He is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of 18yearold Bianca Roberson killing her in an apparent road rage attack last month. Police were able to track him down through surveillance video. He turned himself in to police with his attorney very early one sunday morning back on july 2nd. But this only came after an allout, fourday man hunt. This tragic story started on a road in west goshen township. The two were jockeying for position as the road merged into one lane. He wasnt letting her by so he pulled out a gun and shot her in the head. She had just graduated from high school and was greting ready to attend Jacksonville University in the fall. This is the story of a sal age and senseless murder. This defendant wasnt happy with the way it was going so he pulled out a gun and killed this young woman. That was da tom hogan there talking about this arrest after it was made back in july. At that time he said there was no indication that race played a role.
