Now, as we were just watching this shot, whats happening is right now the off ramp to the northbound boulevard, the ramp is closed. But these crews were just pushing forward, and when this lens was zoomed out little more, you could see this in its entirety. What we are zoomed in right now is it looks like crews had moved forward blocking some of the schuylkill now as well. So this is the offramps to northbound boulevard, heres the schuylkill right now. And it looks like these crews are actually pulling farther back from where the crash is, and setting up some sort of arcade a little bit. Causing little bit of confusion back here for all of the drivers kind of stuck back there, youre having to wiggle around this, and try to continue on the schuylkill but if im not mistaken which i could be because were watching this live with you it looks almost like theyre starting to block off some of the schuylkill, as well, not just the off ramp to northbound boulevard. So, big heads up. What am i trying to say here . You want to avoid this area at all costs. Because this is getting more busy than it was even, say, a hour ago. And were also starting to extends it looks like some of the backups to maybe be preventing some of the drivers on the schuylkill, as women. So again, this crash, originally, schuylkill westbound off ramp to northbound boulevard it, looks like it might be extending little bit or causing some confusion here on the schuylkill, avoid it, by taking a alternatement probably the schuylkill to the boulevard, probably not going to be your best bet, around there. Eleven teenagers now facing felony charges after a violent brawl at septas race vine station on march 16. A bystander captured part of the mayhem on her cell phone. Showing a group of teens kicking and punching others to the grounds. Riders say they see fight between kids all the time. They would be in groups and packs like on buses, like fighting. I mean, i dont want to say it is silly, but it happens here a lot. This isnt a septa problem. This is a philadelphia problem with our youth. Septa police chief thomas says this video and others help Police Identify the suspects. Thursday officers served seven warrants at Benjamin Franklin high school, one at Franklin Learning Center and two other outside every school. The oldest suspect, a 18 year old man, turned himself into police. School dismissal time has become a period for youth violence, causing pain and fear among other kids. Septa is now responding to this ongoing issue by placing officers on every subway train after school. The agency also plans to roll kearse notify police immediately, when there is trouble. But commuters we spoke to say preventing these kinds of incidents starts at home. I have this thing that starts with the parent, and the families, and you know if people would take a little bit more care for, you know, their kids and how they raise them, i think things could be a little bit better. And in all 11 teens facing felony, aggravated assault, robbery charges, because phone and ipad were stolen. But the 18 year old is the only one being charged as an adult. Meanwhile six teenage girls are facing charges after another assault at a septa station wednesday night. Chopper three over 46th and Market Street where police say the suspect tried to set a 16 year old girls hair on fire. The victim was treated and released. The second victim just 13 years old told police she was poked from behind with a knife. She was not hurt. The time now 5 36. Helping him forget for just a few hours, the Cancer Battle hes been fighting for most of his young life. He just had his third surgery, and third round of chemo. Is he going to repeat everything that mom says. Yes. Yes. Nicholas was diagnosed with a rare cancer in his spinal cord. Has been staying at the Ronald Mcdonald house on and off for four years. Tonights outing is an unusual treat for this little fighter. It really is awesome. It is something that i wouldnt be able to otherwise do for him specially going through what weve gone through in the last four years. So this is really exciting for a five year old to come out and enjoy a hockey game specially like this. This little goalie has it down pat. Seventeen year old colin is also enjoying this rare night. Really amazing, once in a lifetime opportunity tonight get to sit in the box. Were not allowed out much because of his recovering from the bone marrow transplant. This is actually extraordinary that we can be here tonight. Super cool and just really nice to be out of the house with people and be unusual alan be having fun. Has been a patient at Childrens Hospital of philadelphia for close to 300 nights. There was room on the oncology floor called the Ronald Mcdonald room. Every once in a while they give you free dinner, everybody can go and eat as much as they wanted. They donated washing machines so my mom could wash my clothes and blankets and pillows and stuff instead of driving all the way home and having to wash it there. Without the Ronald Mcdonald room on the on jolly floor we would have been completely lost. It is a haven for parents for parent, too. A place for par dont decompress, just like these families are experiencing tonight at the Wells Fargo Center, even though the flyers lost smiles all around for this special group of fans.
