Lawyers, answered no. Go back and deliberate some more. Let me go to rod allen outside the courthouse in lower manhattan. Ron, how did this go down . What did the jury do . How did they communicate this to the judge . Reporter well, even more significantly, ali, what this means is that because they are considering these two charges that they say they are hung on, they are only considering them because they apparently found weinstein guilty in one of the two other charges that they are considering him on. There are two cases, two women whose cases are before him. Rape cases. And in order to consider these extenuating circumstances, the sexual predatory allegation charge that lisa was referring to, they will only look at that if they have found him guilty on one of the other two charges. So thats why based on the questions and based on the counts one through five the way theyre structured we can reasonably assume that and they havent confirmed this, they believe hes guilty of at least one of the two Sexual Assault charges. The question now is whether the jury will enhance that charge and find him also guilty of being a sexual predator meaning that hes preyed on or attacked at least two different women. Now, youll remember weinstein is a there have been allegations by 80 to 100 women over the years. This case involved the allegations of two women. But the prosecution was allowed to present testimony from a total of six women. These four additional women. Because they were trying to prove that weinstein had a pattern over the years. So the third case thats become important now based on what we have heard from the jurors in questions and so forth is the case of an actress wellknown for role on the sopranos alleges that weinstein raped here in 1993 or 94. The jury seems to be hung on whether that happened or not. If they found him essentially guilty of doing that, that would enhance the allegation or the charge against one of the other two women. One is a production asis about the who he allegedly attacked in 2013 and the other case in 2006. The main cases carry prison sentences i believe of up to 25 years. The predatory case if he is found guilty of that, that charge carries a life sentence. So again, it is a little complicated but based on the order of the counts, based on the note from the jury that said that they are hung on one and three, which had to do with a sexual predator charges, we can assume they found him guilty of at least something, one of the assaults or they would not be considering counts one and three which they say theyre hung on. The judge isnt them back, said continue the deliberations. It was our understanding all day that court was going to end at 3 00 with prior commitments of the lawyers but given the development it is unclear whether they continue on or court will end very shortly. Ron, they have requested to be off this afternoon from deliberations . Reporter one of the lawyers, one of the defense lawyers we believe, requested that court end at 3 00. The judge agreed to that based on some personal considerations which are perhaps not that important but the bottom line was that the court day to end at 3 00. We are now a few minutes past 3 00 and im seeing that there is no verdict today after 24 1 2 hours of deliberations. And ten notes from the jury. Deliberations will resume on monday morning at 9 30. So were done. We just heard that from the courtroom. Okay. Reporter but the bottom line is that based on the questions it appear that is the jury is very close and it appears that they have theyll convict weinstein of at least one of the Sexual Assault allegations against him. The question is whether theres more. Ali . Well continue our coverage of this then. We do know that the jury will rejoin and resume deliberations on monday. Ron, thank you for that reporting. Lisa, thank you for your analysis. As i said, im here in las vegas. We are 24 hours away from the start of caucus day. It starts tomorrow morning in nevada. The third stop enroute to the Democratic National convention in july. This is a state thats different than the ones we have seen. It has a significant minority population, a Significant Union population. The democratic president ial candidates fanned out across the state searching for lastminute support. Theyre vying for the states 36 pledged delegates. Again, thats not a lot of delegates but a different demographic makeup of the delegates to tell us something more about the candidates strength moving forward. For reasons unclear and seemingly odd, since he is the incumbent donald trump is holding rallies in every state Holding Democratic primaries and caucuses. The kids might call that trolling. Nevadas no different. Holding a Campaign Rally this hour here in las vegas. In New Hampshire, a rally in manchester. Next week in South Carolina he is holding a rally in charleston friday night. We dont know how many people will show up to the democratic caucuses. The Nevada Democratic party said nearly 75,000 residents showed up in the first four days of early voting this week. Thats just shy of the 84,000 people in total who participated in the 2016 caucuses. The question here is, are there a whole lot more people voting this time or just more people early voting and well see fewer tomorrow . Who knows . Seems to be a good amount of Energy Around this democratic caucus. We begin with the team of road warriors. Vaughn hill yashd covering the Buttigieg Campaign. Monica alba. What is the Buttigieg Campaign looking for and thinking about . Reporter reporter we are just now a couple minutes under 24 hours until the nevada caucus here. When youre looking at where we stand, folks from indiana, hoosiers like underdog stories and you could say we are in the Third Quarter of this particular one because after iowa, New Hampshire, only two candidates that came in the top two. That being Bernie Sanders and Pete Buttigieg. And when talking with the Buttigieg Campaign, they said, sure, you can look at polling numbers among communities of color and same time tomorrow is that time in which actually voters will have a say in this. In fact, mayor buttigieg is walking in to real fast, what should folks expect tomorrow . What needs to happen for you here in nevada . We need a strong finish. We think thats whats happening and firing up the volunteers and interacting with voters until the caucus begins and we think we will have a great day. Reporter top two or three . Its important for a strong showing because nevada reflects the future and i think a lot of what we can expect ahead on super tuesday and working to earn every vote. Reporter mayor, thank you. Thank you. Reporter the mayor on with Chris Matthews later on today so hell be fielding more questions at that point. This is the first stop here talking to organizers here at this las vegas field office. He has several other events in the day including a rally to end off the night. You know, talking about mayor buttigieg and where this race stands if he is able to come in second or third place here, this campaign feels like theyre able to make the case that he is the best counter to Bernie Sanders heading out of nevada and one Campaign Senior official telling me if Amy Klobuchar or Elizabeth Warren dont come in the top three here, there should be serious questions of their viability because what you see is a point in time in which the democratic nomination process much more in focus. Half of the delegates apportioned on march 3rd on super tuesday and Campaign Official says nevada and South Carolina, they understand the importance of it to make a case that he can actually be this democratic nominee he has to gain support with black and brown voters so that is why tomorrow of all the races yet tomorrow is the big test for Pete Buttigieg. Ali . Now, vaughn, there was a 50 50 chance to go to monica first. Reporter you know . It is funny. This is how a lot of the Campaign Operation works. We brought the camera out earlier a. Gentleman said are you covering the new Mexican Restaurant opening up . I was like, no, i think a president ial candidate is rolling through. Dealing with strip malls in las vegas, sometimes president ial candidates walk by or mexican roa restaurants open. Monica, i dont know if you want to top that with donald trump with a chin wag with him but otherwise what exactly is donald trump up to . Were the things all on the calendar . Seems to be showing up in places where democrats are caucusing usually the night before and a big rally. Reporter exactly. Ali, apologies for the loud music here. The president is expected to take this stage in the next couple of minutes but as you point out the campaign tested this strategy in iowa, in New Hampshire. Were here in nevada where the president isnt even on the ballot tomorrow. In fact, the gop state party canceled the contest in an effort to consolidate support and delegates for the president. So hes coming here with a simple aim and that is to stomp on the democratic message to try to get under the skin of the candidates who are here and also to steal a ton of local media and regional headlines. As weve seen all week as the president has xwon from phoengo to Colorado Springs and covered just as much as the president ial candidates on the democratic side and it wont be the end of this program as the president told reporters he feels he has a big voice and they might as well use it. He is relishing the opportunities to slam their debate performances and to remind voters that, of course, the general election nine months away is already the focus of his incumbent reelect cam pan and using the been fits and advantages of what comes running far second term. We are here in nevada, a state he lost in 2016 by a couple of Percentage Points to hillary clinton. So this is a place that the campaign considers a second tier target for november. Somewhere they could see in play. But look at the other places he was in this week. We have arizona and of course colorado and the vulnerable senators there also factored in to why he wanted to go to those places, ali. This is the big finish here in vegas. All right. Monica, you didnt have donald trump but you had a great soundtrack an i suspect some of the viewers appreciate more than with donald trump. Thank you to both of you. Joining me now, alex thompson, a correspondent for politico covering the Elizabeth Warren campaign and rory alpton for the las vegas journal review. Good to see you. You have nice weather out here. Alex, people may forget and some may hold the media responsible for this, Elizabeth Warren at the moment is third in the delegate count. It is a distant third but she is third. She is a very close fourth in the fund raising count in january. Michael bloomberg sort of changes the equation on that Elizabeth Warrens people were complaining about her coverage and we saw Amy Klobuchar surging in New Hampshire after a great debate performance and Elizabeth Warren take that lesson and come out of the gates on fire on wednesday night. You saw her fund raising pick up. She raised 5 million in less than 24 hours as soon as she went on the debate stage. She raised 17 million in february alone and 6 million more than all in the month of january. The comments just as much about i think making a complaint but it was also about rallying the supporters, a path forward saying dont believe the headlines. We are still in this fight. The headlines from the per suspective of her campaign have been ridiculous, left out of actual coverage of things, headlines of New Hampshire about who was in first, second and fifth. Missing third and fourth entirely. This is sort of a problem making huge bets on New Hampshire and iowa. And then she was sort of caught in the middle of two competing story lines. Bernie sanders was running away and the demise of joe biden. So those were like the two popular story lines. It will be interesting if she can come back here. Theres already 70,000 votes that have already been banked before the debate poimpls. How many voters come out tomorrow . Will she have a surge . If she does have a surge is it enough thats an interesting point. People cast the ballots before that debate performance. This states really different. People say that this is the first one you actually have to take seriously. It is not a big delegate count. A portion of a hill of beans but its got Union Support and more diverse population and large latino population and tests the kanlds differently than iowa and New Hampshire do. And the first state on the western half of the country, as well. I think you saw some candidates like Elizabeth Warren, like Bernie Sanders get here very, very early and try and lay the groundwork to capitalize on that to make the sort of stand here and then you had a lot of other kabl candidates getting in late who maybe didnt have the money like Pete Buttigieg and tried to catch up so you see a very interesting sort of mashing of the momentum that some of the candidates are bringing like a buttigieg or klobuchar. Versus the sort of groundwork where sanders, warren, they have been here for a long time, hundred people on the ground for months now. Sanders i think up to 200, 250 the last total. So you see an interesting concept of is it momentum or is it the groundwork or little bit of sfwhoet. Las vegas may be remembered as the Pivotal Moment for the Bloomberg Campaign and maybe the moment it started to not work out on wednesday night when the world was going to see we new yorkers know him but the country sees Michael Bloomberg and it was, i dont know what kind of words for it. Dismal failure. Really bad. Messup. Flop. Does he hes not really competitive in this state. Will he surprise everybody . Not at all. He is not on the ballot here in nevada so it is interesting to me because if you talk to folks nonpartisan, very moderate, they were interested in him, seen some commercials because he has peppered nevada with commercials to reach californians any way possible but, you know, i do think he took a major hit and Elizabeth Warren came out swinging, did very well and agree with ali and interesting to see because based of previous numbers the best chance for the amazing turnout for Nevada Democrats would be about 40,000 people coming out tomorrow. That would to the to the 75,000. So thats not quite enough get us to 2016 numbers which are record. 2008. Those are the record numbers. Yes. Alex, it is unfortunate that Elizabeth Warren saw the opportunity to come back in Michael Bloomberg. She gave him that opportunity to be as strong as she was on wednesday night. She needed that foil on the stage and i think it will be really interesting to see if she can break out from the sort of muddle for second place. Bernie sanders has really bet his candidate da cy. He had to improve with voters of color an he saw that young latinos and older latinos the best, most viable path and thachb building the infrastructure for four years and if he is if he like goes the distance and has a double digit lead and a muddle in second place, its very hard to see people really catching up because once you get to super tuesday he could get theres no clear viable alternative to him, he could have a delegate lead no one can catch up to. Wonder if its enough to get him to the 1,991 he needs. Thanks to both of you for being here. I appreciate it. Thank you so much. Alex thompson at politico and Rory Appleton with the Las Vegas Review journal. All right. At this time tomorrow nevadans at caucuses across the state choosing who they want to run against President Trump this fall but concerns of how things play out following the chaos at the iowa caucuses. Nevada officials plan to use the same app that iowa used to record the results but they scrapped that idea after the iowa debacle. Caucus volunteers have three ways to report the results. By phone, by paper or by ipad. One caucus volunteer told nbcs garrett haake, she is confident everything will be okay. Reporter after the webinar, the inperson training, having it here, how confident are you . Very confident. Reporter really . I am. Ive been here for three hours now and i had another orientation on monday. And so, this is like triple. Reporter you came for the training before the training . I did. Reporter all right. So you feel like you got this thing down . I do. All right. Joining me now someone to provide insight on caucus preparations. Molly forgi, you are the person i want to talk to because how you handle this determines my working hours tomorrow. Okay. Ive been told im working very, very late tomorrow and if thats true and happy to work, will i have numbers . Look. I think from the beginning we said the number one priority is getting this right, protecting the integrity of the nevadans voices. We have to record three sets of data versus one in the past. It might take longer and the plan is results on caucus day. We are hearing a new app and people said they havent had enough training. It is not an app but a caucus calculator. You can use it on the ipad. Its off the shelf technology. The primary purpose to streamline the process. So it helps them integrate that early vote data with the inperson caucus participants, do all of that. We have trained nearly 2,000 volunteers on it already. We are training around the clock until saturday. And were confident that our volunteers will have the support they need. So its part of the actual primary process . Primary process will be to offer support the to the precinct chairs. And theyll be using a hotline with 200 paid operators taking in their results via phone. A call center essentially . Uhhuh. Here in nevada . Thats right. Is it meant to be a backup or is that actually where you you use this calculator to figure out the caucus you are in and then call someone . Thats right. Unlike iowa, someone will pick up the phone . Yes. And then also use our source of truth is the reporting sheet and get that from the precinct chairs, as well. What what could go wrong . I know thats not your job as a Communications Director but i need to know. If im sitting here tomorrow several hours from now and dont have results, what could the problem be . Important thing to recognize is this is a caucus. By nature caucuses are organic meetings that are slightly messy. It is our i dont know to make sure not terrible. Not terrible. This is what politics is. Right . Different people with different views coming together. Its not meant to be smooth as possible but we like results. I predict no issues. I would like to know where you are going to be tomorrow. Have you seen this app . Im sorry. Not an app. Call clatding tool. Of course, yes. You because im older than you. I suspect some volunteers here are also probably my age or older. It is it feels intuitive to you . Yeah. Were walking them through it step by step and online resources and training folks to do it themselves every step of the way. Whats the guess of turnout . 74,000 already is big. Huge. Almost the amount on caucus day in 2016. Are you worried people wont show up tomorrow . I think well have excitement. Well see it on caucus day. I meanfully hope that this all works out really well. Thank you. I want great news to tell us people tomorrow. The Communications Director for Nevada Democratic party with a friendly conversation with me. Lets hope we have the same conversation tomorrow afternoon. It comes amid controversy over an intel briefing to lawmakers in the house and that the conclusion that russia is interfering with the 2020 campaigns as part of an effort to, get this, get President Trump reelected. Now that house briefing, quote, angered mr. Trump who complained that democrats would use it against him. He didnt complain that the russians are trying to interfere in the election. He complained that democrats might use it against him. Thats according to the New York Times reporting reading, quote, the day after the february 13th briefing to lawmakers the president berated joseph maguire, the joutd going acting director of National Intelligence for allowing it to take place, people familiar with the exchange said. For allowing it to take place. This is the director of National Intelligence telling lawmakers that russians are interfering in the election again. Thats maguire doing the job, a critical part of the job as director of National Intelligence. The dni, for short, leads 17 different intelligence agencies. Serving as the head of that community. And im going to tell you why this is really, really, really important in a second. Lets give you two numbers to make it really relevant. 9 11. The office of the dni oversees and directs the implementation of intelligence budgets, the advise tore the president so he doesnt have 17 people briefing him on a particular security issue, briefs the National Security council and the Homeland Security council. Following the maguire exit, President Trump tapped richard grenell. You may not know who he is because theres no reason for you to know who he is. He is a trump loyalist whos served as the United States ambassador to germany since 2018. Some say hes done a relatively unremarkable job as that and he is going to be the acting director of National Intelligence of america. As one big one problem, the New York Times notes under the federal vacancies refortunately act he can serve until march 11th unless the president formally nominates someone else for that job. Now if he does that would allow mr. Grenell to serve for months longer as the nomination works the way through the senate. It was not clear it continues whom mr. Trump to nominate and he might choose someone with little chance at drawing Senate Approval in order to keep mr. Grenell in the position as long as he can. Joining me now, laura rosenberger. What they were Warning Congress is happening, right now, laura, theres no two ways to look at this. Either you believe that the American People and the elected officials are entitled to important intelligence information or you dont. Donald trump apparently fall sboosz ts into the latter camp. Thank you, ali. You talked about the really Important Role that the dn ir and frankly the entire Intelligence Community plays in providing the best possible analysis to senior policymakers about the threats that the adder is varies pose to the United States and the allies and one thing thats concerning about this episode is appearance at least of politicizing intelligence and that is extremely dangerous in terms of the signal it sends to our Intelligence Community about the way uncomfortable truths may be received and having served in the National Security council before i can tell you a lot of the things that the Intelligence Community has to report are often not pleasant, not things that policymakers necessarily want to hear but theyre incredibly important to take the steps necessary to defend the nation from attack and thats apparently what we are seeing happen in this instance with russia continuing to attack our democracy. Right. I have to say, as uncomfortable as things are to hear, the idea that a Foreign Government is working to interfere in an election, even if its to your benefit, its something you have to hear, i told the viewers i want to tell them about 9 11. Theres books written and movies produced of what happens when your Intelligence Services dont have coordination, arent necessarily talking to each other, have competing interests which some of them have. We know that that from the fbi and the cia in the leadup to 9 11. The director of National Intelligence is supposed to be the person to avoid that, the person who sort of, the filter through whom information goes and gets to the president and the National Security council. This is a position of remarkable importance to all of us as americans. Yeah. I mean, even if we look back to the 2016 election and russias interference in that particular election cycle, which, by the way, it never stopped after that election. Never restarted. This is an ongoing effort to undermine american democracy and weaken us from within but looking back and theres a Senate IntelligenceCommittee Bipartisan report of a couple weeks ago talking about the failures that led up to, you know, not the Obama Administration not fully detecting or seeing the full picture of what was happening in the 2016 election, and part of that again is that we didnt have the coordination mechanisms in place on this issue set. You are absolutely right that after 9 11 we made reforms internally to make sure were looking at the evidence and coordinating on it and need to be seeing much more of that on this issue, not undercutting that exact coordination. Yeah. If you thought last week you were worried about the independence of the Justice Department being a problem you should be really, really worried about the independence of the office of National Intelligence. Laura, thank you very much, the director of secure democracy, a Bipartisan Initiative to deter authoritarian efforts. Up next, tomorrows nevada caucus is off to a highly enthusiastic start. Turnout nearly 75,000 people here in nevada. Congresswoman titus joins me after the break on how this translates for her candidate joe biden. Youre watching msnbc live from las vegas. A sommelier searches for the perfect wine. But i hear a different calling. The call of a schmear of cream cheese. For i, am a schmelier. I practice my craft at philadelphia. Here, we use only the freshest milk. That one go go and the finest ingredients. What is this . Until perfection is achieved. Shes ready. Schmears philadelphia. Schmear perfection. Sleep this amazing . Thats a zzzquil pure zzzs sleep. Our liquid has a unique botanical blend, while an optimal melatonin level means no nextday grogginess. Zzzquil pure zzzs. Naturally superior sleep. Tomorrows caucus will give us a clearer picture of who is at the top of the democratic primary race, a critical time for former Vice President joe bidens campaign after a relatively poor showing in the first two early states. With former new york mayor Michael Bloomberg gaining momentum, biden went on the attack wednesday night going after bloomberg on stop and frisk and according to a new retired federal judge both of them got their facts wrong. Lets get something straight. The reason that stop and frisk changed is because barack obama sent moderators to see what was going on. We adopted a policy in place, the policy all big Police Departments use of stop and frisk. What happened, however, was it got out of control. And when we discovered, i discovered that we were doing many, many, too many, stop and frisks we cut 95 of it out. Mayor bloomberg said when i realized it was bad toward the end i ended it and dropped 95 . That is not accurate. It wasnt because he realized, had an epiphany. The court rulings. Joe biden said the Obama Administration stopped it. I thought you stopped it. Joe biden correct or not . Of course he is not. You got in just ahead of me. I was going to say Vice President lucky im not in your courtroom. Thats right. Appointed a federal monitor. I appointed a federal monitor in august of 2013 who didnt take office for ten months because mayor bloomberg insisted on trying to appeal my ruling and getting it overturned. Joe biden in your view took credit for something that judges did . Absolutely. I want to talk about this more with democratic congresswoman deanna titus endorsing joe biden back in november. Good to see you. Welcome to my district. Good to be here. With biden taking the fire on stop and frisk, a lot of of africanamericans are bothered by the crime bill and didnt joe biden support in the beginning. He had this firewall with africanamericans particularly with South Carolina. Bernie sanders is eating into that. Michael bloomberg, i dont know what the new polling shows after wednesday, but hes been eating into that putting South Carolina which was going to be the thing to save joe biden at some risk so nevada becomes relatively more important than it was. I think its very important. All eyes are on us. We have a diverse population and they have been turning out and in record numbers for the early vote days so i think hell do well here and be positioned to go into South Carolina and then the super tuesday states are much more diverse, as well. I dont think that bloomberg is going to stand the test of time. Hes dropped in the polls after his performance in the last debate. And joe biden brought up some really important points, not just about bloomberg but about bernies record. People look at what bernie is promising and forget to look at what he has or has not done. But in a case like this and making the point that shes the one who stopped stop and frisk, joe biden trying to own that a little bit and didnt seem to be correct. Everybody wants to take credit when theres something good and no blame when not but i think the point was under that administration, under barack obamas, you saw the end of a policy very much opposed in terms of Civil Liberties or black and brown communities. What are we expecting to see here we didnt see in iowa and New Hampshire in terms of voter concerns . We have a large latino population and immigration population, large Union Population and large and growing Asian Pacific population in this state. I have one of the most diverse districts in the state and the country. The immigration issue vary from community to community but joe biden has a strong immigration policy and under his administration we protected the dreamers as you recall and thats very important to young people here. Also, i was in a v. F. W. Hall and they endorsed joe biden and ironworkers and support of the unions and culinary saying we dont like medicare for all so dont vote for Bernie Sanders and warren. The American Federation of teachers sort of done a joint endorsement of warren, biden and bernie. That just doesnt make much sense, does it . We have a large senior population here. Big retirement communities and theyre strongly for biden so i think hes going to do well. Nice to see you again. Thank you for being with us and having us here in your district. Shop everything home at wayfair. Com former new york city mayor Michael Bloomberg is facing criticism for sharing a manipulated video of him during the debate. This is wild. It involved a portion of the past democratic debate which was the most watched in history when bloomberg pointed out that he was the only entrepreneur in the group. It was a good moment for him in a particularly bad debate. Let me show you how the moment actually happened. I think im the only one here that ever started a business. Is that fair . Okay. All right. Thats how it actually happened. He said is that fair . Left a portion of a second for somebody to respond. Nobody did. End of story. A video posted on bloombergs account, twitter account, posted a different video to twitter yesterday. It edited reaction shots of the other candidates taken from entirely different out of sequence parts of the debate, made the pause longer and a weird cricket sound effect. Is that fair . Okay. I tell you what. My boss is here offset and cant use the word i want to use for that but in canada for short form we call it bs. Twitter is considering reporting that video labeling it as manipulated which it should because it obviously is. But more importantly, this is part of twitters new push to make users more aware of bs including misinformation. Nbc news has brand new exclusive details about the companys new experiment to fight the spread of disinformation which is deliberate stuff like what bloomberg did and misinformation inadvertent spreading of disinformation and labeling it in bright banners as harmfully misleading, that is amazing if true. Nbc News Reporter ben collins broke the story. He got the screen shots showing what this could look like an he joins me now. Ben, this might go down as the moment in which the world changed. Social medias going to actually tell you when someone is manipulating content you accept as real information. Yeah, maybe, just maybe. Heres the deal. March 5th to do something. Thats what we know. These are tests that were sent around user testing web side that, you know, just testing it out seeing if the big orange boxes worked and going to start label stuff like this, this specific Bloomberg Video one of of them, as, you know, manipulated which is what it is. And the count . This video would count . Yeah. Twitter said it would count. That was after the fact, after there was a big hulabalu about it. It is satirical but i dont see how its a big deal to label like this as not only a genuine article. Thats really whats going on here. Twitter is trying to crack down. This is like an edge case, a gray area. There are things that are not in gray areas. There is deliberate misinformation of coronavirus and harmful to the public that currently exists on twitter without any Fact Checking whatsoever. And it can be extremely dangerous. Currently in fact, those things, sensational stuff, things based on fear and drive you to get really upset, click the retweet button before you look at it and what i think twitter is most focused on, dangerous stuff to public health. People do that inadvertently. You might say thats cool. Didnt watch the debate. You retweet it saying that was weird. You know . Bloomberg asked a question and everybody stared at him silently for several seconds. Our friend roger mcnami said theres going to be Community Involvement for policing. How do they guarantee the campaigns with extensionive troll networks including donald trump and Bernie Sanders dont manipulate that Community Standard idea . A mockup did involve something called Community Reporting which would gameify disinformation. People of two camps on this.
