Hes firing back at his former National Security adviser, john bolton, over explosive criticism in that new book. A series of interviews, as well. The president also ready to hit the road again for the next Campaign Rally in a key swing state. This time, its arizona. Well go live to yuma and talk to that citys mayor. How he is preparing for a president ial visit to the border, while also seeing a surge in coronavirus cases in his state. And about the coronavirus pandemic, the World Health Organization just reported its biggest jump in global cases ever. It comes as were seeing a spike here in this country in the south, and an alarming trend in the number of people in their 20s who are dealing with this virus now. Well start this monday morning at the white house. Because the west wing is dealing with the political fallout on two fronts this morning. That stinging, new criticism from john bolton. And the president reportedly fuming over his underwhelming reelection rally in tulsa, oklahoma, over the weekend. Nbcs Geoff Bennett joins us now from the white house. Geoff, what has been the response from inside the west wing, first of all, to these new comments from john bolton . Reporter yeah. Craig, good morning. Look, white house officials in defense of President Trump have slammed john bolton as a sensationalist, as a disgruntled opportunist who is just trying to make some money off of this new book. Interestingly enough, democrats actually agree with republicans and white house officials on the latter point. They, too, say bolton is trying to make money after this book. And if he had any misgivings or reservations about the president , he missed his opportunity during the impeachment proceedings to go public with them. Setting aside the motivating attacks and boltons motivations for writing the book, it is wra remarkable that a former National Security adviser, who served in the administration almost a year and a half, would detail in the way john bolton has the great many ways, he says, in which President Trump is ethically unfit and intellectually unprepared for the job. Now, bolton, in advance to the book coming out tomorrow, has done a ton of press. He gave an interview to abc news, the great martha raddatz. Martha asked him houw he thinks President Trump will be remembered. Here is what bolton told her. I hope it will remember him as a oneterm president who didnt plunge the country irretrievably into a downward spiral we cant recover from. We can get over one term. Two terms, im more troubled about. Decisions are made in a very scatter shot fashion. Especially in the potentially mortal field of National Security policy. This is a danger for the republic. Reporter you mentioned President Trump lashing out. Well, heres what the president had to say in a tweet earlier. He says this about john bolton, his former National Security adviser. I gave john bolton, who was incapable of being Senate Confirmed because he was considered a whaacko and not lid a chance. I like hearing different points of view. He turned out to be grossly incompetent and a liar. See classified information. A federal judge over the weekend rejected the trump administrations request to block the release. Look, there are serious, soberminded people on both sides who say you cannot dismiss the allegations in this book. Because it fits a broader pattern if you take into account what the former white house chief of staff, john kelly, and former defense secretary, mattis, said about President Trump, that he elevates his personal interests over the interests of the country, craig. Geoff, lets talk about the other big story here related to the white house, this adviser telling nbc news that that rally in tulsa was a, quote, major failure. How is the white house explaining the rally in oklahoma . Yeah. Another outside adviser said, quote, everything was awful, from the crowd size to the lack of focus. President trump, were told by sources close to the white house, was furious that this event, which was designed to be a campaign reboot, drew a much smallerthanexpected crowd. He and his campaign, his allies, had touted for days leading up to it that they had more than a million ticket registrations online. They were going to pack that arena to the rafters. The tulsa fire marshall tells us it was less than a third full. The question now is, theyre trying to recalibrate how they do the rallies. Another issue is the underlying message. Im told by republican sources, who are still with the president , thinking hell win reelection, that he hasnt shown a capacity to adjust to the shifting political landscape. The president is leaning into the law and order persona that he crafted for himself, and it is missing the mark. Missing the concerns about the coronavirus, and also the new push for racial and social justice, craig. Geoff bennett from the white house this monday. Thank you, sir. Now to the latest on that sudden firing of the u. S. Attorney for the Southern District of new york. Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer now calling on the justice departments Inspector General to investigate precisely why Jeffrey Berman was fired. The democratled House Judiciary Committee is already investigating. Its chairman, jerry nadler, says he hopes to hear from berman as soon as wednesday. Nbcs tom winters following this for us. What do we know about the dynamics at play here . What is the likelihood we could see an investigation from the Inspector General, or hear directly from berman in the next few days . I think at this point, youve probably heard the bulk of what berman has to say. The key thing here, craig, short of keeping the job, a job he personally told me he thoroughly enjoys and everyone says he works hard at, short of keeping the job, he gets to keep his deputy, who he praised on saturday in his concluding statement. Shes going to stay in the role and be the acting u. S. Attorney. Shes going to continue to oversee the cases the office is working on. I think thats important, craig. Another thing that is important to mention is that nobody has indicated to me that there was a particular case or investigation that we havent yet heard about being publicly disclosed that led to this action. Nobody indicated that so far. That is an important point. As far as the Inspector General, the question you asked, its certainly possible that the Inspector General could look at it. Remember, hes done a number of important investigations, looking into the origins of the russia investigation and into some of the other matters involving that, involving the previous fbi administration. Those have been important reports. Well see whether or not he takes a look at this. Whether or not theres something for him to potentially investigate here. At best, it is sloppy work by the attorney general, not to have had all of this ironed out on friday when this was announced. Obviously, they did not have all their ducks together. Obviously, they did not coordinate with Jeffrey Berman. Pretty apparent at this point. Craig, i think it leaves questions as to whether or not this was just a poorly coordinated effort to put somebody in at the sec who has no prosecutorial experience, or whether or not there was something more nefarious here which, to date, nobody mentioned to us. It is something that, obviously, craig, well continue to watch closely. Tom winter for us there. Tom, thank you, sir. I want to turn now to historian jon meacham. Mr. Meacham, of course, msnbc contributor. Also the rogers distinguished professor in american presidency at vanderbilt university. Good to have you, sir. Thanks for your time, as always. Lets start with National Security adviser john bolton here, telling abc news that he hopes President Trump is going to be a oneterm president. Youve likely heard and read a fair amount of whats in that book. Here, you have yet another Senior Administrative senior official from this administration, jon meacham, john kelly, mattis. They wrote letters which are not flattering to their former boss. How important is this book from john bolton . There is Little Mystery at this point about the true nature of the Trump Presidency from the inside. The mystery we have to confront is whether enough people on the outside will heed the lessons that are coming from those who have served with the president. And will people make an evidencebased decision in november in the right number of states that this was an experiment that has failed . So i think insofar as bolton is significant in the politics of 2020, it is going to be, can enough people take on board what hes saying and say, you know what, joe biden may be a conventional politician, he may be a figure out of the world that we wanted to shake up when we sent donald trump, but this didnt work. Lets put the country in an oxygen tent for a couple of years. See if we can stabilize things again. You mention 2020 and the election. The president , of course, holding that rally over the weekend there in tulsa, oklahoma. Again, billed as sort of this campaign reboot. He said a lot of things during sort of this rambling twohour session, but he said things that raised eyebrows. Well play a few and talk about it on the other side. This is the president talking about coronavirus testing. Heres the bad part, when you do testing to that extent, youll find more people. Youre going to find more cases. So i said to my people, slow the testing down, please. They test, they test. We had tests. People dont know whats going on. Roughly 120,000 americans killed by this virus in the span of four months. There is the president of the United States, virus. Jon, Administration Officials called that comment tongue in cheek, but the way the president has handled the pandemic, is that something that is going to be consequential in november or no . Or do the lion share of americans think this is something thats beyond the president s control . No, i dont think they think that. Look, 100 years ago, walter lipman, the leading columnist of the age, wrote that one of the sins of modernity is we would define and then see, opposed to seeing and then defining, which is what the lesson of the enlightenment is. To some extent, not to be overly grand at this hour, the enlightenment is on the ballot in november. Are we as a public, as a voting public, as a politically engaged public, willing to believe the evidence of our own eyes as opposed to the preexisting views that we might have in our heart or in our gut . Thats whats on the ballot here. We had an enlightenment. We had a scientific revolution. We had reformations that created the modern world, that was, in fact, some effect of those things was to say, we were not simply going to blindly follow someone who happened to win an election or happened to be born to a certain family and, therefo therefore, put on a throne. Thats what the american republic, for all its imperfections, was about in the beginning, and what it should be about now. I was looking at this the other day, trying to figure out, what is a measure of bipartisanship . Sometimes you see different congressional votes. Those are always situational, obviously. There are two numbers that are interesting. 10 or so of democrats cross the aisle to vote for george w. Bush in 2000. 10 of selfidentified democrats said, were going to go over the aisle. In 2008, 13 of republicans crossed the aisle to vote for senator obama. Somewhere and that number now is way down. It is 2 , 3 , 4 in terms of 2016. The question is and the election will turn on how many selfidentified republicans will cross the aisle and not vote for donald trump, on the evidence of what theyve seen. Right . This is not a partisan point. Its not a reflexively liberal media point. It is simply a case. America was designed for people to make rational decisions about the functionmedamentally irrati business of poll is tiiticpolit. It is the ballot. Itll be the coronavirus. He was saying to martha there, we still dont know how complicated this might be, from the bolton book. We have not remarkably, we havent had a significant foreign crisis that has gotten out of control yet. But history happens every minute. We have about 137 or so days here to try to see, will america decide, i want to be with the enlightenment, i want to be with fact, opposed to, i want to be with superstition . While i have you, i have to ask you about this new book that you are working on, i hear. 50 already finished. Of course, you know about this initiative thats ubnder way to rename the Edmund Pettus bridge the john lewis bridge. There is the cover of your book. Put it back up for folks at home to see it. There it is. His truth is marching on john lewis and the power of hope. Why this book right now, jon meacham . What prompted this book in this particular moment . Or were you already working on the book, and the moment just happened to meet where you were . Well, the tragedy of american life, as you know, were fellow southerners, is that theres always a moment to discuss the imperfections, the failures, and the possibility of triumph for the american experiment. I was honored i met congressman lewis in 1992 when i was a reporter for the chattanooga times. As you know, he communicates this remarkable sense of calm, serenity, and justice. What i wanted to do, i was in selma with him, with a delegation back in march, and have always i talked to him for years, and ive always wanted to write about his theological understanding of the world. People like me argue, and ive argued in books, that, you know, you live with tragedy, you live with ambiguity. The arc of a moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice. President trump has the same view. It is based on reinhold and niebuhr and others. It is comforting for white folks, people who look like me. Im a privileged white guy, and things tepid s tend to work ou in america. The arc of a moral universe wont bend unless there are people like john lewis insisting that it swerve. Should that bridge be renamed . Absolutely. Edmund pettus, by the way, was a confederate general who was a grand dragon of the kkk. John lewis and Jose Williams in 1965, in the middle of the afternoon, led a column of nonviolent marchers across that bridge, insisting the promise of the declaration, and the legal implications of the 15th amendment to the constitution, be recognized. They werent asking for special treatment. They were asking for full inclusion in the promise of america. He was almost killed. I talked to a fellow who was right behind him, who remembered the thwak of the billy club on john lewis head. John lewis was willing to suffer and die for all of us. Its fundamentally a story of sainthood. Saints dont have to be perfect, but they have to bear witness to a larger reality and be willing to put everything on the line. Thats what john lewis did. Rename that bridge. John men meacham, always goo have you. Appreciate your knowledge and perspective. President trump heading to another state, where coronavirus cases are spiking. He is planning to visit the border wall in yuma on tuesday before heading to phoenix for a students for trump rally. Right now, that state just hit more than 50,000 cases. That figure doubled over the last two weeks. Many hospitals are near capacity. Nbcs Vaughn Hilliard is in yuma, arizona, near the border, ahead of the president s visit tomorrow. Vaughn, what are folks there saying ahead of this visit, as cases there spike . Reporter as cases spike, access to testing becomes a question mark here. Just over this weekend, craig, the president , as you said, is going to be flying here about 24 hours from now, into yuma. I want to set this up by directly bringing in the mayor of yuma, doug nichols. If you can set up for folks, where are we . Where is the president going to be coming . As we stand here talking, were at the yuma Regional Medical center, which if you look behind me, youll see the little mountain. That mountain is actually california. South of mountain, to the left, is mexico. That is a good geographic location of where were at in yuma. Reporter as this becomes a hot spot, you have 120 Covid Patients presently inside the yuma Regional Medical center. Also, this is the highest test rate of any county in the state of arizona. When the president comes tomorrow, what is your message to him . What does yuma need . Well, you know, its a lot of Different Things we really need to be prepared for. But we need to have an understanding on International Relationships and how we can maintain the crossborder interaction, but really protect both countries, and really beat this virus on an international level. Reporter testing is important. We were just talking about, what, 5,000 folks come across every single day right now. Yes. Reporter they come and work across these fields. When youre looking at testing, how important is it to the community . Do you have access to it . Testing is extremely important because it gives us the ability to understand the ebb and flow. Though weve tested twice the amount of almost any other county in the state, you know, that we know our numbers are going to be higher because of that. It is that relative number that we contract that in relation to the number of deaths that, unfortunately, have been coming through every day. So testing is extremely important to make sure we can understand the ebb and flow of the virus, and how were doing against competing against it. Reporter youre wearing a mask. Yes. Reporter you require it. This weekend, began as a city, requiring mask wearing. Why . Well, every city in the whole county has done it, including the county. Its really because it is not whether masks are necessary. They definitely are necessary to make sure we have this. It is all the things that we do as a people to make sure that were focused on it. For me, the mask is a symbol of reminding ourselves every day to wash our hands, keep our social distance. Just take those measures to protect ourselves, protect our families, and protect the Vulnerable People in our community. Reporter mayor nichols, thank you. Craig, republican mayor from yuma. This is where the president will be arriving tomorrow. A hot spot here that is testing, but youre also seeing, with the number you said off the top, in the last 15 days, the number of cases in the state of arizona have doubled, craig. Vaughn hilliard in yuma ahead of the president s visit. Vaughn, thank you. Thanks to the mayor, as well, please, sir. Spike in cases in arizona and the world. The world just saw its largest single day jump in coronavirus cases. Were seeing a new concern here in our Southern States specifically. An alarming jump in cases for people in their 20s. The World Health Organization just reported the highest daily rise of coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic. Let us get you caught up on the facts. That number reported on sunday was driven largely by the United States of america, where the total number of cases here now stands at just over 2. 2 million. More than 120,000 americans have died. In the last two weeks, more than half of the country, more than half, has seen an uptick. Morgan chesky is standing by. In texas, morgan . Reporter hey, craig, good morning to you. Theres so many numbers floating out right now that its all concerning, no matter what you really look at. Texas is seeing nine consecutive days of record hospitalizations. Thats why youre seeing a lot of concern, especially here in the dallas area, where starting at midnight on saturday morning, the city has enacted an order that would require businesses to make sure any customer that walks through their doors has a Face Covering on. Over the past several days, both san antonio and austin have been added as two of the top five coronavirus hot spots in the entire country. As a result of that, were seeing a lot of local leaders push back against governor greg abbott, saying theres not a state mandated rule at this point in time. Theyve been asking for some time now for more power to enact policies that they feel can make their cities safer. We know in florida, Governor Desantis finally coming out and making a stunning admission, craig, and that is that he is saying that just because theyre having increased testing, thats not necessarily the reason behind the spike in cases there. We know that for 13 days straight in florida, theyve seen 1,000 new cases each and every day. The governor there, as a result of that, going to be taking Safety Measures and enforce social distancing at clubbings a clubs and bars. There is a new patient coming out of the statistics were seeing, both here in texas, florida, and elsewhere. That is a younger individual, craig. Initially, when the pandemic set in, we were told the atrisk individuals who were over the age of 50 plus. However, at this point in time, even if theyre not having Underlying Health issues, younger patients are starting to test positive. Now, a key point here is that the death rate is not necessarily rising with the increasing number of these positive cases. That said, those who are kind of worried about the spread of the virus are encouraging leaders that if they dont do something quickly, this could get out of control very fast. Craig . Youre clearly someone who takes care of yourself. So when it comes to screening for colon cancer, dont wait. Because when caught early, its more treatable. Im cologuard. Im noninvasive and detect altered dna in your stool to find 92 of colon cancers even in early stages. Tell me more. Its for people 45 plus at average risk for colon cancer, not high risk. False positive and negative results may occur. Ask your prescriber if cologuard is right for you. Im on it. Thats a step in the right direction. Im on it. Like real bad. We cant wait to get you back so weve added temp checks, Face Coverings, social distancing and extra sanitizing to get the good times going again. Were finally back. And cant wait until you are too. A disturbing discovery. A noose found in the garage of Bubba Wallace on sunday. Less than two weeks after wallace, nascars only fulltime black driver, successfully convinced the racing series to ban the Confederate Flag at its tracks and facilities. Wallace responding overnight, writing, todays act of racism and hatred leaves me saddened and serves as a painful reminder of how much further we have to go as a society, and how persistent we have to be in the fight against racism. Nascars statement, we are angry and outrage and had cannot state strongly enough how seriously we take this heinous act. Weve launched an immediate investigation and will do everything we can to identify the person responsible and eliminate them from the sport. Nba superstar lebron james offering his support to wallace, tweeting, know you dont stand alone. Im right here with you, as well as every other athlete. I want to continue to say how proud i am of you for continuing to take a stand for change here in america and sports. Nascar, i salute you, as well. It comes as the Confederate Flag ban was met with resistance from some fans returning to the track in talladega. A Confederate Flag with a defund nascar banner was flying overhead. On the ground, dozens of vehicles outside the speedway waving the flag. Hell lay the bumper to jimmie johnson. Reporter wallace has been the catalyst for change in the predominantly white sport. Recently donning a shirt that said i cant breathe. His car getting a paint job, displaying black lives matter. Craig spoke to wallace before this latest incident. What would you say to other folks who said for years now that the flag is about heritage, not hate . Were not saying you cant ever fly it at your house. You can do whatever you want. When it comes to a sporting event where we want all races, everybody included, inclusion is what were trying to accomplish here. Unity. That was nbcs sam brock reporting there. For folks who may have been watching over the last few minutes, we had some technical difficulties here. We think weve gotten them ironed out. We apologize for that. Thanks so much for your patience. Meanwhile, a few hours from now, family and friends of Rayshard Brooks, they are going to gather for his public viewing. Coming, of course, more than a week after the 27yearold father was shot and killed by an Atlanta Police officer at a wendys. Both officers face charges now. Nbcs rehema ellis is at the s historic Ebenezer Baptist church. It is where reverend Martin Luther king jr. Once pastored. What is the plan for todays public memorial, rehema . Reporter craig, one of the things theyre hoping for is people will line up here. Theyre asking for people to understand that theyre going to take their temperatures. Theyre asking people to wear masks. Because in their grieving, they want to make certain that people remain safe in doing so. Here, just so feek folks know we are, it is the ebenezer church, the new ebenezer, across the street from the original Ebenezer Baptist church where dr. King pastored. Its on the grounds of the king center. All of this is happening as police have now also issued an arrest warrant for natalie white, whom they say is responsible for the fire tat at wendys restaurant. It was in the parking lot of the restaurant where police encountered Rayshard Brooks. He mentioned a name of natalie wood. We do not know the name he mentioned and the person who police are searching for are one and the same. Nonetheless, there is an arrest warrant out for the person at this point. We also point out that there were, following Rayshard Brooks death in the hands of police, there were protests that erupted throughout the city and around the country. The police chief ended up resigning. Two officers were arrested. Some now say that the arrests and those charges came, and they were politically motivated. Some are calling for an independent prosecutor to be assigned to this case. Because they think the charges were leveled against the Police Officers too quickly. In addition to that, craig, we should mention that there has been some action by some officers who protested. Some of them calling in sick. The interim police chief now saying that hes had to shift around some things in order to make certain the city is covered. One last thing i want to mention, we talked to a couple people who came here after a trip theyd been planning months ago. Theyre here today on a history trip with their children. They say it is amazing, that as they came to remember history, right now, theyre in the middle of history being made. Craig . Amazing indeed. Rehema ellis there for us in atlanta. Thank you, my friend, for that. Meanwhile, cities across this country are coming up with some bold ideas to change their Police Departments in the wake of what weve seen transpire over the last few weeks. Ill have a conversation with the mayor of kansas city, missouri, next. Were going to talk about one big change he says is already working in his city. Another that he hopes to put in place to cut back on the number of stops that police make. female announcer when we started carvana, they told us that selling cars 100 online wouldnt work. At a time when protesters all over the down tcountry are demanding a change in the way people are policed and the treatment of black and brown communities, one midwest mayor, one midwest mayor is trying to seize the moment and get sweeping measures on the books. In kansas city, missouri, protesters there have been on the march for three straight weeks. The democratic mayor wants to remove Marijuana Possession offenses from the citys code. Im. Joe im joined by the mayor of kansas city, mayor llucas. Thank you for your time this morning. Good to be with you. You said you wanted to see reform for a while now. Seven months ago, city council rejected your proposal on Marijuana Possession. Why is it so important for you to get this measure through . How do you think it will make a difference there . I think right now, people are seeing that in this moment, it cant just be a conversation about one area of the criminal justice system. We need to look at the laws that are foundational in terms of how people get stopped, why certain people get incarcerated. In my city, you have a lot more africanamericans that are both arrested, end up serving sentences related to minor drug offenses. Thats why i thought it was important for us to look at true ways to add substantial change. Lets look at the laws on the books. I hope thats something that doesnt just happen in kansas city but all around the country. Where you hear disproportionately black men, black women talk about being stopped for certain offenses that, in other parts of our country are condoned, accepted. I think it is a need for change. Mayor, as i understand it, kansas city also secured a grant two years ago, for a social worker at each and every patrol station, something a lot of cities are looking at doing now. Talk about how that one thing has changed things in your city. I think we were lucky enough to be on the cutting edge of understanding that we needed more than just police to solve certain situations. Our social workers are embedded with police stations. There are so many problems, so many challenges that can be resolved from somebody who has perhaps different training, different time to address a number of issues. Domestic violence, child abuse, frankly, getting victims sometimes to talk. Thats something we talked on in kansas city. Id like to see more funding for social worker programs and social worker services. Because you need a broad base of things to entrust the very serious Public Safety and crime issues we have. I think when you talk about how we modernize policing, this is where weve seen our police and our community really get behind the social worker effort. Wed like to see it grow. Mayor, i know that the recent deaths of black men in police custody, theyve hit you especially hard, especially Rayshard Brooks, as i understand it. The man in atlanta who was sleeping at the wheel, stopped for sloeeping there. Talk to me about your reflections. As i understand it, thats something that you can relate to on a certain level. Yeah. Its a situation i know aboutmeabout. I had a charge dismissed in connection with the same thing. There are a few differences between Rayshard Brooks and i. One, im alive today. Two, i always wear a suit. Three, i think i have good fortunate. Here is the deal, we all recognize that, yeah, we have to be a country of laws. We have all these issues. We also want people to live. A traffic stop, no matter the type, of an unarmed person is one where wed hope everybody comes out alive. To me, it is a tragedy that we did not see that here. Thats why i think youve seen such public uprising. I mean, i recently drove from kansas city, missouri, to texas, to help pick up my nieces. On the drive, i have this fear of being stopped the entire way and not knowing what the interaction will be like. To be a black hman in america i to know if you are not absolutely perfect in an interaction, to know that if something goes awry, there may be a very serious consequence for you. Thats something that i think all of us have weighing on us right now, as we see these situation. You look at george floyd. Forgery charge in minneapolis. You look at eric garner from new york. A cigarette charge. Misdemeanors, right, the lowest crimes and offenses end up leading to black men, black women in other cases, dead. Im trying to reduce the number of interactions we need to have and, frankly, trying to make sure we can change how were experiencing folks, ranging from social workers at patrol stations to a better lock ok atr laws. Kansas city mayor quinton lucas, thank you for your time. Thank you. That spike that were seeing in hot spots around the country with regards to coronavirus, theyre hitting a majority of younger folks. Well look at that with a doctor on duty next. T and had no energy. Until freshpet. Put the puppy back in my dog. While some cities and states may face possibility of closing businesses again, new york city is officially entering the second phase of reopening today. Its a huge milestone for a city that was once the epicenter of the Coronavirus Crisis here in the United States. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo outlined how the city was able to do it with my colleague Stephanie Ruhle a little while ago. Weve only made the progress weve made because we have been disciplined about it and the local governments have to do their job. If the local governments dont do their job and the compliance is laxed youll see it in the numbers. From day to day. We have not yet seen that. Lets bring in our doctor on duty, dr. John white. Chief medical officer for webmd. Start with new york city. Things opening. How concerned should new yorkers be about a second spike . Well, good morning, craig, and it is a huge milestone for new york city, the epicenter, to be starting this phase. We still have to be concerned, we cant let our guard down. So its still about practicing all of those safeguards as best as we can. Maintaining that physical distance of six feet. Eating out, presto. In a restaurant. Doing handwashing. Making sure you wear those masks. The good news is theres a second wave, i have to tell you, some think were just in one big wave. One big bar that hasnt been going out. We are more prepared in terms of that personal protective equipment. You know, protecting that Surge Capacity of hospitals. So i want people to be aware and be educated as they are and the governor mentioned being disciplined, but then also, not being too cavalier and just ignoring everything. Dr. Whyte, theres also a troubling trend that appears to be happening in florida, and in texas as well. Officials there, in texas, are warning about the surge of new cases linked to folks in their 20s getting sick. Yeah. Florida Governor Ron Desantis also pointed to younger folks in this state.
