across the state, and so even though an ectopic pregnancy shouldn't be covered under this law, that does not mean that that's how it's being interpreted across the state. >> and so a woman in that condition, who by the way might not know she has that condition, it's a diagnostic challenge at certain points, the woman's response system isn't what she might expect under pregnancy, that woman is having a struggle in texas that she previously did not have. >> well, the reality is that every abortion restriction across this country makes pregnancy more dangerous, so even before this law, the treatment of ectopic pregnancy that, for example, would be growing in a c-section scar is difficult to do at various hospitals across the state. so that was a challenge before and remains a challenge. but yes, this is making it even more complicated and even past ectopic pregnancy, we have
