Im alex witt with time to wish you a happy thanksgiving as i do to ken disgibson. Happy thanksgiving as well. See you next week. Im Kendis Gibson at msnbc World Headquarters in new york. He is officially in. The billionaire Michael Bloomberg is running for president. He says he will finance his very own campaign. Could that move exclude him from making the debate stage . Republican congressman devin nunes refusing to answer questions on reports that he had met with an exukraine official to try to get dirt on the bidens. Nunes vowing to take the media to court as democrats consider launching an investigation into him. Backing down, a rare reversal from President Trump on the fate of disgraced navy s. E. A. L. Eddie gallagher. What military officials are telling nbc news about the effort to kick gallagher out of the unique unit. R. Kellys girlfriend is speaking out about their years long relationship calling herself a victim. The details she is revealing while the singer remains behind bars awaiting trial. First, the former new york city mayor Michael Bloomberg has entered the race for the white house and launched his campaign with a flashy, online ad, highlighting his resume and targeting trump. Mike bloomberg for president. Jobs creator, leader, problem solver. Its going to take all three to build back a country. Bloomberg plans to spend tens of millions of dollars on nationwide Television Ads in the next few days. Weve got our nbc news political reporters Josh Letterman and ali vitali getting reaction on the ground to all of this and start with you there, josh. Youve been following the kickoff to this campaign only hours old at this point. Did he kind of lay out how he thinks hell win the nomination . Yeah. Mike bloomberg is saying that three elements of his background, his work in business, philanthropy and government as the former new york mayor make him uniquely positioned to compete against President Trump for the nomination, particularly as a lot of democrats are concerned that if the nominee is someone like Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, they may be too liberal to win over some of the moderate voters they will need in the general election. He will not take any donations at all. Hes going to completely self fund how he ran his mayoral campaigns. Thats raised questions about if and how he will be able to actually get into the democratic debates where the qualifying criteria have been based in part on how many donors youre able to get. Bloomberg does plan to spend very big, upwards of 15 million on a Voter Registration drive, aimed largely at minority voters, as well as 100 million just on online ads, just on the internet. Also, in the coming days about upwards of 30 million that he plans to spend on his first tv ads. We believe that that is the largest single week ad buy for a candidate in all of u. S. Political history. And we expect in these ads and in his campaign trail events, Mike Bloomberg will be emphasizing how even though he hasnt been in this race all along he han bes been working on control and Climate Change for years behind the scenes and has really been part of this fight. Now hes going to be skipping the first four states, iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and nevada, and really trying to blanket the airwaves in the rest of the country, to thrust himself in front of voters nationally in hopes that he can really rank up delegates when it comes to those super tuesday contests. This is an unconventional, a difficult path for the nomination and for Mike Bloomberg, hes already in just these first couple hours coming under sharp attack for his democratic rivals who say hes trying to essentially buy the election and thats not a great contrast to draw against donald trump as far as another wealthy new yorker who wants to become president. This is a super, super wealthy new yorker, 54 billion in worth. Thanks to you. Our own nbc news ali vital leah got sight into bloombergs bid and Stephanie Ruhle spoke with the campaigns communication director. Ali, why is bloomberg getting in the race now . Kendis, its now or never. Just look at the realities of the political calendar. Voters are going to start voting and caucuses in a matter of weeks. Were at thanksgiving and for bloomberg, we know he came up against filing deadlines in some of the super tuesday states that josh mentioned that will be crucial to the way hes running his campaign. He had to file there to keep his options open. Thats what triggered all of this information about if bloomberg was going to get into this race. He said no in march. Today thats a reversal, hes in saying hes troubled by what he sees in the field. Putting the politics aside as ive been talking to voters what they say, whether they would entertain voting for him or not its late in the game. A lot of these other candidates have been out here organizing not just in the early four states but in states beyond that into the super tuesday states where bloomberg wants to play. So the Campaign Says thats not what theyre seeing. If you ask them which i did, they say they are able to look at polls and see there are voters still undecided but theyre not the only ones making that argument either. When you ask corey booker, amy klobuchar, they are pointing to the undecided voters why theyre staying in the race. A lot of competition for the folks who havent made up their minds. The races that gotten bigger with two other candidates. This would seem to be a gift for warren and Bernie Sanders, a big billionaire getting into the race. What sort of reaction are we getting there in New Hampshire from the Sanders Campaign and people on the ground . You call ate gift, kendis and thats true. Both of those campaigns are looking at Michael Bloomberg as the perfect new foil to get into the race and talk about their message about with why they want big structural change. Both candidates sanders and warren, want a wealth tax, something bloomberg has sparred with and now going to spill into the democratic primary debate writ large. Bernie sanders talking now, and you will notice hes talking about health care but he has not held back in terms of when voters and reporters have asked him about Michael Bloomberg and what his voters told me on the ground mimics his language. Listen. You know, you can be a millionaire and really understand what the majority of an americans life is about. Hes going to talk to everybody, not just the people in his class of people. Us locals, us daytoday blue collar people need to be heard from too. Reporter now, look, kendis, these are not the voters that Michael Bloomberg is here to compete for. These are the progressive voters inside who for the most part tell me already they like someone like Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren. Ive heard mary ann williamsons name mentioned inside. These are not necessarily the folks bloomberg is getting in to woo but they could be energized by his run when Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders start railing against him. That could be one of the downsides for bloomberg is that he could energize parts of the party that are more progressive. The reality is hes jumping in as one of the people who could be a moderate option, filling up a lane thats currently occupied by candidates like biden and buttigieg and klobuchar. Well see how it keeps shaking out on the campaign trail. Voters not really entertaining bloomberg very much. Seems theyre entertaining a number of different ideas who they will vote for. It is day 62 of the impeachment inquiry and public hearings are over. Maybe. Despite a marathon week of testimony that named names, we may never actually hear from a number of those witnesses that weve heard so much about. Mr. Giuliani, to secretary pompeo, secretary perry, brian mccormick, chief of staff mulvaney and mr. Mulvaneys Senior Adviser rob blair, everyone was in the loop. Ambassadors volker and sondland and secretary rick perry also attended a meeting i attended with dr. Hill. We had not completed all of the agenda items and we still had time for the meeting and ambassador bolton abruptly ended the meeting. Ambassador bolton told me i am not part of this whatever drug deal that mulvaney and sondland are cooking up. Then in the course of that discussion said, that Rod Blagojevich Rudy Giuliani was a hand grenade thats going to blame everything up. Every time rudy gets involved he goes and everything up. Colorful language. Heres the deal. These key figures not expected to testify without a court battle and seems democrats dont want to wait. Joining me now, daniel lipman, political reporter, covering white house and washington, d. C. Today appears hes covering san diego harbor. You have your sources there in the house. Do you get a sense they plan to wage the court battle to get at least bolton to testify . Well, i think the timing does not work out for bolton to testify because courts take a long time to resolve these matters and democrats are up against their own imposed deadlines where they dont want to have it bleed into the 2020 primaries so much because they want their candidates talking about issues other than impeachment. If youre having impeachment hearings for the First Quarter of next year, then that could hurt democrats in the long run. In the meantime give me a sense of the timeline of this process. More important than the testimony from these key witnesses. So democrats been told to expect an impeachment report from the Intelligence Committee as soon as december 2nd. Theyre going to be writing out that report in the next week. And then all the action will go to the Judiciary Committee which is going to draft up articles of impeachment and then vote on them and then send them to the full house. And so it doesnt look like in that timeline were not going to have john bolton appear on thanksgiving where we could all watch him say with his own words about that drug deal that fiona hill talked about. Lot of people are curious whether or not all of the Court Battles will be settled by the time it gets to the senate for the impeachment hearings there. Yeah. Its possible that you could have some Court Battles resolve themselves by the senate trial and so that could be a latebreaking effort, but hard to imagine 20 republican senators flipping on the president given all of the evidence we have so far. John bolton saying more negative things, that doesnt look like it would tip the balance against trump. All right. Leave it there. Daniel lipman, who is joining us from sunny san diego. Appreciate it. Still reporting on washington. Thank you. Now to the breaking news and the stories overnight that sent chills through many when we learned that the Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader ginsburg was hospitalized. We know she has been released from the hospital. The 86yearold justice admitted to Johns Hopkins hospital in baltimore with a fever and chills. A couple days ago, she received treatment for a possible infection over the weekend. Joining me now is nbc news medical contributor dr. Natalie azar. Thank you for being here. Shes 86 years old, out of the hospital right now, were told shes back home. What sent her to the hospital as far as were learning . All we have, kendis, is the statement which you read which says she had fever and chills, which is nonspecific, but, of course, they were evaluating her for a possible infection. In the community some of the more common things would be a fe known ya, urinary tract infection, g. I. Infection or Something Like that. They did a full evaluation and were able to identify the source of infection and start antibiotics specifically for that, or treated her with antibiotics. Should there be overall concern for the frequency shes been out sick lately . Right. Look, shes had a number of very Noteworthy Health scares this past year alone with a pancreatic tumor she received radiation for in august. Last december a localized lung tumor which was resected. Encouragingly for this hospitalization, the fact that she was admitted and discharged within 48 roughly 48 hours, less than 48 hours, prog mostically is very good. She clearly responded to the treatment and she will likely be sent home to complete a course of oral antibiotics. This is someone, shes 86 years old. Yes. She has kept herself in tiptop shape. Right. As much as she could. Certainly again, i think shes had some, you know, big ticket items, if you will or headlinemaking health scares, but in terms of the things that we would otherwise worry about, as we get older, you know, Heart Disease and things like that, you know, we know she follows a pretty strict exercise regiment, likely her diet is very good and those things go a very long way in terms of her cardiovascular health. She can do a longer plank than mane of us can at 86. Rbg out of the hospital after a small scare over the weekend. Was it insurance or sarcasm . Rudy giuliani says he has insurance if he had a falling out with president. Then he said he was being sarcastic. With breaking news from overseas and early returns in hong kong local elections show pro democracy candidates taking a significant lead. Record 2. 8 million voters cast their ballots this morning making it the largest turnout for any election in the citys history. Voting took place without incident in what has been the most peaceful weekend the city has seen. Bill neely is in hong kong with the latest on todays record turnout. Bill . A record turnout for the most important elections in hong kong in decades. The first elections since the protests began here five months ago. It really is a referendum here on the governments handling of those protests. The pro democracy candidates have adopted as their policy platform the five demands of the protesters, basically more democracy here in hong kong. The pro government, probeijing candidates blame the protesters for everything thats happened here in recent months. There is bitterness between the two camps. Some of the candidates have been seriously injured in the protests here. Normally the progovernment candidates would win these elections easily by about three to one. Thats not going to happen this time in a poll, just a few weeks ago, 83 of the people of hong kong said they blamed the government and the police for whats happened here. The protesters want to send a message to president xi in beijing that millions of people here in hong kong support them. Beijing will be watching very closely. Theyve been happy for the local government to take the heat, especially its unpopular chief executive carrie lam and they will be watching closely in washington too. President trump must decide in the next few days whether or not to sign a bill thats been sent from Congress Supporting the protesters or whether to veto it. Hes been hinting that he may veto it because the bigger prize for him is a trade deal with president xi. The protesters may find they do well in the elections here, only to find that President Trump effectively turns his back on them. Its been calm here for the last few days. No one here expects that calm to continue for much longer. Bill neely, nbc news, hong kong. 2. 8 Million People voting in a city of 8 million. Pretty impressive. Day 62 of the impeachment inquiry and perhaps every day of the investigation youve heard two names mentioned, donald trump, as hes the focus but Rudy Giuliani, the president s lawyer has been stedfast in his support of trump. Now hes made comments that make him sound not so sure. The guardian reporting that giuliani said if the president threw him under the bus, he had good insurance and then yesterday said this on fox news. Have you talked to President Trump in the last week or two . Have you met with him or still his counsel . I do not discuss my conversations with my compliant. You can assume i with my client. You can assume i talk to him early and ocften and have a goo relationship with him. All of these comments which are totally insulting, things like hes going to throw me under the bus, when they say that, i say he isnt but i have insurance. Okay. It is ridiculous. We have very good friends. He knows what i did was in order to defend him, not to dig up dirt on biden. Some interesting stuff there. Barbara is a former u. S. Attorney in michigan. She joins us right now from michigan to help make sense of all of this if that is possible. What is he trying to say, barbara . As you say, kendis, i think its difficult to know what Rudy Giuliani is trying to say at any time. Hell say whatever seems to serve his purpose at the moment. I think it could be taken in a few different ways. One is, defending himself when there are those who say President Trump will not hesitate to throw giuliani under the bus, blame him for any illegal activity, and giulianis response has been, if he throws me under the bus he wont because i have insurance. He could mean quite a literal joke, i wouldnt be injured from a bus running over me because i have health care insurance, maybe thats what it is, or is he saying something a little more sinister, if trump should blame me and distance me, distance himself from me, i have dirt on trump i can use. Because i have that leverage he wouldnt think to do that. When called out on that, he has said, i dont have dirt on trump. I have dirt on biden. Which makes no sense and is a total nonsec question tar for the throwing under the bus comment. Seems he found himself caught in a bad spot and tried to use just the im not, you, kind of response. Maybe hes personal friends with flo from progressive insurance. Let me pick up on that point what he said last night regarding the bidens. He sent out this tweet where he said, saying he was joking and what he really meant by insurance was evidence on the bidens. You alluded to that. If he did have secret information on the bidens, why would he be sitting on it. Didnt he travel the world to find information on the bidens . Yes. That defense really makes no sense whatsoever, if there was information to substantiate the allegations that hes looking into, it seems very likely that he would be plastering that information to every news outlet that would give him an opportunity to talk to them. It doesnt really make any sense to me that he would be hiding. He suggests hes been sitting on four decades of adverse information about joe biden he has locked in his safe that really just doesnt seem to make any sense. It seems like something that someone would concoct to try to deflect attention from this idea that he somehow hastert on President Trump. Barbara, in the new book that came out, anonymous, from anonymous the author says, lays out several instances where the president apparently makes an outrageous statement behind closed doors but when that information gets to the press the line out of the white house is that he didnt mean it and said it in guest. Once again for the record, thats how you know donald trump is not joking when he sends someone out to say he was joking. Is giuliani taking a page from his clients book there . It could very well be. I think what he said in this instance he was being sarcastic. Thats a way to explain away anything. President trump has used that to great effect to talk about all kinds of things, including threats and insults and to say i was just joking and perhaps Rudy Giuliani is doing the same thing. When it comes to Holding People accountable for these kinds of things, it can be difficult to prove they were just joking but at some point people lose credibility when they rely on that crutch too often. Barbara, appreciate your time on this sunday. House Intelligence Committee member devin nunes may be answering questions about ukraine instead of asking them. Representative adam smith tells msnbc nunes is likely to face an ethics investigation all of it stemming from allegations he met with the exukrainian prosecutor last year. Do you believe that this should be a matter for an ethics investigation regarding mr. Nunes . Quite likely without question. Nunes denies the meeting and has been one of the many republicans insisting that ukrainians worked with the dnc to interfere in the 2016 election. At the end of the day the commander in chief concerned about 2016 election meddling by ukraine. At the same time certain ukrainians did work against candidate trump. Some with the dnc. Alexandra chalupa former dnc official admitted she provided antitrump information, nelly ohr. Former msnbc political contributor david jolly here to shed light on this. David, nbc news has confirmed that ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin says he actually did meet with nunes in Vienna Austria back in 2018. Nunes says its all just drummed up by the media. He tried not to answer some of the questions. In fact, heres what he said on fox news today. Were you in vienna with shokin . Yeah. So look, maria, i really want to answer all of these questions, and i promise i will come back on the show and answer these questions, but because there is criminal activity here, were working with the appropriate Law Enforcement agencies, were going to file all this. Everyones going to know the truth. Everybody is going to know all the facts. But i think you can understand that i cant compete by trying to debate this out with the public media when 90 of the media are totally corrupt. And because this is criminal in nature and its so bad, its so slanderous, weve got all the facts on our side and were going to file in federal court because im to the going to sit here and try to compete against the media that i have no chance of winning this. That was a 55second response in which he did not answer the question. Hes threatening to sue the media. Is he in legit trouble . I think what devin nunes should have said is yes, he took the meeting. Its clear, at least lev parnas suggests he did. Is he in trouble . The house ethics are pretty deferential to members of congress provided there was no exchange of money, he didnt accept a bribe which hasnt been reported or wasnt tied to a campaign contribution, which look, it may have been, based on what we know Rudy Giulianis associates. Shy of that, the only rule is a broad one on members of congress that they act on behalf of the house, they do in the bring ill repute upon the house. You can make the case, democrats could, that nunes owed a duty to divulge this. He had a conflict. That would require the House Ethics Committee to admonish him. You will see a member file a condemnation resolution and get a vote on the house floor. Do you see it coming up and answering some of these questions . No, absolutely not. You know him. No. Absolutely not. He has been peddling Donald Trumps narrative about conspiracy theorys. He is going to take a page from trumps playbook and try to sue somebody like he tried to or is suing devin nunes on twitter. Thank you. The weather is expected to have a huge impact on this weeks holiday plans. Whether youre traveling or even home enjoying the macys thanksgiving day parade on tv, rain and snow expected coast to coast this week with systems forming in the west and Central United states. Bad weather could even ground the famous macys thanksgiving day parade balloons in new york city. Joining us right now from laguardia, vanessa webb where the weather has been messy causing problems for many people trying to get out today. Were talking about several systems that will be impacting air and road travel. Exactly. This is storm number one, it is starting to exit the northeast, still impacting boston but here at laguardia, and jfk, the major airports, you can see things are really starting to move pretty smoothly. We had a few delays but things are picking up and people are moving in and out of airports across the northeast. If you can leave by tonight into tomorrow that is your best bet because we have another major storm system and timing is everything. Tuesday afternoon it well spread throughout the rockies into the midwest. The problem is chicago, a major hub to see an accumulation two to three inches and that is going to ground travel. Up to a foot of snow across colorado and the Higher Elevations so thats going to be a problem were talking about airwaves where we will see 55 Million People that could set a record that we havent seen since 2005. For people traveling for the thanksgiving holiday. Across the states here from seattle to maine, we are watching the threat as these systems start to make their way in. I want to show you this storm system has really exited the new york to portions of the northeast and things are starting to clear out even though were going to continue to deal with the very gusty winds that are going to pick up throughout your evening, but things are really starting to look better. Kendis, well see the lull in the weather parn, youll have about 24 hours and then the focus is on that next storm system and then, kendis, you have a big question for me for thanksgiving day. The balloons . You mentioned the gusty winds, what impact it could have . You know, sustained winds for the balloons to fly thats a constant wind speed of 22 Miles Per Hour and then gusts have to be under 34 Miles Per Hour. Were currently forecasting sustained winds potentially up to 25 Miles Per Hour with gusts up to 35. So this is going to be a very close call. We dont want to have to lower those balloons. Its going to be a lot of people out there, but man, its going to be very breezy and well see if the aboballoons fly. It would be the First Time Since 1971 they would have grounded those balloons. Janessa at laguardia, thank you. Why isnt the frontrunner Pete Buttigieg doing better with black voters . Well, snl had ideas. Youre polling at zero with black voters, any idea why . Maybe just because of like this. I see the faces you all make when you when i talk. Youre scared. You should be scared. Because im always one second away from calling cory booker barack. Okay. I like to respond but first because this is the only time ill be talking i just want to say, black church, barber shop, greens, beans, tomatoes, potatoes. Nbc news first reported that military officials expect the navy to move forward with its probe and they did not expect the president to issue a written order to stop it. Though they conceded that he could change his mind. The probe is set to decide whether gallagher can remain a navy s. E. A. L. Gallagher was acquitted of murdering a wounded isis prisoner but convicted of posing with the militants dead body. Military officials tell nbc news they personally lobbied President Trump to stop his push to end the navy probe amid concerns that Navy Secretary Richard Spencer was strongly considering resigning over the interference. The president previously restored gallaghers rank and this past week tweeted the navy will not be taking away war fighter and navy s. E. A. L. Eddie gallaghers trident pin. The case was handled badly from the beginning and get back to business. Gallagher appeared on fox news this morning accusing the navy, his superiors, of retaliation. This is all about ego and retaliation and nothing to do with good order and discipline. They could have taken my trident any time they wanted. Now theyre trying to take it after the president restored my rank and after we just filed an i. G. Exposing all of the corruption going on during my case. Joining me with perspective is a retired navy s. E. A. L. Team six member and author, don man. Thank you for being here. This seems like unchartered territory. We mentioned it yesterday the sort of stuff you never ever see where you have the commander in chief who is stepping in, you have gallagher there who is questioning the moves of his superior in the navy, whats going on here . You know, this is very unorthodox for a president to do this. Navy s. E. A. L. S have a great leadership, a chain of command that works, and its my opinion that the navy should take care of Eddie Gallaghers case. Theyre the only ones who understand what Eddie Gallagher did. Most of the world will never know. They understand what Eddie Gallagher has been through. The s. E. A. L. S. Have been through war most of their adult lives and if a persons a war hero, and they commit a crime, they cant be let off because theyre a war hero. The navy leadership, the chain of the command, the leadership, has in the s. E. A. L. Community, can take care of this. They do take care of these that offenses when they happen. It is my belief that should be the case. The pentagon, the s. E. A. L. Community, should handle the case and not the president of the United States. Well, as we mentioned the president will now allow the investigation to go through with the navy. Why do you get a sense hes backing down . I dont know why hes backing down. Hes probably getting a lot of pressure from the navy. Hes probably getting a lot of pressure from the pentagon, the generals and admirals and im glad he is backing down. Those before Eddie Gallagher and those who will come after Eddie Gallagher may not have president ial interference or pardon. It should just be let it run its case through the military. Is my belief. You know the s. E. A. L. , this community, what does this sort of back and forth and this battle do for morale and for the thinking there within the men and women that make up the s. E. A. L. . The back and forth is terrible for the morale. You know, at one time if you get acquitted and get let off and it comes back, i mean Eddie Gallaghers life has been the turmoil for two years now and he is a war hero. Hes done a lot for our country. He should just be able to go through the process, the military process, and leave it at that. I dont believe the whole public should know whats going on right now, but let the military handle it. Eddie gallaghers life is upside down right now and the s. E. A. L. Community, going back and forth, hurts the morale. The s. E. A. L. S. Cant waste time with cases like this. Theyre doing a lot more important things around the world than be tied up with this case. Retired navy s. E. A. L. Team member don man. Thank you. We are 100 days from super tuesday. On march 3rd, 14 states will hold primaries or caucuses and black voters make up a significant portion of the electorate to many of those states. Former mayor blikle bloombe blo officially in the race and plans to focus his campaigning efforts in the southern super tuesday states. That may prove an uphill battle given his past support of police stop and frisk which he apologized for last week. With me Christina Greer the associate profess of Political Science at fordham university. Thank you tore being with me on this sunday. Optics alone many would say great, just what we needed, another white male in his 70s, joining the race and the black vote is a critical vote in all of this. You got to see why bloomberg is in this race now . Bloomberg did polling that said, you know, he has at least some chance of joining. Im sure watching Pete Buttigieg surge as the mayor of south bend, indiana, wrangled his feathers a touch. But, you know, we have to also remember hes not just a male white male of a certain age, hes also worth 52 billion. So we know those of us who are living in new york he spent roughly 60 million on the books the first time on the books, im being clear about that, and the second two times spent roughly 100 million each to win his republican seat as mayor of new york city. And so he has money to spend. So if we think about someone who is worth 52 billion, he could easily spend 2 billion on or off the books and still be worth 50 billion. This is something that he believes in as lot of great issues, obviously that are of great concern to many in this country, democrats, clean water, gun control, but he has to account for his 12 years as a republican independent mayor of new york city where he, you know, was the champion of stop and frisk and i think they the reason why so many black voters are giving him the collective side eye is because he defended his beliefs on stop and frisk all the way up until about a month ago. So, you know, when he left office, january 1st, 2014, he stood by it for several years. He did a lot of good things for the city, some controversial things as well. When you have 12 years a lot of time to do the extra four was the touch controversial. An interesting power grab indeed. But stop and frisk thing, is that still enough . So much in the past. Is that still enough to hurt him when it comes to black voters . He has apologized for it. He has apologized but timing is everything. Had he apologized while he was mayor that would be something, right. We would have six and a half years to sort of look at what mayor de blasio has been able to do to move us past that dark history in our city. Michael bloomberg up until this summer was standing by that policy and its not just individuals who were stopped and frisked. This is something that affects families and affects entire communities. Theres collective trauma. To say nothing of the Financial Burdens that were placed on so many people. Think about ka leaf browder under blikle bloombergmichael b leadership. They didnt know ten people who had 50. A larger economic narrative that a billionaire is saying wasnt that big of a deal and we have people who either die in rikers or afterwards. People forget that the new York City Police department is a model for Many Police Departments across globally. A lot of people considered that same policy there. But props to David Dinkins for being the only new york mayor who has not decided to run for president this year at least. Right. So far. Thank you. Appreciate it. Joycelyn savage said she lived two years under his control. And kelly currently sits in jail and he is facing charges for kidnapping and prostitution charges in new york and minnesota. He claims hes inknow send of all the charges. Well, joining me on the set is angelique roche. So savage has remained fairly silent for quite some time. Why is this happening now . So i think when you consider the fact that r. Kelly has been in jail for four months, that gives a moment for space. That gives a moment to allow for her not to be under her thumb. Hypothetically shes been out of his influence for a good amount of time while he sits in jail but we not negate the power of surviving kelly, the work that brie bryant and Andrew Hampton did with that amazing documentary on creating a space that reframes the narrative around victims of Sexual Assault and it allows them to tell their narrative. Previously, it only really focused on the predator. And now youre really getting this opportunity for the victims and survivors to come forward and have a chance to speak. I mean, joycelyns parents have been trying to get their young gaurt daughter away from r. Kelly. Why is she coming forward now . At this point, kelly has been away from her for four months. Other victims have come forward and you cant really tell a victim or a survivor when its time for them to come forward. Because theres carry. I worked for the foundation for women for almost four years and when victims and survivors come forward with their story they have to have their is dotted and the ts crossed and its frightening. Im Kendis Gibson. On the road to 2020 part its now or never and former new york city mayor Michael Bloomberg is choosing right now. Bloomberg officially in the president ial race. He kicked off his campaign with a flashy online ad that was out thing his record as a businessman and mayor while taking shots at President Trump. But now he sees a different kind of menace coming from washington. So theres no stopping here. Because theres an america waiting to be rebuilt. Well, bloomberg plans to spend tens of millions of dollars on nationwide Television Ads already in the next few days. Ali vitaly is joining us. You and Stephanie Ruhle broke the story with Bernie Sanders in the campaign. Have we with gotten any reaction from him yet about the new contender . Bernie sanders himself hasnt been talking about bloomberg today, but we do know that over the course of the last few days he has not really held back in talking about how he feels about Michael Bloomberg getting in the race. His Campaign Manager echoing that saying that hes disgusted by the fact that thats another billionaire getting into an already crowded primary. And i know that its not surprising to hear that, but thats kind of what i heard from Bernie Sanders voters here today. Listen to what they told me. We shouldnt have the billionaires running the show and thats my stance on it really. We dont need the big money and the politics right now. We need to get the money out of politics. And d. C. United needs to be overturned and having bloomberg in the race muddies the waters more than it already does. I dont know if it muddies the waters but it certainly adds another voice with a lot of money to amplify his message to the field. And the reality when you look at the polls is there are four candidates right now who could make a who could stake a claim to being frontrunners. You have Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg. They can make that argument and so when Bloomberg Team said hes troubled by what the field looks like right now, hes another option. The team would say its late, but not too late because the voters arent fully decided. But the reality when you talk to voters the majority of them are actually satisfied with the field they have. They havent made a Firm Decision yet. Yeah. In the past n the Election Year past, this was around the time when other candidates got in the race, just a few months before iowa. You spoke exclusively, you and Stephanie Ruhle, with bloombergs Campaign Communications director. What did they have to say about why bloomberg is getting in it now . Like you and i were talking about last hour, its now or never. You have to get a candidate out on the campaign trail, you need staff across the states theyre going to visit because its important to organize the grass roots. Look at just the four early states. Campaigns and candidates have been on the ground now for almost over a year making sure that they have the infrastructure that they can have organizers and volunteers going out and spreading the message. So from that perspective, bloomberg is getting in late. They dont have a full on Campaign Infrastructure in these states but what he does have that the other candidates have to struggle with is he has unlimited amount of money he can put towards this effort. He know hes doing that historic ad buy that hes putting 30 plus Million Dollars into getting himself on the airwaves. Blitzing the states he wants to play in. Thats crucial in letting the voters know theres a new voice in the race. Other campaigns they have to struggle and they have to fund raise for that lifeblood to keep the lights on. You have to continue to fund raise and he doesnt have that problem. But he has another problem because he says hell fund his own campaign. Theres a contribution threshold if youre going to make the debate stage. How does he plan to qualify for that threshold . Its a really good question. Because we know that other campaigns have had to put a lot of resources and frankly strategize on how theyll hit the donor thresholds to qualify for the debate stage. Our colleague reached out the National Democratic campaign they havent gotten back to us if its possible for bloomberg to qualify for the debate statements. When the candidates stop being on the stage, even candidates who they like if theyre not on the debate stage it really does call into question in voters minds whether or not theyre viable in terms of that electability argument that we talk about. So its important for bloomberg to be on that stage and right now we dont know if the way hes running his campaign will allow him to do that. Ali vitali from hillsborough, New Hampshire. Just when you think its withering down, some new candidates get added. Thanks. House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member devin nunes is threatening to sue two Media Outlets that he met with two ukrainians last year. This week another fake news story. The problem with this weeks fake news story is we actually caught them and we caught them badly and it also involves criminal activity and so what were going to do i gave a statement out on friday night. We are going to take both cnn and the daily beast likely into federal court right after thanksgiving. Well, those threats come as democrats call for an ethics investigation into congressman nunes over that alleged meeting. Well, joining me now is vice nice tonight Political Correspondent elizabeth landers. Liz, thank you for being here. So nunes has been litigious in the past and he claims that the reports about him meeting with an exukrainian prosecutor is a made up story. Will he actually follow through on the threats to sue these Media Outlets . He has certainly followed low in the past. He is suing other Media Outlets currently. He has said that this report is demonstrably false, but there is evidence that he did travel to europe last year around the time that this giuliani associate lev parnas said that congressman nunes did go and meet with an exukrainian official in austria. So apparently he traveled in december of 2018 to austria with i believe two other associates of his, of mr. Nunes and he was looking for dirt on the bidens. So kind of, you know, stirring the pot in terms of what the president has also been longing into. Like i said, nunes said that these are false charges. Even if he did this it is not exactly illegal depending on what he went there for but it doesnt look great to have the Ranking Member of this committee having, you know, doing his own investigations and conducting his own investigations on the side. What are we to make of this threat or this all this chatter about the possible ethics investigation against him . How likely . Right. I saw that congressman adam smith said that this morning here on msnbc. It certainly is a possibility that the democrats could bring that up if they want. I think that right now that might not be very prudent for them considering that theyre dealing with an impeachment inquiry on the side or thats the Main Objective right now for the democrats to get through that. Devin nunes could also have a resolution filed against him. I heard the congressman former congressman jolly saying that earlier. Theres a resolution on the floor, but i also point out that congressman chairman smith, hes a democrat and hes a chairman but hes not the Ethics Committee chairman so that decision will be up to congressman ted deutsche who will decide if he wants to investigate devin nunes for this extracurricular activity. All right. Elizabeth landers from vice news, thank you. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg released today after spending two nights in the hospital. The justice received treatment for a possible infection after a fever and chills. Dr. John torres is a medical correspondent and is here to break down what may have taken place. We have a statement from the spokesperson for the court saying she was in the hospital. She missed a day at the Supreme Court which is very rare. She said she had a stomach bug and she got fever and chills and shy went to the local hospital. They admitted her to Johns Hopkins. She got iv antibiotics and some fluids. Meaning she was dehydrated at the time. Because of the fever and thin today she ended up being released. Sunday morning she would be released. Looking at the time sequence and what went on, a couple things could have happened. She certainly could have gotten dehydrated from the stomach bug and the fever and the chills is what i think has most experts concerned because thats usually the sign of an infection. She is at home resting comfortably today. Anything to be read into she was at the Johns Hopkins . Have well, she is 86, shes had a few cancer issues, pancreatic, lung cancer, she has survived and gotten through with flying colors. Once that happens her immune system takes a bump for the while and she gets the fever and chills. That can be a sign of an infection. More than likely shes at home on oral antibiotics and will be on that for the rest of the week or so and my guess is shell go back to work because she wont sit at home. But its a very good sign she is back home. A wonderful sign. All right. Dr. Torres, thank you. And we are monitoring overseas the high stakes local election out of hong kong. This is actually a big deal. People power here in effect. Early results compiled by the South China Morning Post suggests a land slide victory for the pro democracy parties taking 165 of the first 189 seats to be declared. That is really impressive. A record 2. 8 million votes were cast and the District Council elections as theyre called. Thats the largest turnout in history. The voting took place without incident in what has been the most peaceful sunday and weekend that hong kong has seen in several months. Well continue to watch there. But people power on display in south asia. A Major New Development overseas as well, threatening how much longer Benjamin Netanyahu will remain as Prime Minister in israel. In light of the new criminal charges hes facing a serious leadership challenge from the likud party. A party he started himself. Lets bring in elise labott. Hes in peril it seems. What is next . Thats right, kendis. This is really the first real challenge that Benjamin Netanyahu has faced from his own likud party. Gideon sard is back on the scene and hes calling for a primary in the likud party. Now, a lot of Benjamin Netanyahus supporters are staying with him. So far, he doesnt really seem to have much to lose if there was a primary. But, you know this is the first crack well say and listen, likud has to hold on to power. We have to end this kind of gridlock that he has. Because listen, hes been indicted on three criminal charges. The first sitting Prime Minister to have done so. Hes also, you know, facing these charges and hes unable to form a government. Likud wants to hang on to the power and so his party is saying, you know, should we hedge our bets. Yeah. Will be two elections this year that have ended up with the results at unable to form a government there. And netanyahu the longest serving Prime Minister in israel. Does it appear as if theyll get him to leave office at all . Definitely not. I 3450e7b, look hes calling this a witchhunt. He is blaming the police and the attorney general and now hes facing criticism within his into party. Benny gantz also hasnt been able to form a government and what he said is listen, netanyahu let me take over the Prime Ministership for two year, you deal with the criminal charges. If you beat the charges you can come back as Prime Minister. He wont even do that. Hes going to fight it till the end. And it just remains to be seen whether his party is going to stand by him. It seems like they will, but it depends. It has a lot of issues as to how this is going to go with the peace process. The Trump Administration. A lot at stake for Benjamin Netanyahu. Let me ask you about this, because he is Long Distance bff with President Trump. Have we heard from the white house about this, since the indictment on thursday . Well, you have seen the Trump Administration do everything they can to support netanyahu. They havent said much about the charges but they did say that settlements in the west bank are legal. And, you know, in contrary to what international law, u. N. Resolutions say. Theyre doing everything they can to support Benjamin Netanyahu. Earlier this year they recognized israeli claims on the golan heights. Theyre doing everything they can to get him to hold on to power. Even so he cant form a government and certainly cant help him with the charges. Can it get him help from the likud . Remains to be seen. And hes calling aid witchhunt. Familiar to us. President trump may be backing down on the push to put an end to a military probe surrounding a navy s. E. A. L. Who is acquitted of murder. The probe is set to decide whether Edward Gallagher can remain a navy s. E. A. L. He was acquitted of murdering an injured isis prisoner but convicted of posing with the militants dead body. The military officials expected the navy to move forward with the probe and they did not expect the president to issue a written order to stop it. Though they conceded that he could change his mind at any point Courtney Kube has been all over this. She is getting at the heart of what the friction is between the president and the pentagon. What are the officials telling you . So there was this full court press on thursday and friday and Administration Officials and military leaders who sat the president down on two separate oklaho occasions to explain what this process is. The president didnt understand what a trident review board is. That he didnt really understand its a peer review process, so you have the navy peers who sit down and review the case of Eddie Gallagher and determine if he deserves to keep the trident. Which is the pin that symbolizes hes a navy s. E. A. L. So the president didnt understand that. The officials said he asked very pointed questions and wanted to know exactly what the process was. And that after this first meeting which was thursday evening on air force one and then a second one at the white house on friday afternoon he decided that he would let the process go forward. So the navy decided the navy was told they could move forward with the trident review board. We dont know what these the master chiefs will determine. They might decide that gallagher can keep the trident pin but the president has said they can move forward with the process. If he were to intervene, what is the fallout . The reason that so many are concerned about this, the president as the commander of chief he can do this, its legal. He can do it. But theyre concerned about the signal that it sends. That it might impact morale among troops who look at this who are supposed to look at the ucmj process, the uniform code of military justice, and the administrative process, theyre supposed to have confidence they will work. If the president circumvents the process or intervenes, then the concern is that the average joe sailor, airmen, marine, will no longer look at those processes as having authority. Were talking about Eddie Gallagher, but as part of the process they talked about matt golsteyn. He was accused of murdering an afghan civilian. He was yet to go to his Court Martial and the president intervened in that over a week ago so he wont face the uniform code of military justice. They talked about whether he should have the special forces and ranger tags restored. Similar to the trident pin, this would indicate he was a ranger. He went through the special forces training. The difference here being matt gold stein, he never faced the court and gallagher did. He was found guilty of one of those, which is posing with the dead body of an isis fighter. So i think there was more concern that the president was going to intervene in the golsteyn case. A lot of people are wondering why the president would get involved at all. Courtney kube, i appreciate your time on this sunday. It is an nfl sunday. One of the biggest rivalries by the way, in the league at it again this sunday. This is the last time the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cleveland Browns faced off against each other. Just like a week or two ago. The nfl now handing down fines and even some suspensions and hitting Mason Rudolph hardest. Here is Morgan Radford. Reporter the Cleveland Browns and the Pittsburgh Steelers are back on the field today for First Time Since their nasty brawl. One of the worst things i have ever seen on a professional sports field. Reporter on saturday, the nfl slapped wide ranging penalties on both teams. Quarterback Mason Rudolph fined 50,000. The most of any player for his role in the fight with Cleveland Browns defensive end myles garrett. He has been suspended indefinitely. On wednesday, rudolph apologized for his actions. The bottom line is i should have done a better job of keeping my composure in that situation and it falls short of what it means to to be a pittsburgh steeler. Reporter in all the league disciplined 33 players at. Earlier this week garrett said that rudolph directed a racial slur another him just before the brawl, according to espn. Rudolphs attorney calling garretts claim in the report a lie as well as reckless and shameful. And nfl spokesperson is telling nbc news we looked into it and we found no such evidence. On thursday, the nfl rejected his appeal. Garrett apologizing on twitter in part writing, i know what i heard, whether my opponents comment was born out of frustration or ignorance i cannot say, but his actions do not excuse my lack of restraint in the moment. I truly regret this has on the league, the browns and the fans. The age old rivalry will be tested next sunday when they face off in pittsburgh. Nbcs Morgan Radford is reporting. Cleveland browns fans were beating up a pinata of the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback. Quite the rivalry. Were tracking some strong storms that could have a big impact as millions of americans get ready to travel for the holiday this week. Forecasters in new york are closely watching wind conditions and what could what that could mean for the famous macys thanksgiving day parade. Janessa webb is tracking it all from new york and one of the systems is already moving through. Janessa . Reporter yeah. System number one has moved on, but the winds are everlasting. That will continue throughout the night from new york city to the boston area. So it continues to be kind of a drizzly soggy sunday and people from laguardia are dealing with no major delays from storm system one. So thats great news, but everyone is starting to prepare for system number two. That is going to take over 49 states. It originated in the gulf of alaska. It will sweep across seattle into the plains. Also the midwest and this is going to cause some major travel delays from denver to chicago. Now, the major timing on this next system is going to be tomorrow evening. You will start it will start to spread through the rockies where we can see up to a foot of accumulation, and then the midwest by tuesday into your thanksgiving eve. Thats going to be a serious issue for a major hub like ohare to the Greater Cleveland area. Even memphis getting in on this. This is a very strong cold front and it will continue to plummet the temperatures. This is very unfortunate as the busiest travel day happens on thanksgiving eve. People are going to be stuck in some areas due to the heavy snowfall. Also the very gusty winds. So well be watching the development of that storm system sweep into the area. Kendis . Really quickly, the concern going into thursday and the macys thanksgiving day parade and those balloons. Yeah. So after it makes its way out of the midwest for your thanksgiving eve, its really going to spread some light rain for portions of the northwest. New york city by thursday morning, thanksgiving day, we are forecasting sustained wind gusts up to 35 miles an hour. Potentially up to 40 for those balloons to fly gusts have to be under 34 Miles Per Hour so this is going to be a close call. Hopefully theyll only have to lower it and when the gusts subside then the balloons can go up once again. We dont want to damper anyones thanksgiving festivities. Janessa webb at laguardia. The good news, that is right there, that traffic is moving quite a bit. Relatively speaking. Exactly. Millions tuned in and the historic impeachment hearings were covered, clipped and made fun of on snl. Its so great to finally meet you for first time, by the way. Oh, right. Right. Keep the quid pro quo on the low, low. I was leaving right now. I have to go on record to say lay off my boy. Everybody loves his ass. Ukraine, russia theyll do everything for this man. Former National Security adviser john bolton has yet to tip his hand about his knowledge of President Trumps 6 ukrainian policy. But even more of a mystery will he testify for the House Committee . Im joined by a former u. S. District attorney for the Southern District of new york. Welcome. So bolton is a central figure. He is alluding to having information in this investigation. Could he be forced to testify or at this point, i dont think the president is if he could be. Its more if he should be. Congress and the Supreme Court back in 1927 says you have the power to arrest somebody who will not provide testimony. And the case considered whether the brother of the attorney general of the United States who had resigned in a financial scandal had to testify. And the senate which was holding the hearing sent the sergeantatarms to cincinnati, ohio, and they arrested the attorney generals brother. That hasnt changed. So thats clear it doesnt matter what level of government you are. Its whether the democrats will do it is another question. Bolton was tweeting about this and he says that the white house cut off access to the twitter account and said bolton may have forgotten his password due to his age. Burn. So a close so a source said he had to give up control of the account when he joined the administration and that the white house refused to give him the new password and information when he left this year. What do you make of in . Clearly, theres a certain dialogue, although not so secret anymore going on between bolton and the white house. First bolton tweeted several days ago that, you know, he had more information. Stay tuned. His lawyer several weeks ago when he was demanding that bolton be issued a subpoena to come testify said, there are a lot of conversations that my client has information on and are relevant. Clearly, there are messages that go beyond the words. And do you think well hear from any of them in the near future . Well, i think bolton yeah. I think its possible. There is sTeam Building. Hes clearly based upon all of the witness testimony central to this and there is no more grave power that assigned by the constitution than the power to impeach a power other than the power to declare war. Daniel alter, thank you. About 13 Million People tuned into the historic happenings on capitol hill these past two weeks. So it appears that americans have a little bit of interest. A lot of interest for that matter in whats happening. But what do they think about it . How exactly is the hearing playing this the court of Public Opinion . Dana milbank is joining me now from washington, d. C. And dana, i should mention that just within the last few moments from your paper some new developments within the last half hour. Your colleagues reporting at the post confidential white house review of President Trumps decision to place a hold on military aid to ukraine has turned up hundreds of documents that reveal extensive efforts to generate an after the fact justification for the decision and a debate over whether the delay was actually legal. What more can you tell me about this new reporting from the Washington Post . Well, the reporting was from my colleagues on the news side and this is looking at the after action. The coverup, if you will. Its not looking at the original set of events that brought about the whole impeachment proceedings. It does suggest that theres a lot of potentially incriminating evidence in there. Of course we know that theres a considerable amount of evidence already which is presumably why the white house is not has not turned over any documents. The state department and the Energy Department have not turned over any documents and thats why we near this extraordinary situation here. Not having senior officials there to testify still waiting for the courts to hopefully reach some kind of a ruling some time while its still relevant and no documents being handed over. Given that what we have seen so far is pretty much by definition the tip of the iceberg because were not able to see so much other stuff. But this is just one more indication that theres a whole lot that the public is not being allowed to see here. Yeah. Your colleagues are reporting that some of the messages and exchanges are unflattering and facts that could at a minimum embarrass the president. Tip of the iceberg. Right. They could if they ever got out there. You can you can be sure that the White House Counsels Office which organized this roundup has no desire to let that out there. But what really has to happen to have a proper investigation is documents are turned over when they are subpoenaed by congress. Thats the law, thats how it always has been. The administration is openingly denying the law right now. Hoping that they can drag it out in the courts so that the impeachment inquiry will be over and done with by the time that ruling comes. Lets see how the hearings are playing out on the street mean street, mlk boulevards everywhere. Lets look at a poll in npr that really stands out and this one you will want to keep in mind for any political talk at the thanksgiving day table when asked if the impeachment testimony is likely to change your mind about impeachment, look at the clear split between parties. Is it safe to say that the americans have already made up their minds on all this . You think so . Well, sure. I mean, you saw a movement of a few points more enthusiastic, but not about impeachment but the inquiry and then you see a few points moving back. But its solidified and hardened along party lines. Really thats been the story of the last three years. You know, for all of the chaos and change that we have seen in our politics, its been fairly constant where President Trumps approval has been and now were seeing that thoughts on impeachment are again splitting along party lines and are a proxy for that. Not surprising given that we have seen the republicans on capitol hill not budging at all. In the face of this evidence or presumably in the face of any evidence, they are sticking with the president because they are its chicken and egg thing. They are also seeing the polls that say the Republican Base is rock solid behind President Trump. So its circular. Thats why you dont see any movement on capitol hill or in Public Opinion. It is still fairly early. Only 62 days into the inquiry. And the hearings wrapped up a couple of days ago. The First Amendment. The Knight Foundation reveals generation z is split, for instance when it comes to the freedom of Speech High School girls and students of color believe the protections go too far. More so than boys and white students. With me now is is Yvette Alexander from the Knight Foundation. Why did the differences begin to emerge back in 2011 . Sure. Well, let me take you back to the findings real quick. First, was a spike in Overall High School Student Support for the First Amendment that we saw between 2006 and 2011 and it stayed relatively consistent since. Thats very positive and at the same time, as you mentioned we do see a widening gap between the races and the genders on that support. So while actually the majority of girls and students of color do show support for the First Amendment, that support is increasingly lower than their white and male counterparts. And your study found that among High School Students, boys and white students are less inclined than girls and students of color to believe that First Amendment goes too far. Was this surprising at all . I think it is surprising. What we noticed was the timing of the shifts so you have to ask yourself you know what might have been occurring at that time and since that has created a difference in experiences of speech among these groups and so i think a lot was happening between 2006 and 2011. Culturally and politically and the thing that stands out to me is the rise of social media. So social media really turned on the fire hose in terms of our exposure to the speech of others and were increasingly seeing the thoughts and the unmitigated opinions on our screens. And we know their exposure to type of speech happened as they became daily users and we saw the shift. Big picture for me. Why is it so important to observe how High Schoolers are viewing the First Amendment and the role that social media is playing in all of this . Sure. Well, High Schoolers are the future gatekeepers of our democracy, our society and we believe that technology and the globalization are changing the scale and the spaces that the First Amendment and free speech plays out. Just this september, im sure we all witnessed the one of the largest youth movements in history. The Global Climate strike and we had High Schoolers organize protests in over a thousand u. S. Cities. That type of platform at that scale wasnt something that was really accessible to High School Students before. So they raised their voice and we see the High Schoolers that have organized prolife walkouts to protest the abortion as well as, you know, the march for our live for stricter gun control. We talked a lot about debate and impeachment. What about the other headlines you may have missed . Joining me Danielle Moody and cohost of the democracy podcast and host of the podcast stand up with pete dominick. Welcome, guys, both of you. Were going to do reverse again this time around because we want to end on a good note. It is thanksgiving week, after all. Lets start with your ugly, and it has to do with a notorious person. Yes. So this week, unfortunately, gb, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, was hospitalized. She has since been released from the hospital, which is fantastic. But we should understand our judicial system is under attack by the right wing. And there is a great possibility that at some point donald trump will get another Supreme Court nominee which will be horrible. It will ruin the courts for generations to come as well as what Mitch Mcconnell has been doing across the country. He wants to leave into vacancy behind and what does that mean for issues we continually have to take to the courts like affirmative action, Climate Change, like all of these issues when we have no recourse. Movre than a quarter of judgs are all trump justices. Yes, they are. Pete, your ugly is really just ugly. Yeah, the flooding in venice. A as a result partially of Climate Change. When you see these images and you read about it and if youve ever been there you realize this is our future and this is a Cultural Heritage site. Others dont have fearly as much attention or as much money in underdeveloped countries. I think this is absolutely terrible and the world is still not doing enough, certainly we arent, our leaders, getting out of the paris climate accords. Seeing the flooding in venice, of course, is pretty bad. Many of the bake shops, all the food the art, the books. Theyre building a sea gate. Its way overdue. Thats true. Danielle, your bad is impeachment and you have thoughts on senator Lindsey Graham. Oh, i have deep thoughts on his desire now to do trumps bidding which is to do what no other leading wanted to do which is investigate the bidens for something they have been exonerated for. Theres no there as it pertains to burisma and hunter biden being on the board and yet Lindsey Graham is using his post to open up this investigation that donald trump tried to get the ukrainian president to do. So here we are doing this, but her emails. Now its but hunter biden, and well go down this rabbit hole. The last i will say is, also, with regard to devin nunes and his performance, lets say, this past week in the impeachment hearings and what we learned to be true is he also has some dealings with the ukrainians particularly one of Rudy Giulianis criminally friends, les parnas. I think it was wednesday of this week my daughters middle school, her and 3,000 classmates had an actual lock down. There was a call there was a gunman in the school, of course every parents worth nightmare. It turned out to be a hoax, thankfully. Its difficult but i want to be positive which is im grateful that nothing bad happened. The kids are traumatized, the parents are traumatized. Lets get to the good. My good is a recent oped in the New York Times as it pertains to cancel culture and what took place as it relates to Colin Kaepernick and the kind of vent that the nfl put on but really tried to handcuff Colin Kaepernick from being expressive about his opinions and injustice and using his platform to have those conversations. It was fantastically laid out the way that he has been canceled by the nfl. A very good writer indeed. Your good im going to change mind because we talked about the impeachment. I think my good are the protests are at the yale school to bring attention to and did i vestment from the financial industry, still in denial. Yale protesting.
