issue republicans have to think. of donald trump is going to lose that appeal, he's going to end up going to trial in front of a stacked left-wing, d.c. jury, of all democrats, but are the odds that he's going to get through that? that's not even talking about the validity of the charges. i don't think he gets through that. so are we going to do? -- the democrats in the media would love to run with that. >> all right, put aside the gross and racist, frankly, aspersions cast on the jury pool of the washington d.c., that was the first time that i've seen one of donald trump's competitors for the republican nomination, who is not in this explicitly anti trump camp of chris christie or hr hutchinson, just raise the obviously clear possibility that trump is going to face criminal trial and likely a conviction in an election year, which could hurt him politically. of course, the ex president is doing everything you can to
