make sure trial doesn't happen, or at least not before the election. and as most important case right now is his argument that he cannot be prosecuted for trying to steal the 2020 election, because he has complete presidential immunity. his lawyers, asserting in a d.c. court hearing, that this immunity extends to the president, hypothetically, ordering the assassination of political rivals by u.s. armed forces, and a whole bunch of other things that you could brainstorm that he could do with no criminal sanctions. we are now awaiting a decision from the d.c. court of appeals on that claim. andrew weissmann served in the department of justice for years. most recently is the prosecutor for special counsel mueller's team. he's now co-host of the team podcast, prosecuting donald trump. greta. here >> is to have you. >> first of all, let's talk about timing. arguments more monday? tuesday. when you expect will get something? >> good chance it will be this upcoming week. maybe another week, but it's going to be fast. the reason for that is they expedited this appeal. this was really, really fast
