in ireland and belgium, why? >> well, a number of reasons. many of the things i've talked about before, which is we are in a much worse position economically than those countries, all of these countries have had the pandemic, all these countries have had the problems with ukraine, but we have had structural fundamental, problems within the country that haven't been addressed, and that has been as i, say going on for more than a decade now. so, we need to have a change, we need to have a different approach to humanitarian, plus one that hasn't a long term view. so we need to be making sure that we are investing, we need to be making sure we are changing the planning policy, we need to make sure we have some policies that actually grow the economy, only after growing the economy will we have the money to invest in public services, and only if we have decent public services can we support our country, only if we have proper infrastructure can we make sure we can grow our economy. >> but you get yourself tied and not as, well thinking about green, policy is what rachael
