Demonstrators unhappy with the verdict are marching a at this hour. Jurors told them that the judge that they could not determine whether Baltimore Police officer William Porter was responsible for grays death. Porter was one of six officers charged with grays death. Gray died in Police Custody last april he setting off days of protest and riots. Authorities are calling the deaths of a ten monthold girl at a Day Care Center in north philadelphia, suspicious. Police were called to sisters Child Care Center on germantown avenue around 12 45 this afternoon. We are told the child was found unresponsive by a family member. She was rushed to temple youth hospital where she was pronounced dead. According to state records the sisters Child Care Center has more than 40 violations in the past two years and parents we spoke with are concerned. They have been here since beginning. I never had a problem with them. My sonnies now four and my daughter is two. Im actually shocked. The cause of the childs death is under investigation. A suspect is under arrest for two separate knife attacks in center city on tuesday. Authorities say 26 user old kyle stevens was spotted by Allied BartonSecurity Officers in north philadelphia this morning. Stevens is accused of stabbing a jogger three times at 23rd and walnut and then slashing another man across the face a few blocks away on 21st near arch. The victims were treated and released from areas hospitals, stevens faces aggravated assault charges. Jury deliberations will resume tomorrow morning in the trial of the catherine not the not, she is accused of participating in an attack on a gay couple in center city last year. Knott testified that she never punched or yelled any slurs at the men. Two of the not the nots codefendants previously pleaded guilty in the case and were sentenced to probation. A rally of tacky and uber black drivers in center city stopped all vehicles in center city today. They were protesting operation of uber x and lyft. Eyewitness news at city hall as members of the taxi works lines and Philadelphia Limo Association demanded change. They a say that because uber x and lyft dont to have pay for city licenses and inspections and other regulations, it is an operation that is illegal. These people are taking millions of dollars, from taxi drivers and uber blacks pockets. We want action, justice and commitment from the district attorney. You cannot make money when you have uber x and lift operating in the shadows. We cannot pay our bills.
