opposed to the democratic's passing the president biden's package, now is it about the definition of the budget, or is he actually opposed to them passing other reconciliation bills that include most of the presidents economic priorities? >> he actually said today, that he was. meaning that he started off saying i didn't think we needed this at all. zero. and so from the perspective of thinking that we needed zero. and that all we need was the bipartisan infrastructure bill, he sat down with some schumer, and said that i think we need zero but this is what i am willing to do if you guys actually do it this way, i will go from zero to 1.5. so he would argue that i went from zero to 1.5, bernie sanders saying that i went from six to 3.5. and so here we are tonight. >> i will say at some point you and i are going to sell each
