great leadership skills, who really lead their teams. they're young guys, they lead these teams. but also, the nfl, the game has changed. i mean, the game requires a lot more mobility. you're not gonna get these quarterbacks that sit in the pocket and kind of wait for the field to open up. so, i think the game has changed in a way that actually benefits the black quarterback, the black athlete as a leader and a thinker. >> less than 30 seconds before we have to go to break. chairman steele, any thoughts to add? >> now, i think the concept, this idea that is still pervasive to this day, that black men are less capable because they're less intelligent, they're less, you know, they're more emotional, they get angry fast, all of those stereotypes are still out there. this is a moment. we have so many more moments we have to tackle ahead. >> all right, do not go anywhere. tara, donna, and michael will be sticking around with more of our sound off panel after this quick break.
