, blah all day long. But today, see little moon around center city philadelphia, clouds trying to break up little bit, right now, 69 degrees at the Airport North breeze 5mile per hour. Further north and west, clouds thicken up little bit. Dealing with some fog. Dry right now in storm scan3, notice, few showers across extreme southern delaware, some of those scatter showers could get into southern new jersey later this morning, into the afternoon, thats about it. Fog issue again. 3 of a mile visibility in allentown at this hour, 5mile visibility in reading. Unaware that far when driving. Patchy morning fog, still clouds around there is afternoon, looking at some sunshine, warm, still muggy up to 84 degrees. At the shore, 70s, more sun, further north up into the mountains. Talking about some fall like conditions returning later in the weekends. Talk about that in a little bit. But, meisha . Justin, accident out here, so what we are looking at right now for awhile there looking at the southbound side, accident 95 south near business route one in bucks county but what happened was vehicle went into this median area here, and that is why were seeing now crews on the northbound. So let me back up. Looking at the traffic going in the northbound side there, so around that area, moving in the northbound direction, now going to be affected little bit on the southbound side heads up, near business route one, far left lane compromised on the northbound side, no longer the southbound side. Then we have disable vehicle here, 95 north, girard point bridge, make note of this, this will absolutely slow you down. Even more importantly whenever we have someone out of their vehicle like this, standing outside, working on something, whatever it might be, you just want to use extra caution, you can see these cars kinds of wizzing by. Use extra caution, more coming up in a little bit. Jim, over to you. New this morning, man is critically hurt just yards away from his home after a hitandrun crash overnight. Well, in other news this morning, authorities are searching for a motive in a series of bombings in new york and new jersey. A an Ahmad Khan Rahami sits behind bars this morning being held on bail. Hena daniels live in new york with the latest on the investigation. Good morning, hena, what can you tell us . They found his fingerprints, and while the street has reopened, right behind me is the site of that blast, leaving reminding many new yorkers of just how scar that i situation was that left 29 people hurt. Ahmad khan rahami in custody this morning facing five count of attempted murder, of Police Officers, and gun charges. This sell phone video shows the 28 year old handcuffed and laying on the grounds in linden, new jersey yesterday. President obama, who was in new york, for the un general assembly, praised the officer who risk their lives to take him down. One more reminder of the extraordinary skill, sacrifice, courage, of our Law Enforcement officers. Authorities say theyve directly linked rahami to saturday explosions in both new york city and new jersey and connected him to five more bombs found sunday night, near a new jersey trans station. Also looking into whether he had any ties to terror groups, senior Law Enforcement official tells cbs news, rahami traveled to his native afghanistan at least three times in the last two years, he also visited pakistan. As the Investigation Continues to unfold, people who live here along the street where the bomb went off are returning home. And businesses are back open, once again. All we can do is be vigilant, and clean up the mess. This is not a block you would think of as a target, not times square, or the World Trade Center or Grand Central station. So it is very strange it happened here,. They believe rahami acted alone. And authorities pinpointed rahamis location in part of a phone alert system that is usually used for amber alerts or warnings about bad weather. First time it was used in a case like this, electronic wanted poster that was blasted to millions of new yorkers and residents in new jersey. Back to you. Thanks, hena. Eagles players malcolm jenkins, steven means, ron brooks, and marcus smith stage add demonstration, during the national anthem, ahead of last nights prime time eagles game. Jenkins says the protest is not antipolice or military but serves as an eyeopener about racial inequality and police brutality. Coach Doug Pederson said he supported the demonstration as long as it didnt become a distraction to the team. Eagles win onto dominate the bears on National Television last night. Birds new quarterback carson wentz looks like he is the real deal. Pat gallen here to tell us what we need to know about the game. It feels like the week is so much betterthey win on a monday or tuesday. Makes it so much more bearable. With the entire country zeroing in on carson wentz for his second career start, he got a little help from his friends in chicago. However, the eagles would briefly find themselves in a hole as journey langford put the bears up sevensix, in the Second Quarter but that would be just about all the celebrating the bears would do. To the third, the eagles turn it up. Ryan mathews, 16seven birds right there with a bounce into the end zone. After another bears turnover. Tray burton with the 2yard touchdown catch. He had a big game in the absence of zach ertz. Brian matthews again would seal the deal in the fourth with this 1 yard score. Eagles win 29 to 14 to move to two and zero. Head coach Doug Pederson likes what he sees from his offense, and his quarterback. Seeing things really well. Commanding the huddle and the dialogue on the side line with players, coaches with him, is something that nine to ten year vet would do. Spectacular all night, harrass the jay cutler would eventually lever the game after taking big hit in the third quarter. Birds force three turnovers and sacked cutler three times and the d stayed fresh with the offense helping them out. Eagles offense was on the field for over 36 minutes, a far cry from the days of chip kelly running the defense into the ground. So, while the defense laid out some punishment, carson wentz took some of his own and he wants to last all season he has to avoid taking these major hit. Take a look at breaking his rib, and missing most of the preseason, went was battered by the bear for much of the Second Quarter. Some hits will be unavoidable. But come on, carson, you have got to get out every bound like here on this play, avoid this unnecessary contact. Thats huge hit. Good news is wentz is tough. But he knows he needs to be smarter. You know, im my own worse critic. I came back to the huddle and cry baby myself as well. I have to keep working on, whole team has to keep working on, everyone making their mistakes, we have to clean up some things, but one thing im really going have to emphasize to myself. We have to complain about something, so speaking of mistakes, Jordan Matthews dropping this beautiful would be touchdown pass from wentz. That was in the Second Quarter. That one could have come back to haunt them. That one does hurt though. That was beautiful pass. You need to hall that one in you want to beat the good teams like the steelers sunday, thats huge test. Overall, not to complain about much, as wentz will another strong performing performance, r 190 yards and touchdown. However, lets give the cbs3 game ball here it is right here to the entire defense, yes, this giant football right here, lets give it to the entire defense, allowed 64 yards rushing ended up knocking jay cutler from the game. Guys, i think it is safe to say that the defense is also on the wentz wagon. Look at that. Oh,. If you blinked you missed it, we just spent our entire Monthly Budget on that, there it is again. Oh,. Ill point out, you know me, im practically a football analyst. Youre guru. When you see the big guys coming at you run the other way. I should be a coach. Theyre going to hire me. We have to keep him on that wagon. s big guy, sixfive, but no one can take hit like. So Jordan Matthews dropped the ball but did not run into kyle. He didnt. So jill, last december, when the fed raised rates at the first time in nine years, now, it was expect that there would probably be about four rate hikes this year. So what happened . Reporter yes, well, you know, it is very strange. When you think about it, four to zero is a big difference. So what happened is that Economic Growth slowed to a crawl in the first half of the year, gdp1 andized, the strong market tumbled, and as a result the fed basically stayed on the side lines through this entire year. Now, heres the problem. Officials fear that if they raise Interest Rates too quickly, it could derail what is pretty much a fragile recovery even still. Thats why traders are betting the feds will skip this meeting and probably the next one too because remember it occurred days before the election. If the central bank waits too long it could foster asset bums of bubble, meaning bubble in the commercial real estate market, both rising dramatically since the sends of the recession, i think thats why the fed will focus on the december meeting as the next potential time for a hike.
