We have to go south of dover delaware, lot of it not reaching the ground but we will go in Sussex County delaware down toward maryland beaches, we have got showers there, maybe a shower or two into Cape May County early this morning. It will improve this morning in the afternoon and then see the cloud just around the city around northward. Farther north we will see sunshine. Sixtyfive in allentown. Sixty in mount pocono. Sixtyfour in quakertown. So great conditions outside if you are going for morning jog or work out, outdoors over next few hours. Students from the School District of philadelphia all City Jazz Program will perform tonight at the Historic Philadelphia Block Party right here, the at fifth and market streets. Be ready to hear familiar sound including music by philadelphia bread stars like chubby checker, boys two men and jill scott. Tonights pop concert is just part of the several days of entertainment, including multiple fire works displays, leading up to tomorrows fourth of july celebrations that will begin with the parade on ben franklin parkway and culminate with the party on the parkway, at fourth of july jam. Right lane is block by this accident, as you can see, they are getting that what is left of that car crash, they are towing it, remind they are weekend that you will have a lot of company on the roadways, so, drive very carefully out there. Give yourself every advantage on the highway, wear seat belt, dont speed, all of the things that you should do. Eastbound lanes here looking okay, they are moving, again we have had emergency vehicles blocking eastbound lanes but they are no longer doing. That the westbound lanes, right lane blocked and we have traffic delays. Again, on the schuylkill westbound from the conshohocken curve and blue route and we have unfortunately what looks like a fatal accident there. We will move the traffic cam to much more pleasant picture of the ben franklin parkway. Ben franklin parkway is closed outbound and inbound in the inner drive, between Art Museum Circle and 20th street through welcome america festival preparations for tomorrow nights concert and great fire works happening here. Reporter this summer a cam many promises to focus on clowning around. The Philadelphia School of circus arts in germantown is opened to all ages, and promotes firer points of performing. This is with the the year 2,000. I started off with adults actually. Now we have grown to the point where we have 400 students a week during the school year. Reporter they pride itself as a stepping stone for those interested in furthering their skills in tightrope, trapeze and whatever this is called but it is a fun alternative for sports cast for children during their summer breaks. Today circus education is huge, a great access point for kid with all will physical abilities, shapes, sizes who may not be into sports or for whatever reasons. They stay active and pick up skills that develop all sorts of what we call physical literacy. We have bunch of students that come here and just have a good time. Kid that are not natural athletes who would focus on their library and their parents want them to do something physical and they difficult cover it is fun to walk the tight wire. There is word that there were two victims trapped inside the house. Reporter crewness morton Delaware County were called to a home on the 600 block of cedar lane, where heavy smoke and fire had consume the rear end of the house. Were investigating that the fire may have gone in the second floor in the house in the rear. Reporter they are investigating a slow cooker being used as a possible cause, neighbors say that the home owner, theodore fine was a talented chef. He and his wife barbara were pronounced dead at the scene. Neighbors say that the couple was very security minded and that their lock required a key from the inside to get out. Fire marshals says that the couples bodies were found just feet from that store. The fines who just celebrated 35 years of marriage were as good as neighbors as they come according to those who lived around them. They were good people. Im just very sad at the loss. The fbi and Montgomery Township police want to you help them catch an alleged bank robber. Police call him the straw hat bandit, investigators say he rob pnc bank in north wales yesterday morning, they say he is a suspect in ten other robberies including in horsham, yardley and Plymouth Meeting there is a 10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction. Presumptive democratic president ial nominee Hillary Clinton met with federal investigators for more than three hours yesterday morning. Police say a 12 yearold girl took her grandmothers car on the joy ride and then led them on a chase reaching speeds of 118 miles an hour.
