Just in, authorities in bancock say theyve arrested the main suspect in last months deadly bombing at shrine. Twenty people were killed and more than 120 other were hurt. Bancocks Prime Minister says the suspect is a for nerve, and was taken into custody in eastern thailand near the cambodian border. That will man is the main suspect in the case, and authorities hope that the arrest will lead to more information about other attacks in that area. Authorities have shutdown what they say is an unlicensed funeral home in west philadelphia. A tip led detective to bodies in garage at Hawkins Funeral Services near 53rd and vine. They say that one was in a coffin, two more were decomposing. The funeral director does have a license, but police say, the builds something not supposed to have a funeral home. These conditions are deplorable, unacceptable behavior, these directors no matter who you are, understand you need to be licensed, you should not do this, because youre collecting monday. The river link ferry that travels between the two banks is now preparing to shuttle thousands of people across the Delaware River, pilgrims, forced to find another way into philadelphia, once the ben franklin bridge closes to vehicular traffic for the popes visit. It is a beautiful boat. It is real a very lovely way to see the city, and to approach the sit. I the river link ferry just the latest travel option detailed for francis visit at the end of the month. The service will run from friday september 25th through monday the 28th. We have very long extended hours saturday and sunday to accommodate all of the visitors who might be coming from new jersey, over to philadelphia, and then, back again. Well, little boy in millville fights to save his eyesight. He gets very special once in a lifetime moment with his baseball Hometown Hero mike trout. Health reporter Stephanie Stahl has this heartwarming Eyewitness News exclusive. Eight year old thomas walkup already seeing better, to hit baseballs, just weeks after surgery in california to fix a congenital condition where the eyes constantly dart back and forth. The operation went okay . Yes. Didnt hurt . Nope. And i dont need to sit in front of the classroom and i can be like everybody else. The third grade here lives in millville was able to see just some by turning his head. I was told there was nothing you could do. But thomas mom, susan banks, eventually found a doctor at the Irvine Medical Center to perform the surgery that removed muscles that caused the eyes to shake. Number 27. A week after the surgery, thomas went to a california angels game. And got to meet his hero, baseball star, mike trout. Who is also from millville. Thats when i was telling him hit a homerun. What was it like meeting snip. It felt special. Not too many people flew out to california to get to meet mike trout. It was trouts parents who still live in millville, and know thomas family, who set up the meeting. It was pretty amazing. The baseball allstar even kicked in 2,500 to help cover expenses for the family. Susan says, when thomas was able to really watch the game, thats when the goosebumps started. Overwhelming, and being so grateful, and humble, and, you know, watching him say mom, look at this ball, and it is going, i mean, it was just every moment was just tears to me. Thomas eyes are still healing, his vision should continue to improve. And he has big plans to follow in mike trouts footsteps. So youre going to be a superstar . Ya. There is a good reason for t a lot of kids heading back to school this week and next week. Parent you know what that means. Do you have start parking these every day. A school lunch. You want it to be healthy. You want to give your kids good fuel to get through day. Doctor rob dan off joining us right now. Big question. Watch are the main component of Healthy School lunch . You dont want it give them the junk. , no it is important to have good stuff. So, here is a sample after good lunch versus not so good lunch. Basically you have protein, you have turkey, you have whole wheat bread with b vitamin, some fruit, you have local calorie drinks, because a loft kids 25 of their calories come from drinks. All of those juice drinks . Juice drinks, yes. We have 25calorie juice drink there, we have milling in they want, we have water, which is really good, and then, no sugar added apple sauce, little piece of cheese, and calorie controlled pretzel. So we have that. This doesnt look too different but huge difference in terms of the caloric and all of the sodium, all of those other things . This is double the calories and fat. Here you have white bread hoagie, with mayonnaise, which no nutritional value there at all. Right. You have to be careful about those prepackage smacks. There is a lot of sodium in there, salt, simple carbohydrate, avoid the sugary cedar or sugary fruit drinks. So many calories in there. You know there is little container of cookies would you think is okay, there is over 300 calories in there. So you want to calorie control. Give one, two small ones. So basically you have healthy which will be good, versus nonhealthy. And the reason being, Good Nutrition is good for you. I will tell you reasons y if you have healthy there is your cheese, you like that. Isnt that good. Tell me cheese stick first, better academic performance. Why . Youre not hungry. You are doing good. Secondly, Good Nutrition, vitamins, calcium for bone growth. So vitamins, minute vales, very important. Prevent obesity, if we get into good eating habit, then less chance of getting obese later on, and also, Better Energy levels because were having Good Nutrition, we wont have the swings of high and low and how many times after lunch have you seen people get the drain, and so tired. Falling asleep in their chair. Exactly. I feel big part of the scholion the swap. When you arrive, kids want to know what in your lunch so if you have to make some swaps, what should we do to keep it healthy but tasty and fun . Crunching, sometimes you just got to crunch, all right, so there are some carrots and apples, but maybe dip it in maybe some yogurt or yogurt but Peanut Butter here or peanut flavor type of spread, half calories, less salt, real tasty. Dip in there, real good. Potato chips, normal chips have over twice the calories and fat than bake. So you have some options there. Of course inning stead of orange juice, have the orange, slice it up, it is tasty and good. Get the fiber too. You got it. Also, talk about if student inch buy their chon chest, a lot of student prefer to do, that parent cant pack it every day watch do you make sure your kid knows when they go to buy that hundred snatch. Allergies, allergies, allergies. If your child has any allergies, let the school know, the principal know, and your child should know. Could you have bracelet. Thats first thing. Avoid fried foods if possible. One of the most popular lunch meals also is Pepperoni Pizza while it taste good, not so good for us have, it occasionally, watch stuff with a lot of salt. Watch a lot of sugar. We have too much sugar. We are being sweet toned death. If kids can be little schooled, no pun intended on Good Nutrition, but a loft options, schools are getting better. Last but not least 30 seconds left, homework for parent. When is the last time you cleaned your kids lunch works. You want to make sure what you are parking everything in. A loft times we use the reuseable ones, petri dish, you want to clean it every day, and include some Hand Sanitizer with your kids, so they can wash their hands before and after meals.
