breaking windows, doing all kinds of -- they said somebody was shot. it is horrendous. all at the instigation of the president of the united states. okay thank you, governor appreciate what you are doing. if you don't mind, i'd like to stay in touch. thank you. >> the virginia guard has been colten. >> i just spoke to the governor, and what he said is that they said 200 of the state police and a unit of the national guard, they're breaking windows and going in, obviously, ransacking our offices and all that, that's nothing. the concern we have about personal safety is that it transcends everything, but the fact is, on any given day, they're breaking the law in many different ways. quite frankly, much of it at the instigation of the
