Now theyre threatening not to and to begin enriching uranium but were in a tough spot because our european allies pleaded with us to stay in the agreement and now weve imposed new sanctions on iran. This has gotten very complicated. But we really need to deescalate this in furtherance of a diplomatic resolution working very closely with our allies in the region and avoid, at all costs, a military, prolonged military engagement. What, to you, would be the best possible outcome from these talks happening today between the secretary of state and Vladimir Putin . Well, i mean, first, it would be helpful if the administration understands the motives of Vladimir Putin. So, making it very clear to Vladimir Putin that he should, you know, refrain from engaging any further with the iranians.
