Primary. And something that trump referenced right off the top of his remarks, talking about how it felt good to be back in the state that gave him that victory. We do expect him to take questions after he delivers some of these remarks. Clearly trying to refocus his campaign and message this week on trade and specifically on jobs. I can tell you that Campaign Advisors believe that jobs and immigration are two of the three biggest pillars that are foundational to chumprumps cam. He had a particularly rough june. You saw him sinking in the polls and fundraising numbers compared to Hillary Clinton and you saw him embroiled in controversy that put him at odds with other leaders and the Republican Party and trump struggling to unify republicans behind him. What he are hearing so far from him is nothing particularly different than what we might hear in one of his stump speeches when he talks about trade, when he talks about jobs, listing statistics, trying to make a connection with the invited audience members here and lets keep in mind this is not an event open to the public and something where the New HampshireRepublican Party helped invite folks in. Speaking of the New HampshireRepublican Party, kristin, interesting sighting you and i had been emailing about, former Campaign ManagerCorey Lewandowski, fired about a week and a half ago, is here. We saw him dressed casual, walking inside, maybe chatting with his former boss. Not surprising to see lewandowski here. He will head the delegate team coming from New Hampshire and he loves in New Hampshire. Great nugget there, halle. You raise the fact of poll numbers, trump is still done in polls to Hillary Clinton. He changed his campaign at the top bringing in a new Campaign Manager, in lieu of Corey Lewandowski. What does the campaign say about the latest round of poll numbers . It is what you hear from any candidate that doesnt like the polls. When you hear from mania foralmost a denial that these are bad for trump. Showing him neck and neck in Battle Ground states like ohio and pennsylvania. Trump himself said to me this week and to others that he doesnt believe his campaign gets started until after the convention at the end of july. Thats been kind of the line hes used when you bring up some of these poll numbers that have been slipping but you know, notably i think this week we saw two polls out that showed more than half of republicans want to see a different nominee. So clearly trump still has some work to do to try to bring the rest of the party around him. Undoubtedly. Nbcs halle jackson, great job reporting from hushed tones in New Hampshire. Thanks. For more i want to bring in jessica taylor, a reporter from npr. Thank you for joining me. Really appreciate it. Thank you. Hey, kristin. Hey. Good to see you. I want to pick up there what i was talking about with halle. These poll numbers over the past 48 will hours, almost all of them have had bad news for donald trump. Down four point. Down eight points in real clear politics average. What does he need to do to get back on track . He is making changes but folks are saying hey if he wants it turn this around, he has to change. I think first the thing they need to get is a strategy in place. I think we all thought that was with paul mania for the coming in and finally getting down if the press and getting Rapid Response emails. They seem to be hiring up. They hired communications director. These are things that should have been weeks ago, months ago, that any other nominee would have done. But to make these strides you have to i have think the Building Blocks in place. When he said the campaign doesnt start until after the convention thats preposterous, we live in 24hour cycle like the Clinton Campaign with things in place at the beginning of the year. So yeah they need to do those things but they have to have a ground game in place in Battle Ground states and staff up. They dont want any more of talking about the judge and his mexican background. He has to change his tone as well, i believe, if he wants have appeal in a Battle Ground state like florida or nevada. But the Building Blocks i think are the most concerning things. The money, staff, just the infrastructure is they are lacking in these states that are just shocking at this point in the campaign. And of course Battle Ground states do tell the tale. We have some recent polling there as well. Take a look. Pennsylvania, wisconsin, michigan, all show secretary clinton with a pretty firm lead. You talk about the timing of this, jessica. We are in june, approaching july. Some people say, hey, it is still early. It is just the summer. I mean, is it still early . What do you make of the timing . I mean, can he turn things around . It is not out of the question. But he is essentially been the presumtive nominee for other two months now and he hasnt turn id things around. He hasnt changed his tone. He hasnt even done the things that you would see a typical nominee do. Just last week he was in scotland at a time there was International Concern over the brexit vote. And he is, you know, in maine yesterday campaigning where he was targeting essentially one electoral vote there. This is not the way that you get to 270. I think if you want it hato hav broader structure of how to get there, this is just not the way to do it. One pieces of his strategy we are seeing unfold is very cloer focus on trade. Something that does resonate in a place like New Hampshire. Certainly in ohio as well. What do you make of this new message from donald trump . Yesterday you had president obama touting the virtues of ttp and donald trump says he will rip it up if he is elected. This something that definitely has an appeal in pennsylvania and ohio which i think are the two swing states where he has the best chance to do well in. You have this blue collar reagan democrat appeal where they are skeptical of the trade deals. They feel this ripped away their jobs and plants and manufacturing. He has tap need this unrest there. And i think you know, if they again have to have these Building Blocks in place it make this competitive, but at least to republicans they might not get wiped away there in those states. Thats important because ohio and pennsylvania were probably top two Competitive Senate races. Not just presidency. I think we will get it a point where republicans are just going to worry about keeping he is not rate majority even. If he can, you know, stop the bleeding in those states even, i think that helps them with the senate math as well. Great insight. Nprs jessica taylor. Thank you, really appreciate. We want to turn now to the news out of the object gone. Effectively immediately, lifting the ban on transgender people serving openly in the military. Americans who want to serve and can meet our standards should be afforded the opportunity to compete to do so. After all, our allvolunteer force is built on having the most qualified americans. Im joined by msnbc military analyst general barry mcaftererty. Thank you for being here. Good to be with you. I want your initial reaction to todays historic announcement. Theres an enormous amount of confidence with this secretary of defense ash carter. Very experienced, very thoughtful. I think his last minute decision to apparently extend the timeframe of bringing in the focus was a sound one. So they will move through this. There will be concerns, this is unlike an easy one, unlike lifting dont ask dont tell was fairly straight forward. No problems at all. This one has medical issues involved with it. And some cost issues. So they will have to think carefully about how they implement this in that sense. General, i know have you expressed concerns. Let me tell you a study about the Rand Corporation found that there are just 7,000 transgender troops sefbing in the military. And reference when it cost no more than 8. 4 million and doesnt that refute your point to some extent . Isnt this a way of moving forward . It is clearly a way of moving forward. Thats exactly what we will do on it. But the numbers are all over the map. Are there really 15,000 transgender people . If we open enlistment to stable potential troops who are want to enlist and continue it with their medical treatments, is that an open guarantee, a contract . So there is no question there are issues. So you think the numbers may be a little bit off . Is that what youre arguing . Well, you know, whether it is 15,000 or 1500, theres a medical issue unlike dont ask dont tell. Unlike women in combat arms. This one actually has a cost and a deployment concern. You cant be deployed while youre unstable or undergoing surgical procedures. And the question might also arise, how many transgendered people will enlist just to gain the medical access. That has to be thought through and understood. General, as you know, there are all sorts of concerns about lifting the dont ask dont tell policy and that was done relatively smoothly and counter argument is look if that happened smoothly this can as well. What do you say to those folks who say the concerns about this are really overblown. Certainly on nbc meet the press i was solidly behind lifting dont ask dont tell. We needed to move forward. It hadnt been a problem and shouldnt have been from the start. I blame the administration for waiting for last year of their last year in office to start some of the programs going when it should have happened in the first year. So having said that, unequivocally dont ask dont tell has in issue. This one has medical and deployment considerations. There are 2. 2 million men and women in the armed forces. Active guard reserve. They do need to think through it, put it in writing and decide how they handle it. La about the broader point that secretary made which is if we fight for the rights of people all offer the world we have to protect the rights of our people here. Particularly those who are serving. And there are already a dozen allies who have policies like this. Shouldnt the United States be the leader in terms of this type of policy . Well i think thats exactly where secretary carter has taken us. Putting this behind us before he leaves office and across the board with the armed forces. I want to play you part of an interview that roberts had with beck, former navy seal, who is transgender and now of course running for congress in maryland. Someone i have interviewed. Let me play you that clip and then get your reaction on the other side. Now with implementation, transgender people into the service, while maintaining readiness. And i think the biggest part we need to always emphasize is that military serves a purpose and readiness is the key. Your reaction to that, general . Pretty straight forward. Navy s. E. A. L. Sare part of the force and comments are right on target. Are part of the force and comments are right on target. All right, general, thank you for your insights. Appreciate it. Good to be with you, kristin. Coming up, first look at faces behind the deadly explosion. Moments before it happened. Anonymity has said an of the mated 240 people may have been killed in the air strikes. Turning now to that massive investigation into this weeks deadly terror attack in istanbul. New photo circulating appears to show the three attackers walking into an airport just moments before they struck the International Terminal killing 44 people. Turkish officials now telling nbc they know the attackers are russia speaker from russia, uzbekistan and kerk stan respectively. These attacks are part after series raids on suspected isis sites. Matt bradley has been tracking the latest on this. What is the latest on the investigation, matt . It is just like what you said. They all come from countries with their fierce insurge ensis. This is very indicative of the kind of Islamic State militant populating the upper ranks of the group. We dont know if the people are arrest ordered thought to be behind this particular incident behind me. We dont know if they were part of a larger investigation into turkey into operatives here in turkey. We simply dont have that information yet. What we do know is that drag nets typically tend to follow attacks against turkish sites. Matt, let me ask you about these nine arrests of people with suspect had ties to isis. How much concern is thereabout how far their reach may be and are you hearing anything about any more arrest . We havent heard anything more about any arrests, kristin. But islamingc state is thought go through turkey. There are six attacks in the past year by Islamic State. And credited to Islamic State. Rarely do they claim attacks theyve made against Turkish Military sites. Just a year ago, the turkish governments allowed u. S. To fly missions from their bases here in southern turkey. So that basically one year since turkey has been full on in the fight against Islamic State. Before that, they were thought to be turning a blind eye to the group. All right. Nbcs matt bradley with the very latest on the ground in istanbul. Matt, thanks for your great reporting. Appreciate it. Here at home, u. S. Secretary of Homeland Security jay johnson is making sure there are appropriate security measures. Take a listen. Here in the homeland since brussels, we have enhanced security at airports around the nation. Since the brussels attack in march, our viper teams have been more pronounced in general. And the American Public should expect to see this july fourth weekend, enhanced Security Press enat airports, train stations, and other Transit Centers across the country. By tsa and state and local Law Enforcement as well as security personnel generally. Nbcs Steve Paterson is live at lax. Steve, take us inside lax. How busy is it there and whoots t whats the mood . What are travellers telling you . Kristin, this is the International Terminal. It is life as usual with an extra set of eyes and more machinery. Visibility is the key thing here with security and Security Officials we have been speaking with. Not so much procedure as it is posturing. We have seen a lot more police, more k9 units. For more guys with assaultstyle weapons. Combing up and down aisles here at arrival and departure terminals here at lax. We have been talking to passengers and people taking off on flights. One of them is here. Her name is nancy. Where are you flying . To tokyo. Are you concerned at all by seeing the terrorist attack . Knowing what is happening month after month and now this . Yeah, i mean, were concerned. But were not going to let it stop us from flying. The security right now is probably much tighter than it was before this happened. So what have you seen as far as security . You travel often. I do. I travel a lot. So what have you seen so far thats changed since this attack . Sin the last attack . Yes. Thats interesting. There have been k9 and more people policing. And like when youre in london you see the soldiers in the airport with weapons and everything. But here you dont generally see that too much. Maybe when you come through customs on the way out. But today ive seen probably three just standing here for maybe 20 minutes. Does that concern you to walk into an International Terminal and to know what is happening . To see the increased presence . No, it makes me feel good. It makes me feel fine. Good. You cant stop living. Well said. Thanks, nancy. Really thats the message this a lot of security personnel have been telling people, too. It is really just the increased visibility along with increased vigilance. Telling passengers that same phrase we have been hearing for a long time now. If you see something, say something. That certainly is what we have been hearing with people walking through the terminals now. Back to you, kristin. Steve, before i let you go. It struck me what nancy said. She said we are concerned but were not letting it stop us. I know you have been there talking to folks all day long. Does that seam to encapsulate the general feeling of travellers today . Yeah. Absolutely. Look, these are people obviously used to traveling. You cant really change the way you live and operate just because of what happens. So it really, thats the message that we have heard from security personnel too. Is that they are not changing their posturing. Not changing their procedures in the way these lines operate. And the people that are in the lines cant really change the way they operate as well. So they are keeping that attitude. Certainly they are more vigilant. More awareness. But not changing their daytoday lives. Kristin . All right. Great reporting. Nbcs Steve Paterson an lax. Really appreciate it, steve. I want to bring in shawn henry, former fbi assistant director. Thank you for joining me. Thanks, kristin. We will start with the holiday weekend. One of the busiest travel weekend of the year. There are concerns about isis calling for more attacks here on our soil. How would you assess the threat level this weekend heading into this holiday . Isis has called at the end of ramadan for this to be a time for them to launch attacks. It core late with the fourth of july weekend where we see a lot of travellers. I think this is a 24 7, 365 day a year issue while people will be alert because they are out traveling. This weekend, is really the efforts will be taken by Law Enforcement. We need to carry them forward. I think we see a change going forward. They will continue to look at soft targets. They want to strike here in the United States. What they did in turkey and brussels and paris they would like to do here. Fortunately we have been able to identify many of the groups. Despite that, this is something we all need to be concerned about and we will see changes at the airports. Kristin . So what is the message it travellers . I know we have this discussion after a terrorist attack. Particularly as we head into a holiday weekend. What can you tell travellers to not only reassure them but make sure they are on heightened alert. What should we hear for . I think what we heard in the last piece is exactly what it needs to be. I say you have to be alert, be aware, dont be afraid. This is about intelligence and trying to disrupt attacks in advance. A lot of the threat needs to be addressed overseas. But to the extent were here in the United States, there needs to be a stronger perimeter. There needs to be more visibility by Law Enforcement officers armed, k9 units et cetera. More video to help identify behavior by people who are looking to launch attacks. I think the American Public should be confident in what Law Enforcement and Intelligence Community is able to do. That doesnt mean they can feel completely safe. They have to be aware and cant be afraid, kristin. Lets talk about what we are learning in regards to this investigation today. It appears as though the attackers were russian speakers. They came from russia, uzbekistaning wi uzbekistan, kerg stan. What does that tell you about how coordinated the attack may have been and about the strength of isis in that region . We have seen these terrorist groups working out of caucuses from chechnya and bag stan and previously the tsarnaev brothers were from dag stan. They have made the Movement Toward the islam uk republic, Islamic State. They are aligning with isis and are looking to use resources in that way. When you look back at what we see here in this particular attack in turkey, and those groups operating, traveling it syria, traveling to iraq, becoming trained and possibly moving into europe, it is just a new dynamic and Something Else for the intelligence communities around the world to be aware of. To help to identify and disrupt these organizations. All right. Shawn henry, as always, thank you. Appreciate it. Thanks, kristin. Everyday voters weigh in. The meeting between bill clinton and Loretta Lynch is generating talk today. They met by chance and spoke for 30 minutes primarily about grand children but republicans are crying foul saying the two speak sag conflict of interest. Democrats saying at the very least the meeting is simply bad optics. Loretta lynchs Justice Department overseeing the fbi investigation conductinging that investigation into Hillary Clintons emails for months now. Sitting down with a group of voters, how much do clintons email troubles continue to weigh on their mind . Take a listen. I think some major problem, major game changer because i mean, it just shows, when you talk about oh, unfair for the last 20, 30 years, this is why right here. Why does she feel her need to go out of the way, time and money, to build a server in her house and keep emails private. She said it was easier for her to separate her work and her private emails. Private stuff is kept private. I work for the department of revenue. It would be convenient to take tax returns home and work on them at home but they dont let me do that. What was she hiding . What doesnt she want people to know about . That is bigger than policy or lie. That gets to motivation. In the worlds eyes or decades, and did she make the right choice in how she protected her prief sni probably not. But that is what it was about. Everything has to be twisted into some conspiracy. I dont think it was the best choice but i dont think it is something we need to be, you know, rehashing over and over. Like okay, a bad choice, we all know we dont do that again. Move on. She cant handle two phones. Can we trust her to be the United States of america. But we trust trump . I do trust him to not take a private server home and lie about it. She has something to hide and to me thats bigger than again the rule breaker. She has something to hide in the emailes. Another fascinating conversation with voters. I want to bring to kate lin. Great to see both of you. Thank you. Kate lip lynn, let me start with you. One said this is a major problem and one said what is she hiding . This issue isnt going away for her, is it . Thats right. You know this seems to be divided among party lines. Republicans often say this is a significant issue. You talk to democrats who say this is overblown. But what the challenge for Hillary Clinton campaign is r right now, is that she has negative numbers when it comes to the issue of trust worthiness and honesty. We see that repeatedly throughout the polls. So voters say that speaks to that number. And were in june and it continues to be a pressing problem. Compounding that issue, beth, today, the fact that former president bill clinton met with Loretta Lynch. They both say it just happened, it was yesterday, but it is is bubbling up today. And donald trump has seized on that today. Saying this is a major problem. Even some democrats saying this is an optical problem. How bad is this for team clinton . Very much on right wing talk video and twitter. Not a whole lot on the other side. Though yes, you will find democrats wh say the optics werent good. It very likely went down the way it was described. The two happened to be on the same tarmac at the same time. They know each other. Exchanged greetings. Personal chats. That is plausible. On the other hand we all know that Hillary Clinton is being investigated by the fbi. And we are waiting it see if the fbi has enough to indict clinton for the use of her private email server. Probably not the best time to chat with the former president who happens to be married to the woman running for president. But at times like that, you know, it might not have occurred to them. Thats what they will say, not an issue where there was a discussion of something that was untoward or very personal. But in rhett retrospect, you can say, we understand why people might think it is sketchy. We have Hillary Clinton leading donald trump pretty significantly in some key Battle Ground states. We underscore it is june. Caitlin, what do you make of these polls . There are still several months to go. There are still several months to go, this is a race determined in Battle Ground states. So you do see clinton doing well in these states. She spent money on air and donald trump has not. Trump remarkably is just now starting it campaign in Battle Grounds. Visiting ohio for the first time as presumptive nominee. Hillary clinton has been there three times. He visited pennsylvania. He is in New Hampshire today. Going to colorado later this week. Tomorrow. So he is just now starting this endeavor. So he has a lot of ground to make up when it comes to these key states. This is where the demographic issues that he is facing will really come in to play. Places like florida and colorado. He is hoping to tap in to his support and places like pennsylvania and parts of ohio. We still have to wait and see how that pans out. All right, lets the New York Times has an article saying that Chris Christie is being vetted by the trump campaign. Nbcs halle jackson, kelly odonnell, also reporting that. And reporting that Indian Government has been made aware he is in contention to be trumps vp. What do you make of that . We know Chris Christie is an influential person on the trump campaign. One of the prominent lawmakers aligning strongly with trump, helping him out, advising him on a lot of issues. Makes perfect sense he is on that short list. Governor of indiana, very red state, very red governor. One who has govern had as conservative. He has had legislative experience. He was in congress before he was governor. He checks a lot of boxes there. Either one would be a pretty good choice. We need to find out what is going on with the vp selection particularly on the republican side. Less than three weeks out from the convention. We are told that Corey Lewandowski former Campaign Manager said there are four names on the list. We believe it is a few more that he is seriously considering. Vetting needs to be happening. Interview needs to be happening. Donald trump needs to make a decision. Lets get your reaction. Both of you. To the tim kaine obviously one of the top contenders. But senator warren got a lot of buzz this week for that event she had with secretary clinton. A lot of folks said thats a more energetic clinton event than we are used to seeing. Do you think she would consider Elizabeth Warren . I think after that event, i think a lot of democrats are reconsidering warren at the top of the ticket. This comes at a time where the economy is always, as it does in national elections, playing a key role. And with recent events that National Security and terrorism play a role. So that will feed into the candidates decision. But certainly, you saw in ohio this week, clinton feeding off that energy that Elizabeth Warren was getting. This was a really kind of unprecedented level of energy as far as Clinton Campaign was concerned and overflow crowd and people genuinely excited about warren. This also comes at a time when we see in polls the Democratic Party coalescing around Hillary Clinton after that long drawn out primary. Technically still going on. I think that is a great way to describe it. Quickly your take. There are a lot of skeptics. A lot of people who say it wont happen. What did you think . Either way all plus for Hillary Clinton. Either she chooses her or she doesnt. She will bring around the democrats who need the boost of energy. Perhaps Bernie Sanders supporters who love liz yej warren. Elizabeth warren will campaign for her or not, whether she is on the ticket or not. She is for Hillary Clinton regardless. Effective attack dog at that. Thanks, ladies, for a fantastic conversation. Thank you. We have a quick programming note now. Vermont senator Bernie Sanders who remains in the democratic race for president will join my colleague chris hayes later on this evening. You can catch that conversation on all in on 8 00 p. M. Eastern here on msnbc. In turkey, more about the heart breaking tole on the attack. A father on a miss to save his son from terrorism. We will have a lot more on that coming after right after this quick break. Cant support him because of what he said about the judge. That was the final straw for you . Big straw for me. Do you hope other members of the party do what youre doing now . I do. I think that racism, bigotry wont be tolerated. Some say this is a political move by you because you are in a tough reelection fight. Tears. Be happy, its glad. Dozens of family are in mourning. There was an take at the airport on tuesday. 44 people killed. A father traveling to turkey to save his son from isis, nbcs Foreign Correspondent is in the new york studios with the heart breaking details. We are hearing so many different stories. But i have to say this one has to be one of the toughest. Yeah. This is so tragic on many different levels. As you mentioned, what we learned, just absolutely heart wrenching. Father confirmed to the ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as ministry of defense. The minister of Foreign Affairs put out a statement saying a pediatric doctor at one of the hospitals died in the attack in tunisia. What we have learned since then from some of his family, friend, as to why he was there is very revealing. Several months ago, about seven months, his son traveled from tunisia on to europe and from europe he went on turkey and then ultimately iraq and syria. We learned from Family Friends that his son had joined isis. He is believed to be in his late 20s. Man by the name of anwar. His father the past two months was working diligently to try to bring his son back from turkey. He understands or believes his son actually was being held by turkish authorities as he tried to cross back from the Syrian Border in turkey. As a result of that the father had traveled to turkey and was going to the airport to pick up his wife. This is also the mother of the young son who fought for isis. He was waiting at the airport when that attack happened. So the mother arrived ultimately to find out that her husband had been killed. Were not sure yet what fate of the son is. He wasnt at the airport. But we are still trying to work on the details as to whether or not he will be released by turkish authorities or still held there. But the tragedy is this this father was going to save his son who was radicalized by isis. He ended up being killed in aattack that was done by isis. He was given military honors. Minister of defense of that country received the body along with family members and doctors who knew him from the hospital where he worked. Now according to people who had been posting on social media who knew this doctor very well say he was a loving man, caring man. He volunteered in helping with refugees on the libya tunisia border after that countrys civil war. He had began to algeria in 2003 and did medical missions for those who suffered as a result of that devastating earthquake in 2003. Very heart breaking story for this one story. It is important to emphasize this was their only son. New that father died. The mother still trying to figure out what will happen to the fate of her son. It is so tragic. Hard to wrap your head around it. Amman, help us p put this into broader context if you would. How common is this narrative. A young male who may be feeling diseffected, detached from his world who goes off and tries to join isis. It is very, very common. Tunisia had about 3,000 by some estimates on the low end by as many a as 6,000 who left tunisia to fight for isis. It is considered one of the biggest sources of foreign fighters in the region. Not just tunisia. We saw egypt as well as neighboring countries as including the gulf. You have factors in addition to those coming in from europe. Quickly, the investigation so far suggests those three attackers at the airport were from various backgrounds. Either russian or uzbek and it gives you a sense that many foreign fighters are drawn from the country and beyond. Thank you. Amman wab, thank you for bringing us that heart breaking support. We have breaking news out of the white house to tell you about. President obama signing into law a bill to help puerto rico eye void defaulting on a large debt payment. The Senate Approved the measure yesterday. The financially troubled island would have a balloon 2 billion payment due tomorrow. This allows puerto rico to restructure debt so it can manage its payments better. Hot topic on the campaign trail as well. We have learned the house will vote on Gun Legislation after all this Election YearHouse Speaker paul ryan telling republican lawmakers today that his chamber will vote next week on a gop proposal aimed at keeping suspected terrorists from purchasing guns. And nbc capitol hill correspondent luke russert is live on capitol hill. Luke this comes after that big protest pulled off by democrats on the house floor. Why the reversal . What happened here . I dont know if it is a reversal. It is a response to what happened in orlando as well as what happened in istanbul and the House Republican leadership realizing they today look like they were doing something. One they would pertain to try and stop radicalization with the United States. And if they vote on quote a provision to prevent suspected terrorists from buying guns. Now the Million Dollar question is, kristin, what does that provision look like . Is it Something Like the amendment which was a republicanbacked senate bill that had the nras backing that prohibited those from the terrorist watch list from buying weapons however the government would have to prove they were a terrorist within a 72hour window which democrats had to prove was way too high on that and allow terrorist to get those firearms. And in fact that bill, that wont get democratic support and that is a partisan republican bill a lot of democrats participate in that process and say hey that goes nowhere. However if there is movement on a bipartisan bill one released by democrat from massachusetts and congressman car bellow, republican from florida, essentially a no buy no fly together with the republican bill and democratic bill and you could keep some real movement. But considering the houses em bodies more in the senate and expecting more along the lines of john cornian put forward which some say. I know you will continue to track developments from capitol hill. Luke russert, thanks, luke. Well be right back after a quick break. Ya and hide it from the crew ya. . Officials say they are confident that isis orchestrated the attacks in turkey even though the group hasnt claimed responsibility. The big question is how do they know in cal perry is here to explain all of that. Cal, a lot of head scratching because they havent claimed responsibility. What are the signs that you can tell that is going to isis here . Right, we hear that a lot. Telltale signs. Lets compare it to the istanbul attack and brussels attack. Airports, everyone lives in the west, thats why we see the rip will effect. Three attackers came in taxic taxicabs. Whoever pulls over a taxicab. It is interesting to see as the investigation continues. We know the explosions in brussels were complicated. Difficult to move. That will bear out during the investigation. Strategy of how the bombs went off. First bomber went off here. Pushed passengers this this direction. A second bomb waiting here. Very reminiscent of the paris attacks. I want to talk about the hero heroism. He gets shot. Before he is blown up that Security Guard gets everybody out of the area. Real heroic work on that Security Guard hailed across istanbul as a hero. Kristin . When you look at this, and you see how coordinated this attack was, what does that say about the broader strength of isis . It says they have the capability to carry out what the u. S. Military says is a complex attack. Right out of the al qaeda play book. All right. Cal perry in our new york studios. Thank you. That does it for this hour.
