The hijackers surrendered. Security around japan is being pumped up in advance of a visit by world leaders. Japanese Officials Say they could deploy tens of thousands of officers for security. The g7 summit starts next thursday in central japan. Officials at the National Police agency say the number of officers is bigger than at japans last summit eight years ago. They say Chubu International airport is one of the places where they will beef up security. Hiroshima is another area where security is being increased.
