Kate bilo joins us now with a look at the weather and all eyes turn to the weekend, where we have gone a few days before we get there. A few days of gorgeous weather. Shame we cannot push those days to the weekend, because we have a lot of questions surrounding that weekend forecast. Lets get into it. Lots to talk b lets start off with what is happening outside right now, very quiet scene taking you to the ben franklin parkway to the logan circle there. Not a lot of folks out there. That camera is a completely different story as we head in the weekend. We have cameras all across the city. We will have continuing coverage all weekend of the papal visit and parkway cam will look a whole lot different at that point. But you can see the crowds are starting to disperse a little bit. Take a look to the west of philadelphia, thinks our camera at Kutztown Area Middle School and just in time for sunset, the sun has come out. We are seeing blue skies only 65 degrees right new but this clearing will continue through overnight hours. We are seeing cloud move away, and as they do so we are setting up a beautiful, first day of fall, tomorrow, with temperatures once again, a above average. So we will go from below average, cool, cloudy, to sunshine, and temps above the seasonal normal. Seventy at the airport. 68 degrees in trenton. Cool in he had looking and lancaster as well. Certainly feels like fall has arrived just in time for last couple of days of the summer. Fall officially begins, the autumnal equinox at 4 21 a. M. Tomorrow, so by the time we wake up, it is already going to be autumn, and we can say good bye to summer. Lets start off with tonights forecast. We will go down to 59 degrees. Gradual clearing. Comfortably cool. Might need a light jacket but dress in layers. By afternoon youll want short sleeves, mostly sunny, warm fall start. Sending kid off to the bus stop hoodie with a short sleeve underneath. Cool in the morning. But warm by the time they get out to recess. Lets talk about the storm that will be an issue for us, creeping up the coast and all depend on the location of this high. This particular model has the rain south of here throughout the day sunday but notice how close it is, that high moves further north or weaker and this shifts to the north, we will be in the shower band here on sunday. As of right now, it looks like the best chance will be late sunday into monday, but definitely plan for the chance for wet weather because we never know what that system will do. 74 degrees and nicer on saturday for first part of the papal visit. Next two days look great. Friday a few more clouds and cooler, cloudy, breezy through the weekend. Still track ago this chance for rain on sunday and i will keep you posted as that forecast changes, we will be right back. My favorite. Bad news. The johnsonville factory burned down brian. Its terrible. Well if you cant serve tasty sausage why are we even a family . I may as well move out. Well, if thats what yo. Youre right. Ill stay. The phillies have signed him through the end of next season, and they have a club option for 2017. After Ryne Sandberg resigned in late june mackanin took over and his record is 3046 since that time. This is his first managerial job and it is a tough one. Phillies are looking to win seven of 12 to avoid losing a hundred games. They are face marlins in my aim. Last time eagles started zero and three big red was rookie. First year as head coach. They will try to avoid a similar start sunday with the jets. First order of business is fix ago this broken offense. After two games eagles ranked 28th in points and 25th in yard. Darren sprawls is their leading rusher, Demarco Murray largely ineffective. We could talk xs and os but players have a simple solution. Everyone just has to worry about what their job is, and worry about getting their own job done. Dont worry about anything else. Worry about your own job, get it done. I have seen the work. There is no secret recipe. There is no magic switch. You just to have continue to work. We trust coach kelly and what he has implemented in this offense and we will do it the to the best of our ability. Doing your job is easier said than done with the jets. They treated andrew luck and colts like a pinata, they forced five turnovers, ten take aways in the first two games, they have allowed 17point all season long. Simply put they are one of the best in the biz. Meanwhile eagles defense has lost two major pieces, linebacker Michael Kendricks is nursing a bad hamstring and may in the play sunday. Kiko alonzo has a partially torn acl, in the same knee that he tore while with the bills, defensive coordinator billy davis says he is crossing his fingers. We will be right back. Here in vineland, new jersey, home of progresso, we love all kinds of chicken soups. But just one kind of chicken. Its white breast meat chicken every time. Because white breast meat chicken releases its flavor into the broth and absorbs more flavor from it. And in vineland, its all about flavor so if youre not going to make your own chicken soup tonight, do what we do. Make it progresso.
