investigations, the special counsel's investigation, and there is fani willis's investigation at the state level. are they coordinating? >> probably not to a high degree. there wouldn't necessarily be unusual, but with suspected time name, there's been a lot of conversation about how the different indictments could in pack donald trump schedule, in light of his campaigning around the 2024 election. with respect to that, i don't necessarily anticipate they will be coordinating, because fani willis is on an independent track as a state and local prosecutor. jack smith is moving forward as a special counsel for the department of justice. i don't know if either is worried about stepping on the others to, how is that something that will be sorted out in court. there may be sharing information, but the way to bring the indictments and schedule, i'm that is probably not something they're worried about. >> congressman, you were a manager and trump's second impeachment. that was all about january 6th.
