and testified. so, in terms of any claim of privilege, executive privilege, the fact that those even above him in high positions they did not assert any privilege is pretty telling when someone at a lower level is trying to claim that. they also did not assert any fifth minute privilege. now mr. clark may have a particular reason why he believes his testimony would incriminate him. and again, will have to evaluate that as it comes. but should we decide that it is a valid implication of privilege for certain questions, even then, that might not be the end of the story. we could explore potentially whether the justice department there is an order of some form of immunity. by the watch crossed that bridge before we see whether this invocation is in good faith or bad faith. so far, i think in his prior appearance before the committee, he was not acting in good faith. >> congressman adam schiff, thank you very much for joining us tonight.
