Cnn said this about the Clinton Campaign strategy for sanders. The reality is theyre running out of patience. They will begin deploying a news strategy. Its going to be called disqualify him, defeat him and they can unify the party later. The following morning on this network, Hillary Clinton was asked if sanders was qualified or ready to be president. She never explicitly called sanders unqualified. She did intimate he might be. Hed been talking for more than a year about doing things that he, obviously, hadnt really studied or understood. That does raise a lot of questions. Those comments led to a Washington Post headline reading clinton questions whether sanders is qualified to be president , which is completely accurate since she was questioned. Sanders cited the cnn report and the Washington Post headline to back up his claim. The Washington Post had a headline that said, quote, clinton questions whether sanders is qualified to be president. End of quote. Thats what was thrown at me. She has attacked me for being unqualified. If im going to be attacked for being unqualified, i will respond in quiet. This is a quote from cnn. Quote, disqualify him, defeat him and unify the party later. That sounds like they are ready to run a very negative campaign. Sanders reiterated his attacks on clintons own qualifications to be president. If you want to question my qualifications, let me suggest this. Maybe the American People might wonder about your qualification, when you voted for the war in iraq, the most disasterous Foreign Policy blunder in the modern history of america. People might want to wonder about your qualifications when you supported every trade agreement. Clinton camp called this a new law and noted the position would disqualify president obama. President obama did not support the iraq war. The white house said president obama thinks clinton is qualified to be president. She continues to have a hawkish Foreign Policy which led to the rise and expansion of isis throughout the middle east. All of that is fairly standard except for that deal with the devil line. She is taking pac money. Heres the bottom line. President obama took wall street money. Didnt make someone that didnt fight for individuals. Number two, jeff weaver on a commercial. Our two leading candidates who have the same basic goals. They have the same basic goals should try to accentuate their differences on policy but not get personal and not give the republicans any fodder. There are major policy differences. Here they were taking them away. The point is, this was a poignant point in my life. I remember it clearly and the point in that room that day is how do we do this quickly because theres a lot of recalls going on in wisconsin.
