tun armed man was taken to a hospital and checked out. he is facing several charges. in columbia are remarkable rescue. the dog trapped in a rushing river. two officers on patrol spot the animal. one officer jumps into the river and grabs the dog and they give the animal cpr. it suffered some injuries. it's okay. so far 78 people have died in that landslide. 29-year-old officer was shot while serving an arrest warrant yet. the suspect was fatally injured. the officer was a new mom. she had given birth. the baby was supposed to come home today. in you ski land a close encounter with an orca wouldn't participant. fox news has a quandary and the republican party has a quandary. now, on the democratic side they have their own problem with only hillary clinton on the stage. and then you'd hear the voice of elizabeth warren offstage. i can't help but feel this would be enhanced if everybody wore a red nose. >> it seems like there is a new gop contender announcing every few days. are they making a mockery of this with so many candidates? >> i think that each individual candidate has the chance to make a mockery of all this but i think a lot of people are not amused by the political process which is going to get underway at least unfushlly with the first debate in august. >> and will a crowded field help or hurt hillary's chances? >> it's going to be a real problem for the republicans to try to come up with a candidate. right now hillary clinton is running a very cautious campaign. and so the last thing she's going to have to worry about is being confronted by a
