And why is the president asking witnesses what mueller is asking . Is the president trying to coordinate answers . The president s own interview is still ending up. It gets into this gray area where the president is creating more problems for himself because he doesnt want to follow the normal advice or customs and procedure that goes on in washington. Now whats going to happen is Robert Mueller in every conversation with any witness is going to ask did the president talk to you about your testimony. This meeting was part of an part of an effort to establish a back channel. First lets start with the Washington Post which is revealing more information about why murm mueller is interested in the secretive meeting in the seychelles between erik prince and a russian banker. According to the banker who is cooperating with mueller, that meeting was about establishing a back channel between the u. S. And russia. The New York Times reports the special counsel is now aware of two conversations in which the president asked key w about their talks with investigators. Was mueller nice he reportedly asked Reince Priebus. Which leads us to is the president trying to coordinate or influence witness testimony in the Mueller Investigation . Lets get right to our reporters. Nbcs Kelly Odonnell is at the white house. Political reporter for real clear politics, and a political reporter for the New York Times and an msnbc political analyst. Kelly, why is the president asking Reince Priebus and White House Counsel Don Mcgahn about their special counsel interviews . Good afternoon, katy. Without climbing into the president s head, i think there are a couple theories we could postulate here, one could be that he is anxious about this Mueller Investigation that has expand of life of his presidency, and so an opportunity to get any insight on whats happening might prompt the president. Another theory could be that he does want to learn from those whove been in front of the investigators getting some clues. The problem is it could be certainly interpreted by someone who works for the president as a compelling them to answer according to the reporting. Reince priebus declined to say anything other than they were professional. So the dynamic is that anxiety, curiosity, or is it an attempt to shape what witnesses would say or to learn from those witnesses what they said or what the line of questioning is to help prepare his own understanding. So we dont know whats in his head, but those are some of the sort of points that you can imagine would go through this. People can relate if youre ever involved in something or youve seen it on tv, they try to have you not talk to the witnesses so the president is stepping right into that. Its law and order 101. Without the shoom sound. Lets go to nick. The New York Times talks about a conversation the president had with don mcgahn where he said he wanted him to issue a statement saying that he, the president , never told don mcgahn that he should fire Robert Mueller. And don mcgahn tells him, but you did tell me to fire Robert Mueller. It is laughable to a degree because its so absurd, but is that saying something about the president s mental faculties . Did he not remember or is it more of an issue that hes asking don mcgahn to lie publicly about something hes already told the truth about to the special counsel . Its two things, katy. First of all, it shows the president has a tendency to live in the present and can alter the past. It is a illegal to lie to the fbi. If he is encouraging witnesses in any context to change the story or to arrange a particular story that isnt true when it comes to the firing of the head of the fbi, that is a huge problem for the president going forward. It establishes that he was willing to do that kind of thing. Does it show how carelessly he treats the truth . Absolutely. Its been said its like a goldfish. Lives in the present, doesnt care about the past. Thats all well and good in business, but gets you into trouble if youre under investigation. Caitlyn, the other big story is erik prince and the seychelles meeting. Erik prince says the meeting came about by chance. Thats what he told house intel. Its also what he told Stephen Ruhle and ali velshi last year. Listen. I was on a business meeting back in january. In the seychelles. I had gone to see guys from the middle east i had done business with before and they said theres a russian guy we are doing business with and you should meet him. So i met him in a bar, chatted for 20 or 30 minutes. And that was that. Just happened to be in the seychelles. A remote island. Thats where we all have our meetings. The Washington Post is reporting mueller has contradictory information from a cooperating witness, somebody involved in that negotiation who says, no, this was preplanned and it was to establish a back channel between erik prince, who was representing himself as a figure from the transition, and this russian businessman who had ties to vladimir putin. Why would they need to establish a back channel . Exactly. Thats the big question here, and whether or not he lied because hes already been under oath. And these meetings when the people involved kind of pulling people from all over that really wouldnt necessarily have a connection now have a connection, and i think that explains the expansiveness of this Mueller Probe and goes back to the way in question the president is continually anxious about it because you have all these people related to him in some way. Jared kushner talked about trying to establish some kind of back channel during the transition. Im sorry, caitlyn. This is adam schiff on the hill talking about Corey Lewandowskis interview. False statement concerning the trump tower meeting. Questions about the firing of jim comey and conversations about that as well as any discussions that mr. Lewandowski had with the president about the potential of firing bob mueller. These and other questions went unanswered. Mr. Lewandowski answered another set of questions concerning his time after the campaign. Witnesses dont get to pick and choose when it comes to very relevant testimony. We asked a subpoena. Whether that will be granted, i cannot say. They are taking it under consideration. But we feel it very important not only to getting to the truth in terms of our investigation, but also in terms of the broader precedent that it sets that we not allow witnesses to tell us what theyre willing to answer and what they wont. Ill be happy to answer a couple questions. What was the rationale about the questions . The rationale was they didnt believe it was relevant. And we emphasized repeatedly that it was. Its very relevant to our investigation. Whether there were actions to impede the investigation, obstruct the investigations is also very relevant. So it was a meritless objection. Did the white house intervene mr. Lewandowski not to answer these questions . I dont want to get into the specifics of conversations. All i can say, visavis whether the committee will insist on getting answers, that is being taken under advisement by the majority. I think they are struggling to determine how if at all to distinguish between these witnesses. In my view they should be treated the same way. We should not insist on answers from steve bannon but not hope hicks and not others. Did the white house intervene . As we understand it, the republicans have shut down these asks for subpoenas in real time. What is the reason theyre taking it under advisement . Was there any discussion about future interviews and what might be still forthcoming in terms of the investigation . It wasnt i think a function at all of this being getaway day. We had ample representations during the interview. We still havent gotten an answer, frankly, on whether we will move forward on con temperature with steve bannon. They have an quiet since. There is really no way to distinguish these witnesses except some are in favor and some are out of favor with the white house. Thats not a legitimate basis to distinguish when it comes to whether we compel people to give us the information, the facts that we need. In terms of the investigation going forward, there are any number of witnesses that are very relevant that have not come before a committee. Those that had a role, for example, in writing the speech that President Trump gave prior to the trump tower meeting where he promised he was going to be revealing things about hillary clinton, we know steve miller had a role in his speech writing, and hes not been brought before the committee. There are others that had knowledge that the meeting was going to take place prior to it taking place. And, of course, there are a large category of documents including the likes of roger stone and others, the wikileaks, the president s son and wikileaks, direct messaging that we should subpoena from the providers that we havent. There are a number of steps that i think any incredible investigator would say these need to be done and we still hope they will be. Thank you. Did the white house intervene today . Congressman adam schiff, the Ranking Member of house intel saying witnesses dont get to pick and chaos what they want to answer, so hes going to try and subpoena Corey Lewandowski to come back to testify in front of house intel saying that he was refusing to answer a number of questions that would be helpful in their investigation. The issue here is that republicans he was asked this question a moment ago. Republicans havent been so favorable in terms of which subpoenas they want to dole out . Democrats feel republicans on the committee have been lax on subpoenas, have allowed witnesses to get away with ignoring certain questions, claiming certain privileges and the committee hasnt challenged that. By and large thats true. They have chosen not to call back some witnesses. They have chosen not to issue subpoenas and compel testimony on certain questions. And some of these issues of privilege, if the people have to actually answer the questions, have not really be fully aired out and figured out. Lewandowski has never worked in the administration. What sort of privilege could he possibly maintain . Thats a great question. Thats one of the reasons theres a good case to go forward and make him answer some of these questions. But he does spend a lot of time in the white house. But he doesnt work for the white house or the government or this administration in any way. Caitlyn, the House Intel Committee started off trying to be bipartisan, trying to do their best to attack in a fair way. It has gone completely off the rails. Whats the point of it at this point . Its a good question. It has gone completely off the rails. The Intelligence Committee on the house side was supposed to be this kind of bass chon of nonpartnership because youre dealing with such secure information, classified information and the like. Since the beginning of last year really, we have seen it just spiral into this really partisan state. Remember, just a few weeks ago you had this battle over these competing memos, which shows the committee is operating with perhaps different information on different parts and cant even agree on what the parameters should be. Whatever the conclusion they come up us wont be believed by the good section of the portion. And you have the allies in Congress Working to undermine the investigation as a whole. And in polling it is penetrating through. And the president is counting on that in a way, which also leads us to the question we were talking about at the beginning of this segment, which is the president s own anxieties about this caused so many more problems for him and for everybody involved that could easily have been voided if he remained away from the fray. He gets so defensive and still to respond in the moment. Guys, thank you very much. Kelly odonnell at the top. Thank you as well. Were also following breaking news in the case against former Trump Campaign chairman Paul Manafort. He just entered a plea in court in virginia. Pete williams in s in our washington newsroom. Pete, what can you tell us . As expected he plead until the, so there wi not guilty. The judge set a trial date having this trial in virginia start before the case was scheduled to start in washington, d. C. The hearing is just wrapping up now. This is video of Paul Manafort arriving at the virginia courthouse where he was indicted and now arraigned on new charges. He faces tax fraud and charges of failing to report foreign Bank Transaction charges. But the judge set a trial date of july 10th. Now, you will recall just a few weather conditions ago the judge in washington in that case that began last october asset trial date of september 17th. And so we were curious to see what would happen with this case in virginia, to see whether the judge would engage in, frankly, a little bit of educational one ups manship. In fairness to the judges decision here, the government said before this hearing that because they are so far along on the case in washington, the process of whats known as discovery where the government gives the defense relevant documents, the government says thats pretty well along now. And these are similar charges. There will some New Discovery on these additional charges in virginia. The whole thing could have been done in washington, but theres a rule that says you have to be charged in the judicial district where the offense was committed. The government asked the lawyers if they would waive that ruling and allow the whole thing to be in washington and they said no. Now he faces trials in two different places. Theres an additional question of whether this judge will have some new restriction or less restriction on letting him out of home detention. Hes out on bond, but there still is home detention question. The judge hasnt been satisfied they put up the Proper Properties for his bond. So that remains a sticky problem too. So its always tricky when youve been charged in two different places and two different judges are in charge of what happens. Well have to see what happened. Pete williams in our washington newsroom. Thank you very much. You bet. Joining me is Chuck Rosenburg a former u. S. Attorney and former senior fbi official. Barbara boxer is a former democratic senator from the state of california. Chuck, give me your reaction to what just happened with Paul Manafort. Katy im not at all surprised and heres why. I grew up as an assistant u. S. Attorney and a United States attorney in virginia. The rocket docket. What meant for us as prosecutors and the folks who were Defense Attorneys there is that cases were set quickly, they were seldom if ever continuances. It was a pleasure to work in that environment. The defense has been preparing for it in some way since last year. And so sounds like a reasonable trial date and exactly what i would expect from the Eastern District of virginia. The other big story was donald trump talking to witnesses about their mueller interviews, both the White House Counsel Don Mcgahn and the former chief of staff Reince Priebus. The New York Times says they spoke to a number of experts who say that this is not really going to result in witness tampering. How is this at the least inappropriate or a bad move for the president . Katy i have a definite maybe for you, and heres why. The hardest thing to prove in an obstruction of justice charge is intent. Its easy to prove theres a pending investigation, easy to prove witnesses, thats easy. But every time the president does Something Like this, talks to a witness, which i guarantee you is against the advice of his counsel. Every time the president does this, he puts another brick in the wall and makes it that much easier not prosecutors to show that his intent was corrupt, for instance, as it would have to be turned statute. In and of itself it doesnt constitute witness tampering. But theres a pattern of intent. Pattern and intent, the words we keep hearing over and over and over again. Senator, i want to get your take on what you would be doing if you were still in office, if you had a hold of this information. I served as the chair or the vice chair of the Ethics Committee of the United States senate and we got into a lot of issues. When senators got in a lot of trouble. If any senator did half of what the president was doing, there would be big trouble for that senator. And i think your guest is right. If you follow the yellow brick road, youre going to get to a place where i think mueller is heading. This looks like a criminal enterprise. Meetings in the middle of the indian ocean, are you kidding . Dropping sanctions on russia, the whole list of things, the president saying to the russians in the oval office, i took the pressure off myself and got rid of comey. I am not a lawyer, but i come from a family of lawyers, and i spoke to a great one this morning, my husband, and he said, you can talk to a witness. Per se, thats not a crime, but what a terrible idea. It should have been done lawyer to lawyer, then it would have been confidential. These witnesses are scared. Theyre calling mueller and telling them the president s talking to them. And the last point i would make is having served with five president s, when a president calls you on the phone, its a big deal, its intimidating. Its a huge mistake for this president to act the way hes acting right now. Lets talk about this meeting in the seychelles. Where can mueller be going with this . Seems like every day theres a new branch of this investigation that goes off in a different direction. Yeah, great question, katy. I dont know yet based on what weve seen reported, but the back channel speaks to a larger issue, the connections to russia. And there seems to be many iterations of it. Its logical for them to ask questions. I wouldnt conclude by the mere fact theyre asking about it the that theres something wrong, at least not criminally. Diplomatically it doesnt make a lot of sense much we have a state department that handles or be involved in our diplomatic relations with other countries and they seem to have been excluded. To me thats pretty disturbing. I want to talk about politics really quickly with you, senator. How do Democrats Use this because there could be a risk if they go overblown on this russia investigation, the president doing all these inappropriate things that they are not going to focus on what they have to offer. If you agree with it or dont agree with it, donald trump has an economic message. What should democrats focus on . Theres no doubt we have to focus on the life of the american people. What are their fears and anxieties . Ill tell you right now, i know theyre still fearful about this economy. Theyre still worried about being able to send their kid to college and the democrats totally get it, but you have to be prepared when asked about it to say weve got a president whos distracted, we have a president who, frankly, is an embarrassment to us. Can you imagine what the world is thinking between this and a porn star . You know, its humiliating for us. So i think that youre right, this certainly cant be a central focus. We should have an economic message. We havent really do it the best way we can in terms of communicating it. But i think we know that. And i think were going to see some big victories. Barbara boxer, guys, thanks very much. Next we have the latest moves in the legal battle between the president and the porn star. Can the president s letter keep Stormy Daniels from speaking . Ot. Neighbors helping neighbors and strangers alike. This is what americas about. Sometimes its nice to see all the good thats out there. Bringing folks out, we have seen it in community after community. Michael cohen got a restraining order during the arbitration proceeding. This week daniels whose real name is Stephanie Clifford filed a lawsuit against the president. In that suit she alleges the nondisclosure agreement she has shs invalidate because donald trump never signed it. The white house is still facing questions or what the president knew about a 130,000 payment cohen made to daniels. Did the president approve of the payment that was made in october of 2016 by his longtime lawyer and adviser, Michael Cohen. The president has addressed these directly and made very well clear that none of these allegations are true. This case has already been won in arbitration. Any claim that donald trump won in arbitration is no different than me claiming that i won the super bowl a few weeks ago. Donald trump is not even a party to the arbitration. How can you win an arbitration youre not even a party to . Joining us is former deputy chief of staff to president clinton and lecture or of university of california, berkeley. Lets start with the legal aspect. Katy, ill start with you. My throat just a little ticklish. What would it suggest that held seek a restraining order right now . Obviously theyre fearful that stormy is going to run and do a tellall but hasnt done yet. But if you look at the terms of the settlement agreement, Michael Cohen could go and get a secret temporary restraining order. But theres two competing interests at hand. Theres a lawsuit filed by Stormy Daniels asking the court to make a declaration whether its a contract between her, donald trump and Michael Cohens company. But you have Michael Cohen if theres mandatory binding confidential, you have a chicken and the he cant. A judge is going to have to decide whether it still to go to mandatory arbitration. Isnt the contract validate if Michael Cohen signs it as his attorney . Michael cohen was a party to this contract. It wasnt just donald trump and Stormy Daniels. So Michael Cohen has held up his end of the bargain. There is California Law that just because a party does not sign a contract does not mean that invalue dates the contract. If people perform what theyre supposed to do turned terms of that contract, that contract can be enforceable. Where does this contract stand . It stands in california, it was executed there. Donald trump himself gets to pick the venue, so its either nevada, california, or new york. Right now sounds like california because even Michael Cohen initiated the arbitration proceedings in california. Maria, if Michael Cohen paid this money and donald trump paid him back, we dont know that, that has not been confirmed or denied, really. Its just kind of out there left unanswered. What would that mean for him legally in terms of the f. E. C. Why would it be considered potentially a Campaign Contribution . As details come out whether President Trump broke any laws even before he became president , thats going to be for the lawyers to find out. What i think everyone should focus on, whatever happened between trump and Stormy Daniels, thats between trump and his wife, right . Whats really important here is this is a continuing pattern of a lack of transparency and the potential for blackmail. This happened with Michael Flynn and porter. Its a continuing theme in this white house because this is about the coverup, hush money. The president owning up to blackmail in the same way porter and flynn did . Exactly. Its the lack of transparency and subject to blackmail. Thats what they have left themselves wide open for. Let me ask you a question. Were entering a new political era. Does this mean that politicians can now maybe have sex with porn stars and then pay them hush money and its not going to matter politically because it doesnt seem to matter politically speaking to Donald Trumps base. They may not matter to the base. There are many more americans thats why i want to focus its the salacious nature of a porn star. What really americans should be focused on is what is he covering up . What was his lawyer trying to cover up . And why were they trying to cover up . Remember, not to bring this up, but the russia investigation, the dossier, are there other things that could be used as blackmail against the president . I hear what youre saying. The pattern of what else can be out there. Exactly. Lets stay on Stormy Daniels for one more question for you, katy. If Stormy Daniels is able to negate this nda, what does it mean for others in the trump universe who have all signed ndas . Depends how consistent the provisions are. They were drafted by Michael Cohen, so if donald trump has consistently used Michael Cohen to do his dirty work or deeds, then i think you could actually reasonably challenge those nondisclosure provisions in the other ndas that have been executed. But maria is right. What are they trying to hide . Im not very interested in knowing the specific details. Daniels definitely had something on donald trump that he didnt want the public to know. Michael cohen might say that zpaerpt if its true or false, the mere allegations could hurt the president and thats why the money needed to be paid at that time. Who knows . Maria and katy fang, ladies, thank you very much. This hour at the white house, the president is rehashing a decades old debate on video games. Up next, well talk about the real action that is or is not being taken on guns. Over the years, paul and i have met regularly with our ameriprise advisor. So if theres Something Better than warfarin, ill go for that too. Eliquis. Eliquis reduced the risk of stroke better than warfarin, plus had less major bleeding than warfarin. Eliquis had both. Dont stop taking eliquis unless your doctor tells you to, as stopping increases your risk of having a stroke. Eliquis can cause serious and in rare cases fatal bleeding. Dont take eliquis if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. While taking eliquis, you may bruise more easily. And it may take longer than usual for any bleeding to stop. Seek immediate medical care for sudden signs of bleeding, like unusual bruising. Eliquis may increase your bleeding risk if you take certain medicines. Tell your doctor about all planned medical or dental procedures. Im still going for my best. And for eliquis. Ask your doctor about eliquis. Earlier today the president promised action on guns. Were working on common sense measures to protect the rights of lawabiding gun owners while keeping guns out of the hands of those who pose a violent threat or even a threat. This hour hes holding a discussion at the white house not on gun reform, but on video games with members of congress and industry leaders, were told. Theyre talking about apparently whether there is a link to reallife violence. While washington continues to debate guns and violence, florida has taken action. Late yesterday the state passed a threeday waiting period and the age to 21. This was three weeks to the day after the parkland shooting. When we sit here and think about how hard it is to vote, push the green button, push the red button, i just remind myself this that this isnt hard. Putting your kid in the ground is hard. This is a button. Joining me now from florida is politico,s markka pew toe. The question of violence and video games for nbcs think. Mark, this bill has a threeday waiting period and raising the minimum age to 21 and will also arm some teachers. Whats the reaction . The reaction of arming teacher provision was put in their to attract some nra friendly votes from republican lawmakers because there was the gun control on the other side. But it almost tanked the bill. It was watered down, the provision, so its not front line, full time classroom instructional personnel who could be armed, but general School Personnel all the way from cuss to doians to principals to the cafeteria workers could bear arms in school but they would have to go through a series of rigorous training exercises if she a certain numbers of hours. And they would be deputytized as law enforcement. The large urban counties which tend to have rather significant populations of democrats and people who dont like a lot of times guns arent going to participate in this. Its probably a little more blown out of proportion than it should be but its something thats of Major Political concern and almost killed the bill. If governor rick scott vetoes it, he would use this as his reason. I feel like he would that surprises me. I imagine this would be part of the reason why he would sign it. Correct, however, Governor Scott when he unveiled his principles for the bill he wanted to see, specifically left out arming teachers. One of the reasons aside from perhaps the policy dynamic is that if you look at the polls, its really an unpopular idea. Governor scott might be running for senate, and so theres really no reason for him to have to go put his toe in the water of this controversy if he doesnt have to. Hes more than likely to sign the bill because the parents of the 17 murdered people at Marjory Stoneman douglas wanted him to sign the bill, but this is something he repeatedly expressed concern about. The president took credit for that provision, at least it sounded like that provision, of the bill a little bit earlier today. Whitney, this meeting on video games, you wrote about this apparent link or attempted link between video games and violence. You say violent acts seem to be more strongly related to the relationship that a child has with their parents and whether they are experiencing or witnessing violence in real life. Not necessarily a video game issue. Do you think that video games are just a diversion in this debate . Yeah. I think theres certainly a high likelihood thats what they could become. Weve seen this come up before in other media reports going back to several other School Shootings where initially after the shooting occurs we start seeing cases where people say there was a link between the shooting and playing violent video games. In some of these cases such as in Virginia Tech and the sandy hook shooting, we later find out the people involved either didnt play video games at all or mostly played harmless ones that dont involve violence. We dont really see that connection there in the anecdotal cases who engage in shootings. So this unfortunate. Theres also legislation from blumenthal and gram talking about seizing guns from dangerous people. Heres ow Lindsey Graham defended this earlier today. We tell our she says if you see something, say something. Isnt it incumbent upon the government to do something . Most americans are telling us, why cant you do something . Any chance that would happen at all, mark . There is a rather significant and rather unspoken about expansion of police power which allows police sometimes under court order, sometimes in emergency situations, to seize guns, con physician case ammunition and weapons from people who are deemed to be a incredible threat. That didnt exist in florida law before, so its rather significant. Now youre hearing about it coming out of congress, but you just wonder if congress can do anything except for name post offices. Good joke. Youre not wrong. Jealous of a today, my friend. Thank you, guys. Its International Womens day. Here at home more than 500 women hope to change the course of history by running for Political Office, home being the United States. Two of them join me next. But there will still be pain. It comes when your Insurance Company says theyll only pay threequarters of what it takes to replace it. What are you supposed to do . Drive threequarters of a car . Now if you had Liberty Mutual new car replacement™, youd get your whole car back. I guess they dont want you driving around on three wheels. Smart. With Liberty Mutual new car replacement™, well replace the full value of your car. Liberty stands with you™. Liberty mutual insurance. Womens day. On this show weve been highlighting the unprecedented wave of women who are running for Political Office across the country this year. What better day to talk to two more. Brianna woo is a video game designer and running for massachusetts 8th congressional district. And Lindsey Graham is a republican who switched parties and just switched cameras. After 2016 to run as a republican in new jerseys 7th congressional district. Thank you for being here. Lindsey, so happy to see you in person. We rarely get people on set for this story. Lindsey, im going to start with you. Okay. You call yourself a progressive republican . Yes. The things you stand for are not very republican. Why not run on the democratic ticket . I would disagree the things i stand for are not very republican. First of all progressivism started in the Republican Party back with Teddy Roosevelt. The Republican Party has a long history of progressive policies, actually. It was republican president eisenhower who brought us the national highway system. It was republican president Teddy Roosevelt who brought us the National Park system. It was republican president nixon who brought us the epa. You want to look at todays Republican Party, President Trump, whilie not a progressive some of the progressive movement. I would disagree with that. What issues are you moving what would be important to your wouldbe voters. There is a lot that matter to them. My biggies are infrastructure, education and health care. Leonard lance has a lot more money than you do. I think he raised 800,000 to 3000 there is a big money gap. Is the dnc helping not the dnc is the rnc giving you the time of day or is this no. Are you worried about the money gap . No. Im not. Because ultimately in a democracy we get elected by votes, not by dollars. Even though Citizens United may say otherwise. So ultimately i need people on the ground in my district to go out to the polls and vote for me. I dont need to wage an air war, i dont need to blanket them with mailings, i need to meet them facetoface, prove to them that i represent their interests and then have them turn out at the polls. You are a survivor of campus sexual assault. I am. How would you try to fix that problem if you were in congress . That is a great question. So i was actually part of an organization on campus, both before and after my sexual assault, that lobbied our administration and then worked on a joint task force to update and change the Sexual Misconduct for the school and we led that with a charge of survivor first practice. Where the onus is not on the survivor to prove something happened, that the onus is it is different from the regular due process but it is the the onus is on the accused to prove that nothing did happen. Beyond a shadow of a doubt. Lindsay, thank you. Brianna, i want to get a few from you. What issues are you running on and what matters to your voters . The really big thing we hear about here in massachusetts is wealthin wealth inequality, it is a well off state but if you talk to the people out there, working class people, they certainly dont feel like they have that. I do want to say, because my career has been in engineering, i am probably one of the most qualified people running for office this year to talk about cybersecurity. This isnt a quick fix. This is going to take billions upon billion dollars but the good news is it can create many, many middle class jobs. Were so unafraid in the country about spending money on weapon systems, i think it is time to really invest in defense and that means cybersecurity. Brianna wu, great to have you. Great points.
