>> let's go to kentucky. a 15-year-old student lost their life to covid. what are you hearing from folks there on the ground about the crisis in kentucky? >> what we're hearing more than anything, really, is that we can't silo any more of the health system. they have everything to do with each other. one is affecting the other. on the health system side of things it's on the brink. you have the hospitals filling up, you have a reduced number of icu beds available, that is having an effect on people that should have elected procedures. for the schools you have 38 of 171 school districts shut down. they have since had to shut down. a number of children again are now getting sick from the virus. we're seeing a uptick in those
