The ntsb has released the scene back to amtrak, so, piece by piece investigators are Getting Better picture about what happened here, as they try to figure out why. Take a look at this video. This crash has now claimed eight lives. The last victim pulled from the rubble yesterday. And now Officials Say all 243 people who are on board at the time of the crash have been accounted for.
