I this will be the fifth day in a row of 90 degrees or higher, temperatures, definitely looking at the heat wave criteria here across the philadelphia area, and our eyewitness weather watchers up this morning on whats a very warm start to the day. Not whole lot of them, i am seeing a lot of people taking it east think morning, i dont blame you, it is 72, though, out in phils house right now, in the philadelphia area. What he is saying is it will be another hot and hazy day out there, the fifth day of our heatwave. And thats right, phil, and jenny saying oral and saying it is 73 degrees, and he is saying head to the beach. I know thats where hes going well, alan, i wish i could be headed to the beach, too, great day to sit down there on the beach. And here is our shorecast, 90 degrees down there, on the shore later today. We are going to be looking for increasing cloud cover, as we go throughout the afternoon, as well. So, while the sunshine early on in the day, maybe few clouds, from time to time later this after innocent, then we look for the late day showers, thunderstorms, to develop, as well. But again, the biggest thing is just another day of 90s, and when you add in the humidity, will feeling a little bit warmer than that. So our headlines are not just the chance for it to stay hot and humid. But we have that threat for maybe some thunderstorm activity later on in the afternoon, evening, and that will give us a threat for maybe some Severe Weather. But relief on the way. We can see it, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel , folks. We are going to show it to you in your seven day forecast, temperatures in the 70s headed north, 79 in wilmington, 75 also in millville. Zero eight though still here in philly. Seventythree out on lancaster and 72 in reading. Dew points, the biggest thing, that he would are concerned with here this morning, another muggy start to the day another humid morning for us. It is not going to get any better later this afternoon, now, we could maybe see these dew point dip maybe a degree or two. Dodge around zero seven or so. Storm scan3, few very light showers, maybe, maybe, maybe isolated rumble every thunder in southern parts of lbi here early on this morning, besides that, though, it is quiet across the Delaware Valley. Not the case as you head further west. You see, two areas of thunderstorm activity, the first one, now, moving into the eastern great lakes. The second, the one that is further to the west, through chicago land, and this area of precipitation, these thunderstorm, are going to drag eastwards, and as they do , they move into the Delaware Valley and they give us a chance for maybe some thunderstorm activity, later this afternoon. Here we go. On on future weather, far western suburbs getting in on the shower and thunderstorm activity, lancaster, reading, back up toward the poconos, thats around 5 00 when it start. Gets into the Philadelphia Center city area, philadelphia county, the immediate suburbs, in that kind of 6 00 to 7 00 time frame. So thats what we are looking at right now. This is 7 00. See under this earl storm right now over montgomery county. Thats where the model is pointing it out. Again, this is a mold. Looking for thunderstorm storms to pop up across the Delaware Valley head through the evening. 10 00, 11 00, heavier downpours across new jersey, down toward the delaware shore point, as well, then later tonight, keeping it overcast, spotty thunderstorms, and even tomorrow morning, even though looking at generally quiet conditions, still going to be cloudy, still going to be muggy enough, we could possibly see maybe pop up thunderstorm tomorrow morning. Lasting that chance, that is, into the afternoon. Maybe even evening hours. And then another rounds, maybe even heavier rain going through sunday night and into monday day morning, with all of this shower and thunder storm activity threat for severe werth. Were in the slight risk which is our second of five tears of Severe Weather chances, and what we are looking for here is potentially some heavy rain , of course the lightning going to be a potential, and then we also have a small chance anyway for some strong gusty winds, and maybe even potential for some smaller hail. 93 degrees for the high today. We go with a high then of 89 tomorrow. That will be our first day out of the 90s in five days. Quickly back to the 90s by monday, jan, finally starts to cool off, get little less humid tuesday, wednesday, of next week, we see 84 and 85. All right, we can do it, almost there. Thank you, matt.
