice. What hes simply doing is troubling on so many levels. We know that the russians did interfere in the 2016 elections. Theyre going to do it in 2020. This week we learned two florida counties had their voter rolls hacked. When you have an attorney general who says im going to investigate the investigators, that does not send the right message at the time when were trying to combat foreign election interference. All right. Chris lu, charlie savage, joyce vance, thank you. Well be right back. ll be righ. dad nooooooo. vo quick, the quicker picker upper bounty picks up messes quicker and is two times more absorbent. Bounty, the quicker picker upper.
