Philadelphia injury find daughter of the Bucks County Police chief guilty of an assault in an attack of the gay couple in center city. Eyewitness News Reporter in a cash brown spoke with several jurors who delivered the mixed verdict. Reporter catherine in the in the had in comment as she went through a gag will of reporters out the side a courthouse in center city. Jurors however were quick to comment on the evidence that led them to a guilty verdict in knotts case. In her mind she had no idea why she was there because she saw nothing wrong with what she did. Reporter after three days of deliberations jurors found catherine not guilt guilt of recklessly endangering i game couple and conspiracy tied to the simple assault of one of the men. It stems from a violent encounter on a center city street in september have of 2014, prosecutors argued that knott and two male friend, used homophobic slurs to spark the violence against the two victims. It is wrong, it is just wrong. There was nothing right about it from beginning to end. Reporter jurors seemed to struggle with the charges finding not in the not guilty of the felony aggravated assault charges. The suspects are Natasha Heinz have of Burlington City and manja jamba of clementon. They were caught on video assaulting a 14 yearold boy and a nine yearold man. And the bank croft school issued a statement, reading we are itch set and ankaerd by the alleged acts of the employees in question and will continue to cooperate fully with the investigation. Meanwhile, state officials shut down a north philadelphia day care, where a ten monthold girl died on wednesday. A department of Human Services report says that a staff member of the sisters Child Care Center tried to perform cpr on the girl but never called 911.
